• Honza (9/5): V srdci Palerma - Velmi pěkný a pohodlný apartmán na vynikajícím místě v historickém centru Palerma. Má velkou skrytou terasu, ze které je výhled na věž středověkého kostela se zvonicí. Dům, ve kterém se apartmán nachází, je ve vnitrobloku, takže, přestože se jedná o rušné centrum, je zde klid v kteroukoliv denní dobu. Byli jsme v Palermu o velikonocích, takže veškeré tradiční akce, jako alegorický průvod či vnášení světla do kostela, jsme měli na dosah. Kontakt se správcem byl velmi příjemný, předem nám poradil, jak se nejlépe dostat z letiště do ubytování. Na místě nám dal užitečné tipy na restaurace, obchody a pomohl nám zorientovat se. Po celou dobu pobytu byl k dispozici. Doporučujeme toto ubytování pro ty, kdo si chtějí vychutnat svéráznou atmosféru Palerma, být na dosah všemu dění a přitom si užívat klidu v soukromí. Drobné výhrady máme k čistotě. Apartmán by si zasloužil pečlivější úklid.

Есть лифт. Вход в здание с ключом.

• Malcolm (9/5): - Great apartment right in the centre, near all the main sites. Unbelievably quiet given its location. Loads of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Kitchen is smart with a microwave, gas hob, fridge, kettle and toaster but no oven or grill. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Comfortable lounge and very comfortable bed.

We had fun listening to Adriano Celentano CDs :) Such a great location, couldn‘t be more central and yet surprisingly quiet. Luigi, Andrea and Mario made us feel like VIP family, every aspect was perfectly organised and taken care of. Andrea‘s restaurant and aperitivo recommendations were exactly to our taste and knowing our car was in a safe garage put our mind at ease.

Lift was always prompt and easy to use. A few more cooking utensils more modern plates, cups and glasses would’ve been nice. A better ironing board and iron would’ve been appreciated but those are only minor things.

Clear communication with host who greeted us on arrival, was most accommodating & even bought me an ironing board. Fantastic terrace with view of old church, great for aperitivo & also enabled our washing to dry in the sun. The apartment was well equipped but could do with a microwave oven. Otherwise all was perfect.

• Darren (8/5): Fantastic location and great balcony - Absolutely perfect location for all the main tourist sites. Fantastic balcony. Very quiet and peaceful apartment (despite being in a very busy area). Comfortable bed. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the apartment. Small kitchen area and lack of cooking equipment. Also, there was no proper oven, which is what we were expecting - there is just a small metal grill type oven (same size as a microvave) that is almost useless to cook with.

The location is awesome, this is in the heart of Palermo on one of the main streets. We were able to walk to all the sights and markets. It was clean, modern, and more spacious than we thought it would be. There is security in the front of the building. Careful not to try driving in the old city west of here. A small car can access the parking lot which looks pretty safe but you need to come from Roma.

Shower was very slippy, with no grab rails. Also, the screen was so short you had to mop the floor after showering. The key was very difficult to use.
• Jill (9/5): The best of both worlds in Palermo. - This is the perfect place to stay while exploring Palermo. The apartment building is very central, close to everything you'd want, but the apartment itself is quite secluded from any noise or views into other apartments. It's private and quiet while also being steps from all the best of the city. The hosts are happy to communicate and quick to respond, but you never feel like you're being watched or intruded upon. The shower has good water pressure, the balcony has very beautiful views, sun exposure and is extremely private. The air conditioning works well and there are thoughtful spaces for storage in the bathroom and bedroom. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo! The bed was only outfitted with a fitted sheet and top sheet. This turned out to be fine for my partner and I, it was comfortable for sleeping in the warm temperatures, but an extra blanket as an option would have been nice.

The appartment is a good size & has all facilities needed (even a washing machine, great shower and soundproof). Lovely balcony with view on the bell tower of the church, good privacy. As it is in a ZTL zone, you advise the host and someone comes to guide you to the appartment and parks the car. The owner/host took time to show us the appartment (good quality check Luigi!). And Luigi's suggestions for dinner were good. The responsiveness is very good, and host or staff are on site for any questions or remarks. The appartment is in the old city center, close to piazza pretoria, quattro canti, piazza Bellini. Will book this again when in Palermo. Only remark would be the pillows could be better, but that is personal.

There is a lovely terrace to get the morning sun and a big supermarket nearby as well as many restaurants and bars. Despite its central location it was very quiet. Luigi was extremely helpful and provided us with good information and recommendations The apartment is very nice, a few more cooking utensils, drinking glasses and mugs would have been useful.

Highly recommended. - A spacious, well-equipped apartment (and spotlessly clean), right in the old heart of the city, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Luigi met me at the door of the building exactly as I arrived and made checking in very easy and quick. The apartment has two balconies, looking out over the back of a neighbouring church and surrounding rooftops. Since the apartment is at the back of the building, it is really quiet at night. Highly recommended. Can't think of anything.

One off the living area, and the other off the bedroom.  The place was spacious and clean. It was also nice to have a washing machine and a large area to dry clothes. Luigi was  gracious and allowed me an early check-in so I was able to drop off luggage, take a shower and start exploring Palermo. Great security outside the building and Luigi was quick to answer any questions I had during my stay. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

• Kinga (10/5): Really nice and spacious flat right in the centre of Palermo, with a nice view to a church. - We contacted the owner in advance via messege and phone about the time of our arrival and he waited for us just in front of the building. The owner was really nice and helpful.
