- Kristín Lára (7/5): Not a true 5-star resort by European standards - Right from the start, we loved that they pick you up from the parking lot in a golf cart and drive you to check-in, which the kids found incredibly fun! The beach is absolutely fantastic with super soft sand, and the à la carte restaurants serve very delicious food. The kids' club was amazing, and the staff there took wonderful care of the children—the mini-disco was a huge hit! Overall, the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and polite. The kitchen staff were even sweet enough to warm up porridge for our son at breakfast, and he loved the food. The internet connection was also very good across the entire resort. Additionally, everything is exceptionally clean—both the rooms and the resort itself—and the towels and bathrobes provided in the room were beautifully soft. The comfort of the room (premium) was very disappointing and not worth the money. The mattress was extremely stiff, and although there were two pillows per person, both were just as hard and stiff. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work at all, leaving the room uncomfortably hot all night. The swimming pool was also on the colder side and very slippery; in fact, both a child and an adult in our group had a bad fall on the pool steps. We found the food in the main cafeteria to be a big letdown for the adults (kids like the bland food). The buffet felt unexciting and highly tailored to local tastes and neighboring countries, rather than what Western Europeans are used to. The food often felt reheated and cold, with only mass-produced bread full of additives instead of fresh options—though perhaps it improves in high summer when the hotel is fully booked. Furthermore, the plates and glasses in the main hall were far below standard, showing visible wear and tear. Additionally, for one of the evenings and breakfast, a large school group of around 30 children completely took over the pool and dinner area with a lot of noise. For this price and room category, we expected a much better experience.

- Svitlana (8/5): Непогано, але є над чим працювати - Смачна іжа, якісні напої. Матраси зручні. Нам дозволили виселитись не в 10:00(що в цілому неадекватно на мій погляд) а в 13:00, за що я вдячна. Пляж не відповідає фото, пісок сірий і зовсім не схожий на колір на фото. Небезпечні басейни, із-за слизькості. Недостатня чистка басейнів призводить до того, що утворюється слизька плівка на дні басейну. Була свідком того, як неодноразово люди падали в басейні на сходах. Номери старі, у ванній є трохи плісняви і погано стікає вона в душі. Прибирання дуже поверхневе і не кожен день. В день виїзду знайшла чужий обруч для волосся під ліжком, що говорить про те, що під ліжком не прибирають ніколи. На барах персонал здебільшого не може зробити мохіто смачно(крім одного працівника бару біля мексиканського ресторану). Їжа смачна, але бракує різноманітності. При виселенні персонал наполегливо декілька разів просив поставити 5 зірок у відгуку за те, що безкоштовно дозволили виселитись в 13:00 замість 10:00. Вважаю неприйнятною спекуляцію відгуками таким чином.

- Bela (4/5): Enttäuschung - Das meiste Personal war freundlich, der Strand sowie die Pools waren schön Wir waren 2 Tage im normalen Gebäude mit all inclusive und 5 Tage im Premium Gebäude. Der Unterschied ist groß. Im normalen Gebäude kann man eigentlich nicht bleiben, dreckige Duschen, kaum Wasser, von den Zeiten abhängig und stickig. Im Premium ist es besser, aber trotzdem nicht auf dem Niveau, das man für den Preis erwarten würde. Das Essen war vor allem abends war richtig schlecht. An dem Tag wo es Montenegrinisches/ Balkan essen sein sollte habe ich nichts davon gesehen es war einfach jeden Tag internationales / mediterranes Essen konnte man echt nicht vergleichen, wir sind trotz all inclusive oft auserhalb des Resort essen gegangen und es war jedes mal besser ! Die Hygiene war einfach nicht zufriedenstellend beim Abendessen sowie in den duschen muss ich nochmals wiederholen

