- James (5/5): You should only rent this accommodation if you are totally deaf or love constant noise. - Location, close to all places of interest which had planned to visit Climbing 5 flights of stairs to reach room. Noise levels. Owner should invest in soundproofing windows. Noise is constant due to bar as main business activity, coupled to service vehicle noise (collecting glass bottles from bar, rubbish collection, street cleaning etc) which is non-stop throughout the night and early hours of the morning. This is followed by delivery trucks discharging their loads to the myriad of shops which surround this location. A disaster of a trip from relaxation viewpoint.

- Jeffrey (8/5): - The unit was well sized and reasonably quiet, especially since it is above a busy pub. The staff in the pub are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are no lifts, only stairs to this 3rd floor unit. The small bar fridge did not cool anything, but the bar provided me an ice bucket to keep our milk cold. While we were there, trades came in to rip out an old and install a new bathroom on level 2. Their jackhammer was not popular at 6.30am, but they did complete the job before opening time that afternoon.
- Leah (10/5): would definitely stay here again! - great location, very clean - room got cleaned every morning, very comfortable sometimes when we would come in the staff from the bar next door would come out and ask us what we’re doing as if we weren’t staying upstairs they looked confused yet we weren’t even entering through the bar we were using the fire exit door with the code
- Clare (8/5): Clean, central, fun spot - Central location. Very clean. Great facilities with fridge, sink, glasses etc. The room door is easily accessible from the bar. There is no sign or block on the stairs to stop people walking up, "looking for the toilets". Someone tried the handle of our on the first day which made us nervous for the rest of our stay.

- John (6/5): Not horrible and not good either - Location was great--a block from Grafton Street and a reasonable walk to O'Connell, Temple Bar, and the like. Bed was huge, bathroom was too. TV didn't work (couldn't tune in channels and couldn't connect it to the wifi for streaming), water pressure was meagre, a bright spotlight from the pub meant even the black out blinds weren't 100% effective. Pub noise was OK with ear plugs. One of the pub customers banged on my door (despite a "do not disturb" sign on the door) thinking my room was the washroom.

Because of its fantastic location, the premises is on an extremely busy street. At night time there is a lot of noise from revellers in the street below. It can be difficult to get sleep until after 2am.
- Ellie (7/5): Great stay, if you do not want a wink of sleep. - Great location. Easy to access. Nice room. The noise from outside all night was terrible !this is not the hotels fault . You can hear people, rubbish vans, the windows do not seem to block out any noise. My friend and I got bites during our stay but we checked for bed bugs .. was very strange as I’ve seen the doctor and that is what they seem to think it is. The location is great. The rooms are cleaned daily and half the price of the Westbury next door . Also the tv was impossible le to work … took 3 hours ( and I’m a technical wizz). Ridiculous tv and remote control.

- julien (8/5): Top - Le style, l'emplacement idéal, la literie et un petit plus une enceinte Bose, c'est toujours agréable de pouvoir mettre de la musique. La chambre est propre mais pas dans le détail. Filtre de climatisation plein de poussière, derrière la TV énormément de poussière. Manque d'occultation des fenêtres, un spot de la façade donne en plein sur la fenêtre, nous avons quand pu masqué avec des serviettes.

- Trindade (7/5): - Está muy bien ubicado. La habitación es muy amplia. Entra mucha luz y para alguien que le moleste a dormir con luz es muy cómodo. No tiene ascensor y la realidad es que tiene un precio que para lo que nos ofrecen es un poco caro.

- Lilia (8/5): Would go back, good value and very good location with essentials provided by the owners! - The cleaning service everyday, the complimentary water, the products provided, location, cosy and comfortable The wifi stopped working after one day so didn’t last the full duration of 3 day stay, location was central but also very noisy with building work and also the bin men and deliveries at early hours being very noisy .

- Juan (8/5): Bella stanza - Posizione buona. Stanza molto spaziosa e accogliente. Bella la vetrata e il fatto di avere frigo e microonde in camera. Hanno pulito la stanza, rifatto il letto, cambiato gli asciugamani e rifornito di capsule del caffè e tisane ogni giorno. In mezzo alle lenzuola c’erano capelli e peli di qualcun altro, ciò mi fa dubitare sulla pulizia.

