Excellent and relevant information and service. Cafés and shops just outside. Quiet area. The lift did not go all the way to the floor; there was one floor of stairs. When I searched for accommodation, I searched for a hotel. This is not a hotel. There are no hotel facilities.

• Undine (9/5): - Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, mitten in der Innenstadt. Man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen, dennoch ist es ruhig. Parken direkt an der Unterkunft, bei der Lage sonst nicht so einfach möglich. Sehr bequemes Bett, das Badezimmer war gross und schön. Wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Auf den Fotos war eine Küchenzeile zu sehen, die hatten wir in unserem Zimmer dann jedoch nicht - konnten daher überraschend nicht kochen.

• Barbara (8/5): Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gelungen! - Die Lage in der Altstadt mit Parkplatz war unschlagbar. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, die über den Flur verbunden waren. Das war sehr praktisch. Auch die kleine Küchenzeile war hilfreich. Außerdem hat Ana uns wunderbar, zügig und freundlich umsorgt und mit uns kommuniziert. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick hatte zwar ein bisschen Meerblick - aber nicht so wie erhofft. Die lauten Pipsgeräusche beim Türöffnen.

• Ines (9/5): Tolles Hotel in der Stadtmitte, sehr schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sauber und mit Parkplatz - wenn man mit dem eigenen - Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit… einfach alles! Die oberste Etage geht nur zu Fuß, aber man kann bis eine Treppe vorher fahren!
• Heim0 (9/5): Hyvä asunto, mutta en nyt käyttäisi termiä luxus 😀 - Aivan mahtava sijainti. Paras mahdollinen! Kaikki todella lähellä, ja kaunis ympäristö heti ulko-ovelta. Hyviä ravintoloita aivan vieressä. Sähköiset lukot ja koodit loistavan helpot käyttää. Siivooja kävi vaihtamassa pyyhkeet päivittäin ja vei roskat. Parveke ja asunto olivat vähän askeettisia ja selvästi halvalla kalustettuja. Esim. astioita vain 2 kpl kutakin. Ei viinilaseja yms. Keittiötä ei oikeasti voi käyttää ruoanlaittoon. Isolla parvekkeella vai kaksi tuolia ja pikkupöytä. Lisäksi esim. sähkökeskus repsotti auki, katkaisija rikki yms. Pientä korjattavaa.. jotka eivät ole kerro luxus-asunnosta 😀

Es gibt vegane, vegetarische und glutenfreie Optionen. Der Meerblick war ein winziger Ausschnitt zwischen zwei Häusern, wenn man auf Zehenspitzen durch das Dachfenster geschaut hat

• niamh (1/5): Bad. - Location was superb. Was woken by apartment manager at 10am and asked to leave apartment for the day as they had to carry out plumbing works. We could not return to apartment all day and had to keep two children entertained in a hot city on summers day with no chance of siesta. Then asked not to use the shower during our stay.
• Vanessa (10/5): Truly Exceptional! Will be staying here again on my next visit to Split - The host was great, very accommodating and responded to all of our questions quickly. The room was extremely clean and spacious, newly renovated and amazing location. The balcony also has a beautiful view of the city. The wifi connection was perfect and BONUS this building had an elevator which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and even bath slippers. We were also able to store our luggage there all day after check out without an issue. We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Split and this one was our favorite!
• Christine (5/5): I feel the owner provides basic service is not honest about the quality and layout of the apartment. Nor is she responsi - Location close to old Town and beaches. Air conditioning worked well as it was hot in Split We noted a light that had been commented on by previous reviews was still not fixed. The shower was very small space in the are for washing. There was a sharp metal tray at eye level for soap and shampoo but I was afraid I’d cut my head on it. The shower head was in an extremely narrower area of the shower so you couldn’t use it. The wardrobe was very tried and need repair. No safe. No yea and coffee making facilities. We found the discerption and pictures on Booking.com did not match the promise of a balcony or the suggestion of beach views. The second larger more expensive apartment had poor seating options and the balcony was facing another building not a beach view as promised. The table and chair on the balcony was facing did not match the charming pictures online. False advertising. I asked the owner for an invoice of our bill they never bothered to respond which makes it had to calculate the cost for each couple for our two apartments

• Michael (10/5): Very comfortable stay in a newly renovated room that is close to everything. - Housekeeper is very nice and helpful, and gave priority to cleaning our designated room, as we had arrived early. The host is readily contactable by phone, and informed us to checkin early once the room was cleaned. Location is really excellent, next to a few cafes and a grocery store. Also just next to the old Town. About 10-15 mins walk to the train and bus stations. Nothing.

Les échanges avec Laura ont été très agréables et elle a été arrangeante sur les horaires et sur le parking (parking fermé dans Split : un vrai plus si vous venez en voiture !). Emplacement central idéal pour visiter Split si vous avez peu de temps sur place. La douche à l’italienne est très agréable mais on peut vite inonder le reste de la salle de bain, une raclette pour nettoyer serait pratique pour ne pas marcher dans l’eau ensuite.

• VT1308 (10/5): - We stayed one night in this lovely apartment in Old Town Split, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't be better — just a minute’s walk from the main promenade and Diocletian’s Palace, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot that allowed for a restful night. The views from the apartment were truly amazing, overlooking the charming rooftops and historic surroundings of the Old Town. It felt like staying in a living piece of history, but with all the modern comforts. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — ideal for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The beds were excellent, and the whole place had a warm, relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. After a day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Air conditioning worked great, and everything we needed was provided. The host was also very welcoming and helpful with local tips. We only stayed one night, but we would happily return for a longer stay. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a comfortable, stylish stay in the heart of Split.

