- Torsten (9/5): Erholsame Auszeit in der Toskana - Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit gepflegtem Garten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr sauber. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Wir hatten in der Nebensaison die Unterkunft für uns und konnten den Garten mit unserem Kleinkind genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden und kostenlos nutzbar. In der näheren Umgebung kann man tolle, noch nicht überlaufene Orte entdecken. Die Appartements sind teilweise etwas unpraktisch. In unserem gab es zwar einen Kleiderschrank, der aber keine Regalböden hatte und zur Hälfte mit Bettzeug gefüllt war, d.h. wir haben aus den Koffern gelebt. Auch im Bad wäre eine Ablage schön. Die Matratzen waren nicht sonderlich bequem. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist extrem hoch. Wir haben uns daher selbst versorgt. Dennoch war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen.

Il letto matrimoniale con le molle era molto scomodo e piccolo. per riscaldare gli ambienti, ci sono gli inverter, pertanto l'aria in camera è molto secca e si sentiva l'umidità. In bagno bisogna usare una stufetta elettrica, da appoggiare su una sedia perchè il filo non arrivava alla corrente. Tutto molto scomodo.

- JAMIE (9/5): A great choice in a good location - A nice apartment in a good location, with a good pool. The grounds are well maintained and the people were friendly and easy to reach with Whatsapp if reception was closed. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet, we all slept so well! Good shower, decent air con in both main rooms. Some of the films on the TV stations can be switched to English, use the 'tools' button on the remote :-) The location is in lovely scenery and within reach of Siena (by car), Florence, and Arezzo (fast by train). Montevarchi is 10 mins away with large supermarkets or there's a handy Co-op in Cavriglia 5 mins away (closed in the afternoons). We caught a train to Florence - look out for a free dusty car park as you go into MV on the left before you get to the station, just a few mins walk. If you're heading to/from Pisa, we travelled back via Diboratto waterfall/San Gimignano/Volterra which is a lovely scenic route.

Fijne keuken. Jij zwembad. Hele leuke en lieve host. Voor degene die van wijn houdt is he paradijs, want de eigen wijnen staan tot je beschikking. Vanuit hier ook een fijne plek om Toscane te verkennen. alles was fijn!

Das war schon etwas besonderes - wir mussten auch entsprechend Wein mitnehmen ! Einen Morgen gabs keinen Strom - also auch keinen Kaffee - das war ein wenig unschön - kann aber mal passieren 🤣

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by rolling vineyards, delicious wine, swimming pool and unbeatable value to price ratio, this is the perfect spot. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the wine tasting with Costantino. The host was knowledgeable, offering insights into the winemaking process. What truly sets this rental apart is the outstanding price-to-quality ratio. For the level of service, comfort, and experience we received, the cost was surprisingly reasonable.

The host also prepared anti-mosquito liquid for the guests, which was very thoughtful. Information communication is quick and comprehensive. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! When comparing similar winery hotels, this one isn't the best priced, but it does give good value for money. Really good for a restful vacation. The grappa from their own winery was so good, but there was only one last bottle left that I bought, and there was no stock left to buy more. That's a pity.
- Kimberlee (9/5): Unforgettable family holiday in a traditional Tuscan villa - Highly recommend Tenuta San Jacopo for a family vacation. We were two couples with a 20 month old baby and we all had a great time. The villas are spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. There are several villas on the property but everyone still has their own space in the garden and pool. The in-house wine is delicious as well! We'd love to come back!

- Casanova (9/5): - I spent almost two weeks with my family at Tenuta San Jacopo, and I would go back in a heartbeat! It's located in a peaceful area, but not too far away from big cities. The facilities were super nice, we really enjoyed the pool! A clear highlight of the place is the staff, especially Sabrina. She was super available and gave us so many recommendations when we requested! Truly a nice stay :)

- Marie (6/5): Accommodation was nice - Host messaged us before arrival to invite us for a cold wine that was in the fridge upon arrival. Then she charged us for it once we left. Also did she invite us for a ‘aperitivo’ by the pool and brought very unpleasent appertisers which she then aftewards charged us a large amount considering the value without any notifications.
- Lydia (7/5): Appartement in Toscane - Ruim appartement, mooi zwembad, en wasruimte beschikbaar. Priveparkeergelegenheid achter een afgesloten hek. Accomodatie is prima, alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten zijn er, maar het mist gastvrijheid en sfeer. Host was beschikbaar, maar wilde wel graag de planning aan haar agenda aanpassen. Ook erg commercieel: vrijwel alle extra's uitsluitend tegen betaling (zelfs de koffiepads). Geen basis keukeningrediënten (zout, peper, keukenpapier) beschikbaar. De accomodatie is van een wijnhuis, dan zou een flesje wijn of proeverij van het huis een perfecte aanzet zijn voor gasten om aankopen te doen.

