Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This is a night club the plays electronic music most days until 3-5 am sometimes as late as 6am. There is a hostel attached to it. If you like to party, this is a great place for you to sleep during the day and party all night. Bathrooms never really cleaned properly or at all. Staff is cool, you’ll make friends with them quickly. Cheap place to stay but unenjoyable. No rest.
- Camilo (2/5): - appalling! When I arrived they charged me twice the amount of the reservation, they do not respect the expedia fee and they charge in cash. I really felt discriminated against by my Latin American candidacy and to date I have not received any response from expedia since the hostel does not answer the service call! they are criminals in this place
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bad experience - Turns out this hostel has more than one name which caused a lot of confusion. I arrived mid morning only to be told it wasn't the right place even though the map location looked right and then wasted nearly three hours walking around the area and asking various people if they knew where Tulum Ha was but nobody did. Eventually went back (it was just Hostel Tulum on the sign out the front) and a different person was at the desk who told me it was in fact the right place even though they had no record of my reservation. And they made me pay more than the price I had been guaranteed. I wasn't the only one in this situation-I talked to others there who had suffered exactly the same problem. The bed springs were very uncomfortable, the shower pressure barely there and the techno music blaring upstairs until about 3am was loud enough to be felt as well as heard. I was extremely unimpressed with my experience here and would not stay again.