Od samog dolaska, osoblje je bilo izuzetno srdačno i uslužno, s osmijehom spremno pomoći u svakoj situaciji. Posebno bismo željeli istaknuti Tatjanu, koja nam je s puno ljubaznosti omogućila da na dan odlaska ostanemo duže na bazenu. Taj mali znak pažnje učinio je naš zadnji dan još opuštenijim i ljepšim. Naš smještaj bio je izuzetno udoban – soba u koju smo smješteni bila je prostrana i s lijepim pogledom, i moramo priznati da je premašila naša očekivanja. Osjećali smo se posebno, kao da su zaista željeli da naš odmor bude što ugodniji. Hrana je bila odlična – svježa, raznolika i jako ukusna, s bogatim izborom za doručak, ručak i večeru. Cijelo osoblje, od recepcije do restorana, bilo je iznimno pristupačno i profesionalno, a istovremeno toplo i prirodno. Taj ljudski pristup učinio je veliku razliku. Place was clean, beach was excellent for the kids, we liked it a lot. Long beach with sand, 5/5. Good place for families, a lot of kids activities, we will definitelly come again. - Marina (8/5): Great stay for young families and the food is wonderful such a wide variety to choose from, staff is friendly and attent - The food was amazing and staff very polite Location is great, excellent place for families if not the best resort in Montenegro for young families. The only downside was the toilet had a bad smell not from it not being cleaned but plumbing issues with how it was built in our room don’t know if it’s an issue for other rooms we had a big family unit with 2 bedrooms

- Atila (8/5): Sve u svemu, bili smo zadovoljni. - Lokacija je fantastična, Velika plaža je prelepa, prostrana, pesak je mekan i hotel ima veliki broj ležaljki te nije bilo gužve. Ima nekoliko bazena koji su prostrani. All inclusive je zaista bio all inclusive, sve vreme je bila dostupna i hrana a i piće. Soba nam je bila odlična, veoma prostrana za nas troje. Obilje programa i zanimacija, naročito za decu. Nije nam se svidela usluga osoblja u barovima i restoranu. Nehigijenski, tj. prljavi i flekavi stolovi i stolice za ručavanje. Dečije stolice jako prljave. U restoranu je stalno velika gužva, osoblje nije stiglo da pospremi stolove.

Самое жуткое питание за последнее 15 лет путешествий, В номерах не убираются, как должны убираться, шампуня регулярно нет. Раковина в ванной комнате подходит только для детей, висит на уровне чуть выше колена. Территория маленькая. Бассейн грязный, полотенце с дырками, которые выдают. В зоне ресепшн пахнет жуткой химией. Жили в номерах люкс.

- Michael (6/5): Mieser Service - Es war eine schön große Anlage mit einem schönen Strand Das Personal hat größtenteils null Sinn für Service und wissen anscheinend auch nicht, wieso sie überhaupt dort sind... lieber 10 Minuten im Spiegel anschauen oder mit dem Handy spielen, als die Tische abzuräumen oder zu decken... Beim Buffet ist das Essen auch in vielen Pfannen fast kalt, weil niemand die gelegentlich umrührt
- Amjad (9/5): - had a wonderful 7-day stay great value for the money! The new rooms are beautiful, the staff are amazing, and the beach is spotless. We rented a car from the airport, which I highly recommend, as it made it easy to explore more of the country during the stay. Other cities are more impressive, and you can easily reach them by driving. Don’t miss Kotor, Bar, Tivat, and Budva the coastal road connecting them is absolutely magical.

- Vasyl (8/5): Ładnie, dużo atrakcji, dobre jedzenie, ale powinni zrobić coś z barmanami - Byliśmy początkiem sierpnia. Klimatyzacją działa jak powinna, wygodne łóżka, jest czysto, basen fajny i czysty, jedzenie też bardzo smaczne. Barmani przy zewnętrznym barze “Sunset Pool” niemili i zamawiane drinki są robione przez pół, czasem wogóle bez połowy dodatków, byle jak. Tak nie powinno być płacąc taką kwotę. Basen czynny tylko do 19, czyli jak jest ładnie podświetlany to nie wolno się kąpać. Powinni przedłużyć minimum do 22.

Quartos muito confortáveis Buffet muito variado mas repetitivo ao fim de uma semana e não houve as noites temáticas na comida que anunciaram. Como por exemplo a italiana.

Bar przy basenie prestige pyszne drinki i grillowane ryby. Piękna plaża,czyste leżaki, przestronnie elegancko. Opcja ultra All inclusive rewelacja . Barman w lobby, niezbyt przyjemnie nastawiony do gości.

