• Jocy (6/5): - The hotel room itself was very nice and clean. Very comfortable. The WiFi did not reach my room and I was forced to go to the lobby to use the internet and even there it was not always stable, free WiFi was advertised so this was a bit of a let down. The tv in the room was not working, stopped working 5 minutes in 🤔 but the Staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed. There were a lot of flies, which was weird because the space appeared clean but the number of flies was a bit overwhelming.

• Yajani (10/5): - Very convenient hotel. If you looking to save money. Nothing fancy just the basic. 5 minutes from the Airport on car. I recommend it if you want a hotel for going to sleep only. Good breakfast and cheap.

• Gerald (10/5): Perfect for single male - Wonderful for me. Single guy so it have me exactly what i needed. AC, warm to hot shower, bed. The only thing it lacked was a small table. Just to sit items on. Still a good hotel.
• Havital (2/5): - Constant electricity outages so hot as hell and no light, i spent only 7 hours at the property and there were at least 6 outages while i was awake. Insane price for taxi in town, you cannot really get your own taxi, this is the middle of nowhere and you don't know how to find a taxi. Horrible

• Robert (8/5): - I liked it in then it was very convenient to the airport, they had a taxi driver take me to the airport without any problem. The only big downside was that there were no towels that were readily available. I had insist on getting a clean although damp towel to take a shower the night.

• Brian (10/5): - Staff wants very courteous didn’t excellent job. The rooms are very clean and modern. They were helpful getting a taxi for an early departure to the airport. Overall an excellent place to stay for the value. Very inexpensive and close to the airport. If there was anything negative at all the room was pretty small but for an overnight stay to catch an early flight it was excellent compared to other places I’ve stayed many times in Managua
• Alan (10/5): As a Nicaraguan, I stay here when I return - i stay at this hotel everytime i fly into Nicaragua. While you will pay a higher price for some of the little things, it is close to the airport and provide reasonable prices for transport.

• david (8/5): Perfect - Easy and convenient, attentive owner, 24 hour food to order, simple and useful place if you need to get to the airport quickly for an early flight.
• Robert (8/5): - Air conditioner was mediocre and TV wasn't connected to anything. And although the room had no windows, it's still a good place to crash in this enclave with security personnel at the entrance/exit. Also, there's a 24/7 eatery/restaurant on the premises that will basically cook most breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
• Kotinka (10/5): Convenient, comfortable, helpful staff & great value for overnight stay - Normally I find airport hotels to be horrific experiences but I actually really liked this place. Compared to other hotels near the airport it is great value (20 USD for a bunkbed room with proper air conditioning and hot shower). It is in a safe part of town, there is a police-check point at the entrance to the kind of urban area where the property is. The restaurant area is really nicely designed, in a modern way. Food was decent and served 24/7. Staff were very friendly with us (they kept one of our bags in storage whilst we haded to Little Corn Island for a few days, and also did a laundry wash and dry of my jeans at no extra cost for either service). They also sell bottles of rum which was convenient as we also flew home from Nicaragua and had forgotten to get some before (rum sold in airport is much more pricey). There is a shuttle service to the airport from the hotel and the journey is between 5-10 mins. Overall, suprisingly, I thought it was amazing.

• carlotatrx (6/5): Gets you out of thinking - Comfortable hotel with private rooms but not very nice people. They have open reception 24/7 which is great to accommodate Spirit late flights, but reception crew can be unwelcoming, which can be unpleasant for your first visit to Nicaragua. Also, it says airport shuttle included, but a surplus of 6 USD is charged . If you want to go anywhere, it's quite far from anywhere, and you need to walk, or take a taxi from the inn which will cost 10 USD minimum.
• Dominique (10/5): Stress free and so clean - Even at such a reasonable price it is so clean and comfortable and accommodating. 24/7 kitchen was amazing. Shuttle was worry free and prompt. Secure facility. Stress free even at 2am.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - I was able to check-in late at 2AM, which I really appreciated especially after a late flight. The hotel is conveniently located only about 5 minutes away from the airport. Took advantage of the shuttle service for $7, which ended up being a taxi. Room was incredibly humid, even with light air from an automatic A/C. Ate a hearty lunch at the kitchen the next morning. Staff were all incredibly friendly. The area around the property was largely residential.

• Tayacan (10/5): - This place was awsome...emoployee staff were friendly and helpfull... Plenty of parking, food was tasty, price for their merchandise was fair. Would love to stay again. Very secure and close to the airport. This Hotel is Located inside a Gated community all the way to the very End. The only thing I did not like was the Wifi reception, It was poor.....I beleive they were working on that when I left... Remember is a New Hotel and they are still doing many upgrades.

• Yvonne (10/5): Love this place! - I stayed in the newer building. The room is small but very clean and functional. Awesome Value! Breakfast is included and it was very good.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Just OK... Useful as it's near airport - I really had a bad impression when I arrived. The staff at the reception was impolite to another client, laughed at him, and the process of checking-in was very slow. At least the staff during the evening was better and the staff at the restaurant was great all day. Because of the construction in the street, I woke up early, but the hotel can't control that. I would only recommend to book there if you look for a not-so-expansive place to sleep near the airport, but this hotel has nothing special to offer.
