• Verified traveler (6/5): - Las amenidades del hotel dejan mucho, ya que tiene unas almohadas horribles, un colchón de lo más incómodo qué hay y para colmo no tiene edredón solamente una Saba irá para taparte. No volvería hospedarme aquí.

Nos asignaron una habitación que no funcionaba la regadera, no lo solucionaron durante el día y nos cambiaron a otra habitación a las 10 de la noche. Al personal le falta capacitación en hoteleria

El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a darme recomendaciones de atractivos turísticos y gastronómicos. Excedió mis espectativas.

• Cadence (10/5): Love bacalar - We loved this hotel and Bacalar. Friendly staff (Richard was wonderful and sooo helpful!). The place is clean and cute, and has all that we needed. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Bacalar is best!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Sehr laut - Das Hotel liegt fast an der Hauptstraße und daher recht laut. Außerdem haben abends die Bauarbeiter an der Nebenstraße angefangen eine Baustelle zu betreiben. Mit vollem Programm: Baggern und Schutt mit LKWs wegfahren. Bis nach 24 Uhr!
• Elvira (10/5): Schöner Ausblick - An der Straße nach Chetumal gelegen, neben der Chenote azul, Blick auf die Lagune von Bacalar, jedoch ohne direkten Zugang. Einzige Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Restaurant cenote azul ( zu Fuß erreicbar) oder in der Stadt.

• alejandra (6/5): - Las camas son incómodas, no tiene un tocador o alguna mesita para poner tus cosas personales, pides un taxi y te inflan los precios, reservé con anticipación y por cambiarme la habitación me querían cobrar más, están arreglando y hay mucho ruido, está a las orillas del pueblo, por lo que tienes que tomar transporte que es un taxi que hace aprox 15 min.

• Mondyna (10/5): Book here! - It was great! I could see a bit of the lagoon from my room which is great because it's what I came to Bacalar for! Room was really clean, toiletries provided and the staff was super helpful in calling me a taxi etc. I also went on a tour and checked out 2 hrs late unfortunately but they were so understanding! Safe and convenient location as well so definitely book here!
• Karen (6/5): - Toilet didn't flush, water from faucets smelled like sewer, sink detached from wall. Staff pleasant, helpful, room clean, bed comfortable. Hotel a pull-off from busy highway, noisy. No problems with water, toilet, sink in other room.
• Wilbert (8/5): - El hotel es modesto. Lejos de las playas públicas y de los restaurantes. Tuvimos un invonveniente con la reserva pero llegamos a un acuerdo y nos quedamos.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel regular a bueno - Se me hace demasiado el precio por la habitancion, el clima dejo de enfriar a media noche. Le hace falta mejor inmobiliario y que los baños los modernicen. La vista a la Laguna está muy bien pero la maleza del terreno de enfrente tapa casi rodando la vista. En cuanto al personal si son amables y atienden bien a secas.
• Adriana (8/5): Bacalar hermoso - Bacalar es un hermoso lugar, La atención del hotel buena, la habitación un poco austera pero se comprende por el lugar en el cual se encuentra, donde no hay grandes cadenas de hoteles. Gracias.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Publicidad engañosa - Las fotografías del hotel en la página no muestran la realidad de las condiciones del hotel en sus instalaciones en general, además de ser limitadas, se encuentran en malas condiciones, mobiliario incompleto, roto o que no funciona bien, como fue el caso del WC y el aire acondicionado. Las instalaciones están sucias, en mi habitación había latas de cerveza vacías cuando hicimos el check in, además de que huelen mal. Definitivamente es un abuso cobrar ese costo por las condiciones del hotel. Lo que más me molestó y que hizo que cancelara la última noche, fue que al día siguiente cuando regresamos por cosas que habíamos olvidado para estar en la laguna, los empleados del hotel bebían cerveza en el jardín y las habitaciones seguían sucias, por supuesto ya no me sentí segura en el lugar y por ello preferí cancelar y salir del hotel. Mis vacaciones se vieron afectadas por estas situaciones.

• Robert (6/5): Budget Bacler - This was our 3rd visit to Baclar, as the area is quaint and nice to have a tge scenic background of the lagoon. In the past we did something very expensive ( which was amazing !) and very budget, which was fine as we were traveling early the next day...so with El Mirador , we tried something mid, to low budget...Here is the pro's...nice view from of the lagoon, from our 2nd story room, place was spacious and new....cons, they are building right in front, which was maybe why the place was cheaper, as this place will eventually be 100 plus dollars, the beds were new but cheap, inexpensive...at night you could here the traffic from the highways, as this place is right beside the main highway and the location is outside the village, so unless you have a car, there isnt anything around....no bedside light, which I found odd...and little beetles running around...didnt bite or anything...but the wife hates bugs...I would rank this hotel..around 5.5 out of 10
