• Deborah (7/5): I liked it. - I love this hotel. Everytime I travel to Moncton I like to book at this location. Best customer service, best hotel and best room noise cancellation. The wifi never works, with all the rooms I have booked each time I check in, the wifi does not work. The tv never works as well. Couldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.
• Lise (9/5): Nice spot. - We enjoyed the room it was well-appointed. And very clean. The sofa bed couch was a nice addition however it was not the most comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom could have used a fan. And I may have missed this one booking but I was not aware there would be a $15 per day parking charge this was automatically added to my bill and I had to call to get clarification on this.

• Pierre (8/5): Like the concept of your rooms. - The room layout and size is great, bed was comfortable. Somehow, our code for the lock box was not the right number. We had to call for support. Not the friendliest of conversations, made it feel like it was our fault, yet the number we had was wrong.

The only downside is being close to railway and at night there seem to be some homeless around the area. I would definitely stay again, especially for extended stay…so nice to have a full apartment.

The unit included parking and had a full kitchen that was well stocked with everything I needed. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and made the stay smooth and easy. The self-serve laundromat on-site was also a great bonus. Overall, very comfortable and practical for both short or extended visits.

• Sarah (8/5): My first stay in Moncton I will definitely return. - There were lights I could not turn on and lights in the pull-out bed portion of the suite I could not turn off very bright floating shelf cabinet lights. There was no kettle nor teabags. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great though right in the downtown it was not too noisy and I live in the country so am used to quiet. There was ample towels and linens the kitchen was great lots of dishes etc. There were no kitchen linens I could find. The parking pass should have a drop box inside the main door guests need not be inconvenienced by returning the pass to the unit. Overall I had a pleasant stay which could have been even better with a few small tweaks. Attention to small details like tea and coffee. The parking pass return easiet. The lighting is numerous and there are some could not be turned on or off it seems.
• King (10/5): Loved it, no notes. Just perfection - The booking was done, 1hr before I checked in. And the staff worked extremely well and got me all set up, before I even got to the place (1 hr drive). Once arrived, the private parking had their logo, so it was easy to find where to park. Also, there are cameras on premise, so you feel extra safe. Once I got into the room, there was a smooth jazz music playing, which is a really nice touch. Everything was clean, bright and just a very very nice place to recharge your mental and social battery. Lots of outlets to charge your electrionics. You're also really close to many places. Whether its grocery store, resturants, you name it. It was all walking distance. Overall, if I were to ever pass by Moncton again, this is the first place I would check. That I didn't stay more than 1 night. The kitchen was fully stocked and could've cooked myself a meal. But since I only stayed 1 night, I didnt get to enjoy the full of it. Grasping at straws for negative: The front door keypad is rather laggy, so make sure you press the numbers in, one at a time, slowly. Had to make 3 attempts before I was sucessful. But this is really grasping at straws. Is this a deal breaker? Not at all.

• Deborah (8/5): Great central location with everything you may need provided, very cute and clean boutique hotel - Very nicely redone apartment, very clean and well kept. Management very responsive and helpful. Had all essentials you may need provided during stay. Very central to everything, and on site parking was great to have. Clear entry instructions, enjoy the self check in style, and clear and easy check out instructions. Easy to find. Cleaning staff we ran into were very friendly. Very nice bathroom and a second separate vanity area was great to have. Enjoyed all the labelled things around with all the info you might need. Laundry on site with detergent supplied also. Main bedroom was quite warm as there was only a heat pump in the living room and the air didn’t circulate well into the bedroom, a fan would be great for the hot summer we’ve been having! The tv volume didn’t seem to work but we weren’t too concerned about that as we didn’t really use it anyways so I never looked into that issue either. Front entrance door didn’t shut well on its own, and at times we found it unlocked due to someone not closing it right. Also close to train tracks and the trains are very loud, but they can’t help that and it didn’t bother us much personally.

• Karine (10/5): Parfait ! - Le logement est moderne et tout équipé. Les lieux étaient très propres. L’accès était facile. L’immeuble est bien situé. Il est facile de s’y rendre et de se déplacer à de nombreuses attractions. Le personnel était à l’écoute et toujours disponible.

Porte d'entrée de l'édifice sécurisée avec code d'accès ne fermait plus, elle a été défectueuse pendant quelques jours. La serrure de la porte de notre appartement semble avoir été forcée, elle est mal fixée et bouge, c'était un peu insécurisant.

• Andrew (10/5): - Moncton is a regional capital. Half a dozen downtown blocks with some interesting restaurants. Ice arena at the west end of town, and a pleasant river promenade along the south. The Bower properties have proved a good and reliable way to stay downtown for extended periods while avoiding the rather ordinary chain hotels.
• Joane (10/5): - We were pleasantly surprise to see that what was shown on the website was exactly what we had as lodging. The communication for the entry to the building was well communicated. The only comment that we would suggest is to adjust both the front door that doesn’t close properly to lock as well as the one to enter in the hallway which squeaks. Otherwise, we would gladly rent it again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

• Megan (8/5): - The property is very well decorated and comfortable with everything you need. It’s near multiple good restaurants you can walk to. The only issue we had was the insulation; we got woken up early 3 out of the 4 days because there was a child running constantly on the floor above.
