• Xiao (1/5): Very bad experience, was refused to check in out of no reason - Very rude host, lier, and racist. Being told the room wasn’t ready(already passed check-in time), we waited for two hours to check in. The host hung up on me many times. After 2 hours the host came and told me there were no rooms left, and spent another hour placing us to other hotels. The host didn’t apologize at all and was very rude. I called the police while waiting but they told me to contact booking. This is my worst experience in Europe.
• Karen-Bergljot (4/5): Iskald opplevelse! - Fin beliggenhet, rent Det var minusgrader ute og blåste kraftig. Vinduene og døra ut til uteplassen var ikke tett, det blåste direkte inn. Kanskje bare +15 grader i stue/kjøkken om morgenen. Alle ovner sto på max. Bør kun leies ut om sommeren!

• Stefano (1/5): - We arrived at the house in February, in Kabelvåg, and found that the heating was completely turned off in every room. The house was freezing, spread over two floors, and impossible to heat up in a short time since we arrived in the evening (check-in was only allowed after 5:00 PM). It is unacceptable to hand over accommodation in Norway in the middle of winter without the heating turned on. To make matters worse, the internet was not working either. We later discovered that all the plugs, including those for the heaters and the router, had been disconnected. The router was even hidden above a window, behind a curtain—we found it by chance shortly before leaving. None of this had been communicated to us. We tried several times to contact the owners, both via SMS (as indicated in the instructions posted at the entrance) and through the booking platform, but we never received any response. No assistance, no explanation, no support. The cold made us feel unwell and we were forced to leave earlier than planned, despite having paid for multiple nights, and had to book and pay for another accommodation to avoid worsening the situation. An extremely disappointing experience, with absent management and a complete lack of care for guests. Even now, after two days, no one has responded to us yet. The house was not in good condition: two lights at the first floor were on for no reason, making us think someone might be inside; plastic items and hair ties were left on the floor; there was no shower gel or shampoo; the refrigerator smelled bad; and the stairs leading to two of the bedrooms are extremely dangerous. Absolutely not recommended.

• Ingfrid (3/5): - All dough in idyllic sourindings, far from a standard you would expect for NOK 3000. Unfortunately we did not check tripadvisor before booking. No soundproofing in the walls, we can hear what the people in the neighboring apartment are dreaming. If you need Internet, choose another place to stay. It was stated in our booking that Internet was included, but after 3 reminders, where it was promised that it would be fixed shortly, we gave up! Very old houses, all interior doors are difficult to close. Kitchen looks ok, but lights and the fan did not work. See the response from the landlord on tripadvisor states that the place was enroute for upgrade back in 2023. Now, in 2025, the barhroom has got a facelift, but the rest, no. Bathroom recently renovated and looks fairly nice, but shows signs of haste to rent, with half-finished electrical installation and lack of necessary lighting. When showering make sure that you do not leave anything on the floor as the whole floor is flooded with 2 cm of water. Makes me wonder if educated craftsmen has been used here. If you need hair dryer, bring your own, as it's not provided. Want to enjoy a glass of vine? Then you can share the one vine-glass available. Are we booking here again? Nope! • Anna Lucia (1/5): pessimo appartamento , da non prenotate, fate attenzione - NULLA, DA NON PRENOTARE PIù, PROPRIETARIO INESISTENTE, MOLTO INDISPONENTE, TI LASCIA da soli a risolvere gravi problemi , MAI COMPRENSIVO A RISOLVERE I PROBLEMI, O DI FORNIRE UN OTTIMO SERVIZIO, DAVVERO MORTIFICATE PER QUESTO SOGGIORNO Abbiamo aspettando 2 ore al freddo perché il proprietario continuava a sbagliare assegnazione dell'appartamento. Dopo 4 telefonate il proprietario si è degnato di venire per portarci lenzuola asciugamani puliti e prodotti per pulire la casa. C'erano peli e capelli ovunque nel lavandino e nella doccia . Abbiamo pulito noi il bagno e la cucina. Abbiamo rifatto i letti. Abbiamo avuto un topino grigio in casa. Non abbiamo avuto wifi. Non funzionava.....pipi nel wc degli ospiti precedenti. Immondizia di pesce da buttare.. il signore non importava nulla dei nostri disagi..il Gorno dopo non ci ha mandato nessuno a pulire. Abbiamo strapagato questa struttura per 5 persone. Non prenotate. 5 amiche italiane.
• CHRISTEL (10/5): Génial - Rorbuer typique des Lofoten, charmant bien équipé. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer, très au calme. Nos premières aurores boréales !! Super accueil (téléphonique) , disponible, très arrangeant et prompt à donner des renseignements malgré mon anglais hasardeux. Très bien situé, proche de commerce super base pour découvrir les Lofoten rien, c'était juste le TOP
• Jane (3/5): - En bygning hvor der bliver leje værelser ud i meget ringe stand, der var loftplader der havde fået vandskade som smuldrede, spindelvæv og snavset. Det bliver betegnet som et vandrehjem, men der er ikke fællesfaciliteter til alle værelserne … vi var 7 personer f. Eks en dag til aftensmad, men det kunne kun sidde 4 ved bordet, i et mørkt køkken, uden vinduer …….Det er bestemt ikke pengene værd. En stor skuffelse. Alt indvendigt.

• Trude Katrine (6/5): Nordlysvennlig beliggenhet - Flott beliggende på brygge. Frokosten ble tatt ute på brygga. Kort vei til moloen hvor det var fint å se på nordlyset. Fikk besøk av mus siste natta på rommet. Litt kjedelig.