• Vikas (8/5): Great base to explore Split - Great location and very convenient parking in the building (with reservations). Lots of good restaurants nearby. Plus small supermarket. Very accommodating staff, nice and helpful. The rooms and single bathroom are ‘standard’ as opposed to luxury. But still very comfortable. No living room as it is converted in a bedroom open to the kitchen.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great little place to stay near Split - It was a great place to stay just a couple of minutes away from all the hustle and bustle. It has parking which is wonderful because the parking on the streets was crazy. It is a simple room with bathroom which was all we really needed.

• Jennifer (10/5): - This apartment was in a great location in split. The room was spotlessly clean and provided great facilities for a few nights stay. We were able to check in early which was great as we had large cases with us. The room was very spacious, with a nice balcony and had good air conditioning. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Outside the building is a courtyard with trees and a few restaurants, cafes and grocery store. Outside the room they had a iron that you could borrow for those wrinkly clothes. Outside lighting didn’t work so we didn’t end up using the balcony. We did let the owner know

Erklärvideo via WhatsApp), auf mehrfacher Nachfrage konnten wir dankenswerterweise bereits vor 14h ins unser Zimmer, wunderbare Lage in Nähe des Hafens und der Altstadt, Parkplatz auf Anfrage verfügbar (gegen Gebühr), gute Klimaanlage Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber (überall Haare auf dem Boden und benutze Taschentücher unter dem Bett, sehr hellhörig, kein Schlüssel sondern ausschließlich Türcodes, die Balkonmöbel waren sehr ungemütlich. Duschbrause und Schlauch gehören ausgetauscht (dreckig und schimmelig). Abfrage ob Frühstück gewünscht oder nicht, wir haben uns aufgrund anderer Bewertungen dagegen entschieden. Der Fernseher funktioniert offenbar seit vielen Monaten nicht (siehe ältere Bewertungen), hier ist das SAT Kabel zu kurz und kann nicht am TV angeschlossen werden. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Techniker kommen soll. Damit was das Thema erledigt. Als wir kurzfristig nach der Verfügbarkeit eines Parkplatzes gefragt haben, kam man uns hier preislich als Entschädigung für den defekten TV entgegen.
• Kelsey (10/5): Would recommend this apartment. Perfect for two couples. - Extremely convenient location. 2 minute walk to the port and restaurants, very comfortable beds and fairly quiet location. Parking for €20/day but allows you to stay until 2pm until date of checkout.

Property was clean and conveniently located with its own parking garage that you should pre-book and elevator. The location felt safe and was conveniently located within walking distance of main attractions, port, restaurants. If you didn’t book your parking in advance you have to find it elsewhere.

• Sonali (10/5): Excellent Location in middle of everything - Location was steps from restaurants/grocery store/ riva. Couldn't have a better place specially with parking spot. Host was very helpful and gracious. We rented 2 rooms that worked out well for a family of 4.
• T and M Rogers (8/5): Awesome location in heart of Split. - Great location close to town with parking. Very short walk into old town. Would definitely stay again. Nothing.

• Ian (7/5): Great for a short stay, location perfect - Close to the Old town, restaurants, cafes, harbour. Very comfortable bed. Clean towels every day brought to the room. For our 4 night stay the small things lacking made a difference for us, eg. No suitcase stand/rack (not due to space restrictions as suitcases went on floor) also no towel rails or hooks in bathroom. TV had no signal, and the air conditioner (on cool setting) didn't seem to make the room any cooler.

• Wouter (8/5): - The appartment is in a good location to explore Split. Private parking under appartement, restaurants at the corner and a wine bar underneeth the appartment.
• Judy (9/5): Great for a one night stay. - Location was perfect. Right in old town and close to everything. Cute place with sky windows that you can open. Would have liked a terrace or a window to look out onto the street.
• FAmorim (9/5): - The location is great, really close to the city centre and you can easily walk to the main attractions. Laura was a great host and really friendly... After more than 12h of travelling with two kids we felt really welcomed 🤩
• Tadao (10/5): - Very flexible about check-in and check-out and made our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to this area.

• Peter (5/5): Leider kein Luxus, der Name hält nicht, was er verspricht. - Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut, fast alles in der Altstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Größe des Apartements war ok. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist doch eher sehr unpraktisch mit einer Eckbadewanne, wo leider auch schon einige Schimmelspuren vorhanden sind. Da sehnt man dann doch eine vernünftige Dusche herbei. Klodeckel hing halb daneben. Beleuchtung am Spiegel hat nicht funktioniert, sehr ärgerlich, wenn man sich für eine Hochzeit schminken muss. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, es wurde auf Anfrage leider nicht wirklich drauf eingegangen. Anscheinend hatten andere Gäste eine Steckverbindung geklaut. Dies sollte man kontrollieren, bevor man erneut vermietet. Leider kam niemand, um nachzusehen. Wir haben dann auf die letzte Übernachtung freiwillig verzichtet. Sehr ärgerlich.

• Selma (8/5): Det var et veldig fint sted, hyggelig personalet, kjempefin beliggenhet og rent;) - Veldig fine rom, store senger. Rent og pent. Vi hadde firemannsrommet og det var ikke balkong eller et vindu som man kunne se ordentlig ut av. Det var vinduer i taket så man fikk liksom ikke ordentlig utsikt.
