• Alessandro (8/5): - Nonostante il soggiorno sia stato di nostro gradimento non si poteva scappare dai rumori prodotti dai vicini o dalle persone per strada (la posizione è centralissima, ne passano parecchie, senza contare gli eventi della Giostra). Le pareti sono praticamente inesistenti, la finestra non isola dai rumori, e direi anche che fosse rotta (non chiude bene). Sostituirei, quanto meno, la finestra.

• Claudio (6/5): La proprietaria è stata cortese a portarci quanto da noi richiesto che mancava. La ringraziamo. - Ottima posizione al centro del paese e parcheggio " Le Conce" a pochi minuti a piedi dal B&B. Pur essendo a pagamento, il gentilissimo proprietario " Sig. Riccardo", ci ha fatto un prezzo forfettario per tre notti, consigliato. La stanza non è dotata di riscaldamento a termosifoni e la grande finestra (tiene tutta una parete) necessita di un intervento sui serramenti perché non chiudendo bene rende fredda la camera. Per ovviare a questo problema è indispensabile tenere in funzione sempre la pompa di calore e, nel bagno, il termosifone elettrico. Ovviamente il commento è riferito solo alla camera da noi occupata e non all’intero stabile.

• Valentina (7/5): Centralissimo ma manca qualcosa - Posizione centralissima, anche vicino a un comodo parcheggio. Check in automatizzato ben gestito, corredato da informazioni chiare da parte dei gestori. Assenza di alcuni servizi ormai rintracciabili in molte camere che non dispongono di cucina o angolo cottura come bollitore con tisane, fazzoletti etc. Le stanze erano abbastanza fredde e non è possibile gestire autonomamente la temperatura. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere al gestore via whatsapp ma ovviamente così non c'è possibilità di modulazione personalizzata a seconda delle esigenze e dei vari momenti della giornata.

Letto spazioso e camera pulita Il box doccia risulta piccolo. È sufficiente per una persona normopeso ma risulta difficile muoversi al suo interno. Altro punto non indifferente: avevano già cambiato il codice del cancello ,intorno alle 12:00 del giorno successivo, per entrare nella struttura dove sono presenti le camere e avevo dovuto lasciare la valigia all'interno della zona bagagli poiché non si possono portare bagagli presso la sede dei concorsi. Per fortuna un membro dello staff mi ha gentilmente aperto il cancello

Anche se si trova nella zona ztl ciò non rappresenta un problema perché la proprietaria comunica tempestivamente alle autorità la targa quindi alla fine nn è un problema. La proprietaria è molto disponibile.

The bed is not 1 large bed but 2 single bed joined bed, and all night we were shiftiing at edge of the bed because the joined center was shifting. But other than that is perfect and enjoyable.

Very clear communication by the host about checking in. Location is perfect to explore around town centre, with a supermarket nearby. A comfortable stay. Not much. We stayed on the top floor. There was no lift but we were aware of this before booking, so not an issue for us.

• franinmuc (10/5): Lovely stay teo steps from the old town - If you happen to be in Foligno, I can recommend this B&B. You do have to be fit though. We counted 58 steps right to the top floor. Rooms are on the last two floors of the building with ours being on the top floor. So this is not exactly suitable if you are travelling with a big suitcase! The climb was well worth it for us. We had the Shabby Chic room and liked it very much. There was a nice balcony but we only stayed one night and didn't have the chance to buy a bottle of wine to sit outside and enjoy. Breakfast is not included but no worries. If you go out the building, turn right and turn right again, you'll see Pasticceria Beddini which has great pastries and a huge selection of cornettos (croissants) with different fillings. Carla and her mum were very friendly and gave us a lot of information.
• 619mayz (10/5): Amazing stay - This place was amazing, and the photos don't do it justice! I stayed there for a wedding and our room was so nice that the bride even decided to dress up here. I've never encountered such a wonderful value for such great quality in my life! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
• naccokuwabara (10/5): brightly and stylish room - I stayed "Shabby chic". The room gets plenty of shine and there is a little terrace. The interior of the room is so stylish, I heard that the owner has been collecting antique furnishings. The room is very clean. And the owner and her mother are very kind. The one flaw is the absence of an escalator. I'm convinced that this hotel is one of the ideal accommodations in Foligno! 「シャビーシック」という名前のお部屋に宿泊しました。オーナーがアンティーク家具を集めて少しずつ改装を重ねたお部屋はとてもかわいらしく、また清掃も行き届いていました。B&Bのような施設ですが朝食はありません。また、4、5階がホテルなので大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は注意が必要です。それでも、このホテルの快適さ、値段の割に楽しめるラグジュアリー感は素晴らしいと思います。
• 99Maria (10/5): An absolutely wonderful stay at Affitacamere Arco Polinori... - Affitacamere Arco Polinori has five really charming lovely rooms each with a different theme located on the fourth and fifth floor of this palazzo in Foligno. I stayed in the Chic n Shabby room with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Foligno and the Duomo's campanile. It is a stone's throw away from the main piazza. The hostess, Ms. Carla, is extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. A woman with real class and genuine interest in her guests. I had trouble locking the two gates downstairs and she climbed down from the fourth floor to show me how to lock them. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, impeccably clean and had the most comfortable mattress to sleep on. The room was also very quiet. It had a nice old fire place, satellite TV and for me the terrace was a real place. On a warm summer's night, it's a great place to sit out with a good bottle of Italian red wine and local pizza. There's a left luggage service. Excellent wifi connection in the room. And next door you'll find a very nice pizzeria. A great location. A great hostess. A great room. I'll definitely come again!