- Stefan (3/5): Dissapointed, highly dissapointed - It's a big resort with a lot of pools and food was good as well. If I would put everything on a peace of paper, I would have 10 bad things to say for one good. We spent 5 days there, 8 of us, and we all feel the same about the place. The parking is not private, whoever goes to the beach can access it, vehicles are not safe. The rooms are stinky, water is not for drinking and when you let it run, it stinks up the whole room. The rooms were not cleaned, the only way to get your room cleaned is to put mark on the door or personally to talk to the cleaning ladies. Since the rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed, we also ran out of toilet paper as they leave only one per room. Our bathroom was leaking, check the pictures. I went to reception to talk about it, noone showed to check. We called to get a coffee, noone came. Pools are dirty, and during our stay those were not cleaned once. Staff is not rude, but they just don't give a damn. The rooms are different, allthough you pay for the all inclusive, you won't get it if you selected anything but a Premium room. Here is the example... Rooms don't get coffee, rooms don't get mini bar, if you want to have the dinner in some of the restoraunta, you need to pay for the reservation, yoy don't get access to all pools. If you're in the Premium room, you will get all of that, allthough you might pay less than for other bigger room for a family of 4. The hotel made such a big difference between the rooms, that even the toilet paper in the rooms is different, Premium room gets a Premium toilet paper, while other rooms get a bad one. Isn't that weird? If you are not a premium guest, you will have to pay for specific drinks as well, as well as the food in specific places. I wouldn't make a problem about this, but they are advertising these things as an all inclusive on their website, which is obviously not the case once you arrive there.

- Olga (5/5): Wer auf Sauberkeit keinen Wert legt, ist es perfekt geeignet 👌 - Dede Pool und der Strand waren schön. Die Betten waren bequem aber leider nicht sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant (das größte) war gut und abwechslungsreich und das Dessert war echt super ! Das gesamte Hotel war mal früher, so glaube ich, ein Krankenhaus oder ein alten Heim oder ähnliches… unser Zimmer war recht alt, Fliesen auf dem Boden, und das Badezimmer war echt runtergekommen. Es sollte mal wieder renoviert werden. Es war sehr hellhörig, du hast praktisch alles gehört von draußen. Die Tür war schlecht abzuschließen und eine große Türlücke war auch noch da. Allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht gut. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren befleckt, die Pool Handtücher waren mit Löcher und ebenfalls mich richtig sauber. Der Balkon war voller Spinnengewebe. Viele Attraktionen waren geschlossen und als wir mal wo anders essen gegangen waren, war das Essen praktisch gleich wie in dem anderen Restaurant. In dem größeren Restaurant war das Essen zwar gut, doch es war alles so schmuddelig und klebrig, die Stühle waren voll mit Essensresten und voller Flecken. Wir werden leider nicht nochmal kommen.

- Kenan (9/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel, das Essen hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Ein Riesenplus ist sie direkte Kommunikation mit einer Ansprechperson via Whatsapp, die für Fragen und Anmerkungen zur Verfügung steht. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.
- Andreas (1/5): - Unglaublich schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, in dem Ausmaß habe ich so etwas noch nicht erlebt! Man wird gedrängt zu unterschreiben dass man keine negativen Bewertungen hinterlässt oder Fotos postet sonst darf man manche Bereiche nicht nutzen.

- Breda (3/5): Won’t be staying or recommending to anyone else - I liked the convenience of having some type of free food and it was nice to sit on the beach It looked extremely nice online but it was filled with kids, the pools closed at SEVEN extremely early that was insane. The restaurants you can’t get into without a reservation and we got a 9:30 pm reservation at the Italian which was so late and when we got there we were the only ones they were out of 3 of the things I tried to order on the menu and they rushed us saying they were closing in 5 minutes. The food at the buffet upstairs was okay, not always warm. No free room service!! This is an all inclusive I’ve never stayed somewhere I cannot get room service for free. And it was only available 12-8 pm that’s insane! Should be 24 hours! I tried to get sheets one night and no one responded til the next day! And one of the days I had the do not disturb sign up and they came into my room and cleaned it anyway even though I had that sign up because I had valuables out: they should not be able to come inside when that sign is up! Definitely would not stay here again.
