- Barbara (9/5): - Le studio était spacieux, on avait un balcon qui n'était pas prévu (sympa); bonne literie; grand frigo; grande variété de choix pour le petit-déjeuner buffet (mais cher); personnel agréable; jolie piscine (mais la météo n'était pas suffisament chaude pour en profiter); bon restaurant où on a dîné une fois; emplacement pratique. Comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels/appartements, on entend facilement ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dehors, car mal isolé contre les bruits, ce qui peut malheureusement réveiller les gens qui essaient de dormir pendant leurs vacances. Il y avait des incohérences entre l'information concernant les moments de passage pour faire le ménage; et quand visiblement on est passé faire le ménage, on a seulement remarqué que la poubelle était vidée et la couverture remontée sur le lit, et du savon supplémentaire était fourni. Les serviettes étaient changées malgré le fait que nous ne les avons pas mises par terre quand on voulait les changer, comme demandé par l'hôtel, pour des raisons écologiques. Une partie de la vaisselle (quelques couverts et casseroles) devaient être relavés avant de pouvoir s'en servir.

La situation géographique parfaite 2 Lampes de chevets seraient les bien venues car il y a uniquement la grosse lumière pour s'éclairer ce qui n'est pas très agréable pour lire le soir ou le matin au réveil.

- Mag (7/5): - Le confort de la literie. Le frigo était sale. La vaisselle laissait à désirer. Le sèche cheveux fixé au mur était à moitié arraché. Le miroir et la tablette dans la salle de bain étaient mal fixé aussi. Prestations bien médiocre par rapport au prix de la chambre.

Bar and restaurant on site was a good thing as well even though we did not end up using it. Not that it effected our comfort but the couch in the room had a covering that was flaking away, making the whole stay seem a little run down even though this was the only flaw.

- Boris (7/5): Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.... - Gute Lage, Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Zimmer war ausreichend groß, alles hat funktioniert. Das Hotel Lou Castelet sah sehr nett aus. Das Appart Hotel liegt aber nebenan. Die Bilder sind zwar zutreffend, aber irgendwie vor 20 Jahren aufgenommen worden. Alles war schon sehr in die Jahr gekommen. Passend dazu lag eine Umgebungskarte von 2011 im Zimmer. Die Rezeption im Apart-Hotel war nie besetzt, die ganze Eingangshalle war stets verlassen, wir mussten im benachbarten Hotel einchecken. Alles fühlte sich komplett verlassen an. 19,50 Euro pro Person fürs Frühstück sind echt hart. Pool war kalt - aber das war die Jahreszeit. Habe noch nie erlebt, dass es IN der Dusche ein Fenster gab und dass Besteck und Teller in Frischhaltefolie eingepackt sind.

- david (8/5): Comme un hotel - L extérieur est jolie, la terrasse est un + et l appartement est propre et assez grand . Le canapé était en mauvais état et il manque pas mal de équipements pour ce sentir comme a la maison. On est plus près de l hôtel que de l appartement.

Le personnel était merveilleux, attentif et aimable, la cuisine du restaurant était délicieuse, le lit super confortable.... Le canapé était trop vieux et le tissus s'effritait donc ça faisait des miettes de tissus tous les jours à ramasser sur le sol comme j'ai des jumeaux de 2ans et qu'ils passaient tout leur temps à 4 pattes. Mais c'est bien la seule chose qui m'a dérangée.

- Adriano (9/5): L'hôtel et le service est de très bonne facture - Suite à un problème sur notre réservation, nous nous sommes retrouvé par erreur dans la résidence hôtelière et non dans l'hôtel dont le standing est très nettement supérieur. Suite a cette remontée, l'équipe a été extrêmement réactive en nous trouvant une solution correspondant à nos attentes. Merci à eux

- Sophie (10/5): Idéal pour une pause au calme, en profitant de la piscine ou des transats. - Personnel à l'écoute et prévenant, nous avons été bien accueillis. Literie très confortable. Possibilité de profiter de la piscine. Une laverie automatique est également accessible à proximité sur le site. Le petit déjeuner offrait du choix, avec des possibilités sans gluten, ou vegan. Nous n'avons pas tous pu profiter du calme des lieux, en raison de la présence d'un groupe de jeunes aimant faire la fête jusqu'à 4h du matin. ;-) Accès par digicode, pour le parking (gratuit) et fermé. Il serait appréciable d'avoir des lampes de chevet, car les différents interrupteurs présents permettent d'allumer ou d'éteindre l'ensemble des lumières. Une lampe de chevet permettrait d'avoir une lumière plus tamisée avant de dormir.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Schönes Appartement an guter Lage - Schönes Appartement in guter Lage um Nizza zu besichtigen. Unweit entfernt befinden sich die Bus- und Bahnstation. Die Inneneinrichtung war sauber. Die Betten bequem. Leider war Balkon, inklusive Tisch und Stühle sehr schmutzig und wurde, trotz Versprechen, nicht gereinigt. Speziell war, dass die Zimmerkarte schon vor der check-out Zeit gesperrt wurde.

Breakfast was lovely with a very wide variety of choice. The lunch/evening meals were also very tasty. The ratatouille with rice was a personal favorite. The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was great. Would thoroughly recommend!

Demander gardien de nuit, il nous refait la carte et même la 2ème fois ca fonctionné plus. La troisième fois c'était la bonne. 40 min pour rentrer dans notre chambre. Pas gestes commercial.

- Andréa (9/5): Een fantastisch verblijf met alles erop en eraan. - Appartement met een goed werkende airco. Een complete keuken in het appartement. Goede badkamer. Een perfect restaurant. Het merendeel van het personeel was vriendelijk. Er waren voldoende parkeerplaatsen op een afgesloten gedeelte. Het apparthotel zit in Carros, een goed bereikbare plaats, waar vandaan je veel andere plaatsen kan bezoeken. Er waren maar een paar medewerkers die een beetje Engels spraken. Veel medewerkers spraken alleen Frans. Door sommige medewerkers werd er verder ook geen moeite gedaan om er samen wel uit te komen. De föhn op de kamer was kapot. De receptionist heeft hier melding van gemaakt bij de technische dienst. Deze is echter nooit langsgekomen en de föhn heeft het dus niet gedaan.