A 5 min dal centro del paese, quindi ottimo per staccare dalla confusione ma non troppo fuori mano. Disponibilità e accoglienza (tagliere con prodotti tipici di benvenuto super) Se devo trovare un difetto, basterebbe qualche luce in più per la cucina perché di sera è poco illuminata, ma ci hanno fornito una lampada wireless che si poteva portare dove si voleva

- Dandara (5/5): Localização e serviço deixam a desejar - O quarto é espaçoso e com decoração rústica chic, a cozinha é bem equipada com panelas, taças, copos, cafeteira mocca, etc. A vista é bonita. Disponibilizam máquina de lavar roupa para os hóspedes Não foi avisado no momento da reserva que não há limpeza incluída, fiquei lá 4 noites e não tive arrumação no quarto em nenhum dia. Fora do horário das 11h-18h não há nenhum funcionário na pousada, apenas um contato por whatsapp. Não há privacidade nos quartos pois para ter luminosidade entrando é preciso abrir as janelas, ficando exposto ao quintal principal onde outros hóspedes e funcionários circulam. A cama apesar de grande não é confortável (colchão) e para uma estadia mais longa é um incômodo A localização achei muito pouco conveniente para quem quer visitar a região das vinícolas de chianti, montalcino bem como as demais cidades medievais, porque fica um pouco mais distante e a estrada é bem sinuosa. Eu fiquei encantada com a tenuta pelas fotos, mas não voltaria a ficar hospedada lá e nem indicaria

- Mandy (8/5): Erholung mit kleinen Mängeln - Wer komplett entschleunigen möchte, findet hier Ruhe. Mitten im Weinberg in einem Weingut. Wir hatten keinen direkten Gartenzugang. Es war aber ok. In den Pool durfte man nur von 9-19 Uhr. Wenn dann erst 10 Uhr der Pool gereinigt wird, finde ich es nicht gut. In der Küche gab es nur 4 Teller, 4 Tassen etc. Ja nicht zu viel. Wasserkocher gab es auch nicht. Die Spinnweben hätten mal entfernt werden können.

- Marc (8/5): Het is niet altijd prettig het baden en telefoongesprekken te horen van de buur (privacy) - De Locatie werd voor het eerst gereserveerd en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. De ontvangst was zeer ter zake en met een vriendelijke behandeling. Deze voor ons nieuwe locatie is vatbaar voor herhaling te bezoeken. De geluidsisolatie van de zijmuren met de buren.

- Susanne K.K. (9/5): Altes Weingut in modern-traditionellem Kleid - Sehr gepflegtes Weingut, alte Mauern im neuen Kleid. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, allerdings gibt es keinerlei basics wie Salz, Essig, Öl, Gewürze. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, ein Mix aus traditionell und modern, mit schönen Vollholzmöbeln und tragbaren kabellosen Lampen. Die Beleuchtung ist allerdings eher schummrig. Wunderbarer Swimmingpool mit Liegen, Wiese mit Tischen und Sesseln. Phantastischer Blick. Ruhig. 5 km zum Bahnhof Montevarchi, von wo man bequem nach Florenz, Arezzo, Cortona fahren kann. Sehr hellhörige Wand zum benachbarten Apartment

- Hans-Marius (10/5): Stille og fredelig - Her bor du ordentlig ute på landet. Det er lite eller ingenting annet enn denne vingården her, men det ligger en koselig liten by, Cavriglia, ca 2,5 km unna. En grei spasertur. Vingården er i full drift, så litt «arbeidsstøy» var det, men det var helt greit, så slapp man å føle seg helt i ødemarken. Hyggelig og diskret betjening. MEN, det er ikke ladestasjon til el-bil her, selv om de annonserer med det. Hvor bildene av ladestasjonene er fra vet jeg ikke, men ikke fra denne vingården. Fikk litt strøm fra en industrikontrakt på «vineriet», men det gikk veldig sakte...
