Всё рядом, бесплатная парковка, замок Орсини Оделькаски, красивейшие виды на озеро, потрясающие кварталы средневекового Браччано! Заселились легко, хозяйка Иллария сообщила всю необходимую информацию. В доме было всё необходимое, все исправно. Связь хорошая. Важная вещь -кондиционер создавал необходимый микроклимат на фоне очень жаркого июля. Благодарим Илларию! было немного шумновато на улице ночью тк рядом много баров и кафе. Но это мелочи, итальянцы шумные и общительные люди. Немного напрягали очень дотошные просьбы хозяйки о оплате городского налога (хотя мы оставили наличные деньги в размере налога в доме. Не удобна была связь с хозяйкой только через сообщения в Booking. Мы с супругой никогда не отказываем хозяевам в предоставлении паспортных данных, обычно я делаю фото и отправляю в WhatsApp. Это общение заняло очень много нашего времени, хотя все можно решить быстро использую удобные месседжеры.

• Bmct (9/5): Superb - It was a little difficult to access by car when we first arrived as the property is in a limited access zone. However once we knew the system things became clearer.

• Dorota (9/5): Great apartment in the heart of Bracciano - Apartament is great located in historical part of the city. It had everything we needed- coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. It is well equipped. The bed was comfy. Communication with the owner was also great, they are really helpful and welcoming. The apartment has great view on the beautiful lake of Bracciano. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. It is also located right next to the castle. Right next to the apartment there is a bar, each night we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of partying people. We understood this is not the fault of the owner of the apartment, but this is a huge disadvantage of our stay. People visiting this said bar were sitting at the stairs of our apartment, leaving their garbage and empty cups right in front of our door. They were really loud every single night.
• Delphyne (9/5): Superb - We had an excellent stay at La Sentinella Holiday House with my partner. The house was very clean, ideally located in the historic centre of Bracciano. There was air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in Bracciano. It gets a little bit noisy at night, but it was not a problem for us at all.

• Judit (10/5): Perhaps the best and cutest apartment in Bracciano. - This apartment has one of the best locations in Bracciano. It is right next to one of the most visited viewpoints in Bracciano, therefore it can be a bit busy, especially during summertime, but you are located in a wonderful area, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment has everything you need for two people, we had a very nice time there. We requested an early check-in and although they weren't able to let us know until one day before our arrival, they made everything possible to let us in earlier. We are forever grateful for the cleaning lady, who managed to clean the apartment nicely within 1 hour. :) Bracciano is also a super nice town that is worth the visit. It has a wonderful and clean lake, great restaurants and a fantastic vibe! I'd definitely go back! It can get a bit noisy at night time as there is a lunge pub next door, but it did not bother us too much. We still slept well. :)
