I booked for someone else and changed the details to their name multiple times but the accommodation did not receive this change from booking.com. this was concerning but luckily i was there at the venue to help my friend check in.

• Liz (7/5): It was pleasant and what was advertised. - Room was clean an comfortable , staff were friendly, we were allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier which was helpful. The gym looked nice although we didn't use it. No steak knifes in the kitchen for our dinner. No where to park when we arrived or we were not told were to park to check in but when we called reception she let us in the secure carpark.

• Sarah (10/5): Great location and facilities - Great location, only a short 10 minute walk to high point and easy to get to. The staff are friendly, comfortable bed and a great size shower. The only downside is they only supply one sleeping pillow and they do take a $200 refundable deposit.

• Kerri Mitchem (7/5): Great accomodation - The one bedroom apartment was fantastic, very modern, everything you could possibly need. I requested late check out and considering it wasn’t very busy and they wouldn’t be needing the room for someone else right away I was extremely disappointed that they wouldn’t even consider allowing me to checkout a little later than 10am. I was only staying the one night on this occasion and didn’t check in till around 4.30 pm the previous night so it would have been nice to not be rushed out the door so early. I have ongoing family commitments in the area for the next 12 months and will be needing regular accommodation in the area over that time so will other family members and I think the appartments are fantastic so had the staff been willing to accommodate my late check out request I would have been happy to not only continue to stay at this location on a regular basis over the next year but to also recommend it to other family and friends.

• Leonie (9/5): Enjoyable stay 20 min drive from the CBD - We booked this hotel during the F1 Australian Grand Prix - it was the more affordable option outside of the Melbourne CBD (still quite expensive) but we're so glad we did it as it saved us over $2k and we just took ubers to Albert Park everyday. The hotel was super comfortable, came equipped with everything we needed included a kitchenette with pots and pans to cook, a laundry and spacious bedrooms. The receptionist also called me about an hour before check-in was closed and made sure I got a code for the lock box as I was still waiting to board my flight to Melbourne. I know it's supply and demand but wish it was still cheaper than what we paid haha.

• 749murraym (2/5): More Like Crisis Accommodation Than a Hotel - ⭐ 1 Star The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are professional and clearly doing their best, but unfortunately they seem stuck working in a very difficult environment. The hotel itself felt chaotic and uncomfortable. It appears parts of the property are being used for crisis or long-term accommodation, which completely changes the atmosphere. There were pets running around the second-floor corridors barking, and some guests were making unsettling noise throughout the night. Overall, the environment felt very uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel where you would comfortably bring your family or even stay for a business trip. Instead of a relaxing stay, the experience felt stressful and, at times, quite intimidating. Management seriously needs to address what is happening here, because the hardworking staff deserve a much better environment than this.