- Inès (5/5): Décevant - Les volumes de la chambre et de la salle de bain étaient très bien, C'était très propre La chambre est juste au dessus du bar, le bruit est présent jusqu'aux alentours de minuit, La clientèle du bar peut se rendre dans les couloirs des chambres ce qui amène encore du bruit, Et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le dimanche matin, ce qui pour une chambre a ce prix est inacceptable. - Hiroko (7/5): また泊まりたい - 部屋は最高です。お茶を入れるための電気ポットだけでなく、エスプレッソマシーン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、足元を温めるための小型ヒーター（エアコンに加えて）など、他にはなかなかない設備もありました。シャワーだけでなくバスタブもあり、熱いお湯がふんだんに出てきました。スタッフは付属のパブの人たちで、滞在中は困ったこともいくつか出てきましたが、親身に対応してくれました。やさしい人たちでした。暖かくおしゃれな部屋で、木目の床も体に優しく、置いてある食器や調度品も上品でした。 パブの音楽と人の声がかなり騒がしいです。

Room got the hotel treatment when we were out which is always nice. Easy to get into, warm and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm for our liking but thats a preference thing!

The rooms are not sound proof, you will noise from outside. If you have large suitcase it will be hard because they do not have elevator. Specially of you are assigned on the 4th floor

- Sally (7/5): - Location Lots of little maintenance issues: door handles falling off or loose, shower temperature control not working correctly, coffee machine leaks all over. Room is very small and up a couple flights of stairs. We did let owners know about the issues, so hopefully these issues will be resolved. In addition, there is loud road and area noise (not fault of premises, but alarm in building across the street went off twice a night for 30 minutes every night (1am, 3am) we were there).

Le logement fournit des bouchons d’oreilles du fait qu’on soit au dessus d’un bar mais franchement le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir ! Il manquait une éponge et du savon pour faire notre vaisselle. Et les rideaux ne sont pas occultant sachant qu’il y’a un gros spot de lumière du bar juste au dessus de la fenêtre on a dut mettre une serviette.

It took 3 hours from when we arrived to check in for the owner to organise us another hotel - book The Marlin round the corner instead, amazing staff. The rooms are literally the other side of the wall to a busy pub and in the same corridor as the main toilets, would of been very noisy

- Jeremy (7/5): Comfy good value rooms, right where you want it in the middle of Dublin. - Liked the location, slap bang in the middle of it all. Facitlites were fine and it was warm enough even in poor weather. Would have been great with a microwave and a scourer for dishes. The entrance door to the whole complex was very stiff and needs work doing to it.

- Denise (8/5): fabulous location, very short on services, no transparency on website. - fabulous location! Comfortable modern accommodations, including fridge and microwave. It was a no host hotel. You received a code for the main door lock and your room lock. I had trouble with the locks. I had to lug a 40 pound suitcase up 40 stairs to get to my room. Website did not state any of this before the booking.

- Lisa (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Im King Size Zimmer ist kein King Size Bett vorhanden. Die Kopfkissen sind flach und klein. Es ist kalt, im Bad gibt es keine Heizung. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, man hört viel von draußen. Steckdosen gibt es nur neben ned Bett. Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer!

- Andrew (8/5): - Right in the heart of Dublin Clean Spacious There is a light that shines Into the room. You have a blind but it's not blackout. Basically if you need total darkness not just twilight. Don't sleep here. It's above a restaurant and the toilets for said restaurant at in a hall way beneath you. It means every time punters go to the bathroom you can hear them talking / doors slamming. It's okay but basically don't stay here if you need a quiet retreat (this place is perfect for those who want rich vibrant Dublin and atmosphere for days)

No lift...wish I knew that before booking. After 16 hours of travel, the stairs was an unwelcomed surprise. Left my luggage at the Bar Rua per check in instructions, picked our luggage back up with drinks spilled on our luggage.

No elevators, you carry your bag and there are few floors so not very comfortable. Superficial cleaning, there are spider webs and dust on the lights. Makes me question cleanliness of bed sheets? They use a lot of room spray fyi.
- Murielle (8/5): Super Unterkunft in zentraler Lage der Stadt - Sauberes, grosses Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die wir aber nicht verwendet haben. Leider gibt es keinen Lift und wir mussten unsere schwere Koffer in den 2. Stock hochhieven.

- Kycia (8/5): - A localização é maravilhosa, muito perto de vários pontos de interesse e de pubs legais. O quarto é igual às imagens e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Como ele está localizado em cima de um Pub, fomos acordados bem cedo com o barulho das entregas dos barris de chopp. Tambem achei esquisito o acesso aos banheiros do bar serem dentro do próprio prédio das suites - dessa forma, ainda que tenha uma porta lateral para os hóspedes acessada através de código, a impressão que dá é que qualquer pessoa pode entrar no prédio. Além disso, o acesso à suíte se dá apenas por escada, então foi um pouco complicado subir com as malas. Por fim, apenas para constar, os móveis estavam um pouco velhos, com os revestimento descolando.
