• Manuel (3/5): Poor - Would only give us one key card. Could not keep the air conditioning on when we left room with out it plugged into slot for an hour to eat dinner. Room was 80 degrees plus. Come back to a hot room after dinner. The room was 80 plus degrees when we got there. They should have cooled the room down. Very hot and muggy in Thailand.
• John (8/5): Very good - Quiet. Good service. The deposit safe was not working; they knew it wasn't work as they only put 3 batteries inside. I inserted the 4th battery, but it still didn't work. The toilet seat was misplaced. The washing sink drainage did t have a lid.

• Nathan (8/5): It was good to be back - Stayed a few times before. Good location close to the Bangkok river and plenty of things you can do at your own leisure. It was good to be back 😊 Can't really fault any bad things. The room may be a little bit small but it's good enough for the money 😀

• Ruslan (9/5): Superb - I liked the restaurant and the bar on the ground floor. The food was great. The staff was quite friendly, although they don't work during nighttime.

• Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, comfortable beds The water coming out of the sink and shower was cloudy and it didn’t change even after we informed the staff and they just said it would probably go away. The water from the sink in the lobby was clean, so not the whole hotel was affected. The bed was comfortable, but there were stains on the towels and bed sheets.
• Patinya (4/5): Disappointing - Reception staff provide poor service, having only check-in duties. With an unsmiling face and the restaurant in the accommodation has a very beautiful atmosphere and view of the bridge both day and night in the accommodation. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were not willing to welcome them even though they were accommodation customers. Because if you want to sit and admire the view The staff will tell you right away that you only need to order food. Unfortunately, the staff provided such basic information. And as for the other employees, there are only older women. It seems that there is no duty to help customers at the accommodation. Which makes me feel like I don't get any kindness from here at all.
• Tim (2/5): I felt very bad at this appartment and my first thinking was when I checked in that I need a new hot - The view from the terrace was the only nice thing. the rooms were dirty. When I got to my room there was even urine in the toilet. the bathroom was on the balcony and the balcony was very small and I wasn't even allowed to smoke there. The accommodation basically consisted of a room with a bed in it and a disgusting bathroom on the balcony. Before I was for this price in a very beatiful hotel so I can not recommended this hotel.

• Bahar (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel's location is good. It is close to Khao san road. There are so many options for restaurants and bars. The hotel has also a restaurant bar near the river. It has a good view. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

• Agustina (6/5): Good - The location is good as it's centric. You are near lots of coffee shops, some temples and other touristic attractions. The water of the shower wasn't clean. It was not transparent but a little brownish (I don't know if it's a thing of the area itself or the place but if I had known it I would have booked a place in another area as it's an important fact to take in consideration when traveling). The place itself need some maintenance but as it's a budget accommodation is understandable.

• Vincent^ (8/5): Exceptional value for the price, coupled with an ideal riverside location! - The hotel surpassed my expectations, especially considering the modest price of 870 THB for a twin room during the high season. The room lived up to the images displayed, and while I concur with other reviewers about the staff not conveying the friendliest impression, they turned out to be incredibly laid-back. One of them even brewed a delightful cup of coffee for me, well past the restaurant's closing time. Undoubtedly, the hotel's highlight is its location, with the lobby restaurant situated right by the river, providing a fantastic hangout spot. Nestled in a vibrant local neighborhood, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the lively area of Bangkok's old town. During the nighttime, the surroundings become remarkably quiet. There's really nothing to complain about, especially when you factor in the affordable price of this place! Given the chance, I would readily extend my stay for a few more nights next time. After all, you don't visit Bangkok to spend all your time in the room.

• Agata (3/5): Mean staff, unhelpful and rude - the location, but more: leaving What terrible treatment, no good day, no smile only angry faces, the ladies here ignore the guests or yell at them for no reason. Worst experience on my trip. Not even once in 3 days a good morning or a good day, they just look at their phones and ignore you. The guests cannot sit on the terrace if you don’t order from the restaurant, I was asked to leave to the top terrace with uncomfy chairs although i’m guest here. So ridiculous. Also the neighbor is terrorizing the whole hotel if you’re smoking in the smoking area(!) she’ll be yelling at you very angry lady, but also the hotel worker came yelling at me in thai although smoking in the designated area. What is this? They all should get a proper customer treatment training as what they do here is just ruining guests stay. It all doesn’t make sense. Air con was dripping in the night and made my leather bag all wet. I do not recommend. if you don’t want to deal with unhelpful people who treat you like you’re bothering them with your presence. They have only instant coffee, no real coffee available.

• Jihane (1/5): Terrible stay - To leave it ! Dirty sheets with many stains. The smell in the bathroom and the room is TERRIBLE (strong smell of sewage and musty). The worst part of this hotel was the staff … these women seating the whole day in front of the hotel, doing literally nothing, except staring at you when you walk in or out, whispering then giggling. No need to be a local to understand and feel the bad vibes of these rude and impolite women. And if you ask something you seem to bother them.

Staff very friendly Noisy, the aircondition from the restaurant was next to our room, staff was talking all the time under our window Mattresses were quite worn out -> expected more for the price
