• Kyriaki (2/5): I don’t suggest - Nothing Miss communication - my card was charging more than 2 times I went for shower the first night and the bottle of the body wash was empty Not provide a bathroom kit (they have a small store in the entrance to force you to buy things that you may forgot) Very noisy, you listen very loud the room on the floor above Not so comfortable bed Not value for money

• Weiß (8/5): Freundliches Hotel mitten im Westerpark - Die Lage des Hotels ist toll: mitten im Westerpark und trotzdem ist man in 15 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein helles Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Bei der Anreise gab es ein Begrüßungsgetränk und auf dem Zimmer Gratissnack. Dank Wasserkocher im Zimmer konnten wir uns Tee und Kaffee kochen. Das Hotel hat keinen richtigen Frühstücksraum, deshalb gibt es nur recht wenige Sitzplätze. Alles ist etwas beengt. Das Büfett ist vegetarisch, was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war. Trotzdem gibt es alles, was man braucht und sehr leckeren Käse. In der Dusche gab es nur eine Stabhandbrause, keinen richtigen Duschkopf. Das fanden wir gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen.
• Claudia (10/5): - Two years ago I came here with my company’s team - this time I returned for leisure with my 7 years old daughter. We will always return here each time we will visit Amsterdam. The context is unparalleled -green, quiet, with a magical historical touch. The staff responded swiftly to my request of being given a different room because of a late-evening concert going on in the park - and we ended up sleeping wonderfully. The overall experience is ”A-dam” in all senses. Six stars!

• Celia (8/5): City escape with the kids - The room was very spacious, and beautiful. All the hotel and the surroundings are fantastic. It is not in the very city centre bu very easy to walk or catch a train. The room view you can only see green. Nothing.
• Jessica (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Mooie kamer die over het park uitkeek. Ik had gevraagd om een rustige kamer en deze kreeg ik ook. Heerlijk geslapen. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en zorgt ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Leuk ook dat je een welkomstdrankje krijgt en het welkomst cadeau op de kamer.

Somit hatte ich eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Park und es war ruhig. Das Hotel ist verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

• Stephen (2/5): Be aware the at you have to self check in. It’s like the Ryanair of Hotels. They won’t do it for you. - Location Very rude staff member who told me when I complained about having to self check in and fill in all the info with little help when I didn’t have their booking reference (different to that given by booking.com) that “I should have booked somewhere else if I didn’t want to do self check in” very rude considered I had paid €1200 for 4 rooms for the night. Is this where hotels are going? No staff to check people in. It was “against hotel policy for the staff to check guests in”. Very frustrating after a long tiring day of travel and meetings. Nice staff member the next morning made up for the previous afternoon’s staff member.

• Annie Whittle (8/5): It was a gorgeous location with lots going on and a short walk from Jordan - The location was great and the staff were amazing and so welcoming the room felt a little dusty like it hadn’t been used in a while but felt clean and bright which was great !! The only thing I really would change was the shower heads it’s was a little impractical didn’t have an actual shower head

• michelle (8/5): Concious Hotel in Westerpark - Rooms were big and spacious. We had an early check in for 15 euros which worked well. Check in was automated on an IPad but staff were around to help and were very friendly. Location in Westerpark is lovely. We were glad we stayed in this part of Amsterdam. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and some attractions like rhe Banksy museum. Getting to the train station was easy (3 stops on local bus) and tram was a couple of minutes walk (which took you into centre of town). Didn't hear any noise at all during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if we visit Amsterdam again in the future. No major issues. Breakfast was nice enough but very busy on a couple of days. Simple issue is that they don't have enough tables / space to cover the number of guests they have and the public (breakfast space also used as a cafe).

La hauteur sous plafond de 4m donne une impression d'espace dans notre chambre triple avec cette séparation entre les 2 partie de la chambre permettant à notre ado de conserver son intimité et la notre. Un mot quand même sur la literie d'excellentes qualités. En particulier les oreillers avec cette très bonne idée de disposer d'un petit et d'un gros. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner qui mérite mieux que ce qui est proposé.

We are new to Amsterdam and this hotel at this site came up in repeated searches. It is not in the museum district! There are neat restaurants and cafes etc nearby and the park is a lovely respite but it is not where booking says it is.