Dan noodnummer gebeld, en na twintig keer eindelijk antwoord. Persoon aan de telefoon was erg grof en verontschuldigde zich voor niets.

Incheckning först klockan 17 och då kom inte den utlovade informationen om var vi skulle bo. Ringde och fick svar efter 20 minuter att det berodde på en bugg i systemet, en uppenbar lögn.

• Michael (2/5): Tyvärr en mycket dålig upplevelse - Vi upptäckte ohyra under vår vistelse, vilket ledde till att vi krävde pengarna tillbaka. Trots allvaret fick vi endast 25 % ersättning – något vi själva fick kämpa för, då boendet inte tog något eget ansvar. Väl hemma tog det flera dagar av vår semester att hantera bagage och sanering för att undvika att ohyran kom in i vårt hus. Väldigt besvikna på hur situationen hanterades.

Proche de l'aéroport de Svolvaer Gestion peu sérieuse des appartements (checking) et comportement non professionnel Arrivé à 19h très mauvaise surprise en entrant dans l'appartement car le "nettoyage entre 2 locations" n'a pas été réalisé (lit, salle de bain, vaisselle, linge dans l'état laissé par les précédents occupants) Une erreur peut arriver mais propriétaire injoignable, pas de réponse aux appels au numéro indiqué et aucune réponse par le biais de la messagerie de Booking Pour 190€ la nuit on ne s'attend pas à ça du tout... Après 1h à se démener, on a heureusement aperçu une voiture du service de nettoyage et on nous a finalement donné l'appartement d'à coté (aucune excuse ne nous a été faite ni aucun message par la suite) Wifi ne marchait pas, ainsi que certains éclairages, pas de cafetière, ni planche à découper

• Vero87nica (9/5): Meraviglioso! - Alloggiare in un rorbu norvegese: stupendo!!! Kabelvåg bellissima località di porto. Alloggio inserito in un complesso di rorbuer fronte mare con il molo proprio a pochi passi, arredato in stile nordico, molto molto carino e confortevole. Ha proprio tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo mangiato sul tavolino fuori l'ingresso in una serata di sole e dentro con fuori la pioggerellina. Direi magico e se vogliamo dire anche romantico! Unico neo, avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ci sono stati dati due singoli. Ma di fronte a tanta bellezza è passato in secondo piano.

• Irene (6/5): I loved the location, but I would have appreciated a few more home comforts. - Beautiful location, and it was well heated, which was appreciated. It was very clean too. The beds, though not uncomfortable, were very narrow. There was no hairdryer. It was just all a bit too basic for me.

I understand it is meant to be in an old style, but the rooms could still be made more cozy. In room no. 1, a small table would be more useful than a sink in the middle.

• Stefano (9/5): - La posizione è davvero straordinaria, in un paesino autentico e caratteristico che conserva la sua anima originaria, ancora lontana dal turismo di massa. La casa, un antico rorbuer dei pescatori norvegesi, ha un fascino unico: semplice e spartana negli arredi, ma incredibilmente accogliente e romantica. Soggiornare qui significa vivere un’esperienza speciale, respirare la storia del luogo e sentirsi parte di un paesaggio intatto, con la vista meravigliosa sul faro di Kabelvåg a rendere l’atmosfera ancora più suggestiva. Unico punto a sfavore: il bagno non dispone di una doccia chiusa e, a ogni utilizzo, il pavimento inevitabilmente si bagnava.

Het is een hostel met gedeelde badkamer en ev dus dan behoor je veel minder te betalen als voor een hotelkamer met eigen badkamer. Ook moesten we eerst door de keuken voordat we in onze eigen kamer konden. Andere gasten die overigens erg aardig waren waren uitgebreid aan het koken.

Nix für kleine Menschen (Deckenhöhe) Keine Seife im Spender Betten 60cm x180cm Das ganze Haus riecht sehr muffig. Im Sommer keine Dämmung der Fenster Türen ect.noch ok aber im Winter?
• Sara (3/5): - Fanns bänkar med bord utanför som vi kunde använda när vi åt frukost. Dock inte vattenutsikt där. Det luktade skunk. Ingen ventilation i sovrummet och dålig i delade toaletten o duschen. Mörk panel i rummet och en äcklig filtmatta. Taklampan fungerade inte.
• Malin (10/5): - Rent, fint og bra beliggenhet! Det eneste er at det manglet håndsåpe på badet!
• Heloise (10/5): - Super bien équipé et spacieux Très bien placé avec une terrasse agréable
• Johan (2/5): - Filthy property. Did not get an updated unit as per photos. Got a unit where the sewage from the units dumped directly into ocean below the unit. Avoid this property at all costs! Expedia not helpful in resolving. This place is a dump!!!
• Colin (1/5): Cramped, unhygienic and very expensive - The double room I got was beyond a joke - no room to get round the beds - see photo. It was fine that they didn't clean my room, but they should clean the communal areas. Some days the toilets were in a disgusting state. Worst was the kitchen - the bin with food waste was overflowing and a mouse was trapped in it for two days.
• Erik (1/5): Inte prisvärt - Läget. Dyrt. Trångt. Låg standard. Ser fint ut på bilderna, som inte stämmer med verkligheten. Inte ens halva priset hade gjort boendet prisvärt. Bor billigare på hotell med full service.

• MICHELA (9/5): - Bei Robur, ottima posizione, cucina molto grande adatta a cucinare. E' relativamente vicina allo spettacolare campo di calcio sul mare! Avremmo preferito che avessero aerato i locali prima del soggiorno, le camere mansardate troppo calde. Abbiamo trovato la chiave con i codici forniti