• Jack (3/5): Very disappointed - never again! - Large room. Good location - in park, near public transport. No minibar in room - this is good: not wasting electricity. Very poor value for money. In the room: 6 coathangers. 3 hooks on the wall. No shelves for clothing, no closet. No facial tissues, only toilet paper. No face cloths, only 2 bath towels and two hand towels. No bar soap, only liquid soap. Body cream was very poor quality - did not absorb, did not moisturize. Coffee in the room was an unusual individual drip system that made very weak "coffee" that I found undrinkable. At breakfast: no butter at the buffet; I needed to ask for it. No sparkling water available from the fridges in the lobby. When I asked, I was told "We only have still water."

The room was nice, we had the park view which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was good and the staff members nice. Location was good- walkable to the city and public transport super easy from there. There was no hair conditioner. Maybe I should have paid more attention and be better prepared and had it with me.

E' partito per un errore l'allarme anticendio al mattino (circa verso le 8:00). Per fortuna eravamo già svegli e lo staff si è prontamente scusato per l'inconveniente.

• Astrid (8/5): - Super super friendly staff! Beautiful location, comfortable bathroom with big shower, very comfortable bed and pillows! Love them! The breakfast was poor, with very little choice—only like cheese, eggs, and yogurt. So, if you have more than one or two breakfasts, the food is monotonous. I don't mind that it's vegetarian, but there should be more variety, like cottage cheese, tofu, and a veggie spread. Furthermore, the TV in the room isn't smart, and there's no other way to connect, so you can only watch three Dutch channels and CNN.

While the fantastic location, beautiful interior design, and exceptionally comfortable rooms all stood out, what made the experience truly special was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We were greeted by Ivan, the concierge, whose genuine smile and kindness immediately made us feel at ease. His warm and thoughtful welcome set the tone for our entire stay, making us feel not just like guests, but truly at home. That personal touch is something we won’t forget and is a big part of why we would happily return. We absolutely loved the beds they were incredibly comfortable. The availability of snacks at night was another thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Combined with the peaceful and relaxing location, everything about our stay felt calm, cozy, and perfectly taken care of.

• Helen (10/5): Amei ficar hospedada lá. - O Hotel é uma antiga fábrica de gás, construção belíssima, histórica e bastante peculiar, adaptada para hotel. O Hotel encontra-se localizado dentro de um parque, Westerpark, agradabilíssimo, a poucos passos de um lindo e pacífico canal. Tudo ótimo. Funcionários atenciosos. Instalações confortáveis. Espaço do quarto suficiente.

• Steve (8/5): Nice location in the park away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam - Great location in the park but still close to everything Quite an industrial type room with polished concrete floors so it was a bit on the cold side. Breakfast choice was limited.

Emplacement à côté d'un joli parc avec étang et de l'autre côté, une esplanade avec plus loin, coffee shop et bar. Seul soucis: bruyant. Donc préférer les chambres côté parc. Un peu bruyant avec ma chambre du côté de l'esplanade. Samedi soir, bruyant jusqu'à passé 4h du matin. VLux laissent passer le bruit. Heureusement, j'avais des bouchons.
• László (7/5): - Jó helyen volt. Több busszal pár megálló a központi pályaudvar, villamossal a múzeumok megközelíthetőek. Nagyon magas belmagasság, fűtés max 24 fokra állitható de ezzel nem lehet felfűteni. Volt bent egy kis villanyradiátor de az is kevés. Ellenben kérésre kaptunk még egyet, csak ezeket kerülgetni kell. Nagyon egyszerű hideg linóleum padlóval, szoba nincs szekrény. A takarítást délután végezték volt hogy 4-5 kor értünk haza és vagy épp akkor takarítottak vagy akkor jöttek volna amikor már lepihentünk.

• Alvaro (3/5): Uncomfortable, and really expensive for what it is. - Really nothing The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room had a wooden beam really close to the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night you will have to duck to avoid it. So, we had to sleep with our feet facing the head of the bed. But again, that bed was uncomfortable. During checkout we let who I think was the manager about the wooden beam, and that we believe it was a hazard to have a bed close to it. I almost hit it one night. She said it was because the building was old. But again, you get up in the middle of the and you wouldn’t expect to have a beam in front of you. Not going back to it

• Benoit (9/5): - Original room in a renovated building. Relax and green location from where you can easily reach amsterdam centrum via bike. Getting connected via phone with Westpark Conscious hotel. You always ended up in Vondelpark Conscious hotel.
