Fausto è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Il giorno del check-out ci ha persino accompagnati all’aeroporto senza chiedere nulla in cambio. • Sue (9/5): Great central apartment, down the side road off the main road. - This property is in a great location, opposite the rail station. The owners were fabulous, and exceptionally helpful. There was coffee, tea, French toast and jam for breakfast. Tea and coffee. It’s very homely. walking distance to the Marina where the restaurants are. It comes to life when the sun goes down. Nothing to dislike

He had his nephew go over and above..as Fausto didn't speak English..but managed to communicate just fine through G oogle translator. He had fruit trees in the back garden which he encouraged us to enjoy and we did. Not really anything, it was great. 😁

Communication was poor - emailed several times to say our flight was delayed for over 3 hours. No response. Struggled to sleep due to fridge/ freezer noise. No instructions on how to leave the property as all gates locked outside.

Ottima la pulizia e la possibilità di parcheggio interno. Noi siamo stati solo una notte in quanto eravamo di passaggio ma consigliamo l'appartamento anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Sottolineiamo anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario.

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely room, good location, nice staff,bring your own food. - Clean room, adorable teenager named Julian who spoke to me in English. His granddad took me back to the airport the next day. The packaged items left out for breakfast weren’t healthy. Nothing fresh, no fruit. Packaged things that last over a month, little toasts and things that look a little like croissants that have jam inside. It wasn’t obvious where it was because there are literally two different homes on that street that are #18. Fortunately (because I had been dropped off with my luggage), the neighbor showed me where the correct #18 is.

• Kym (10/5): Recommend this stay - We enjoyed our one night stay here. It was quiet and clean, as you'd expect and appreciate. The host lives upstairs and was always helpful. Although he did not speak English, his son could. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was available.

• Debra (9/5): Convenient location, quiet, comfortable, helpful. - The train station is on the street that the property is on and is about a 3 minute walk away. The property is down a laneway and at the back of the property, so you hear no noise at all. Around the corner there is a Conad supermarket about a 3 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable and it had memory foam pillows. Bottles of water were supplied as well as tea and coffee, sugar and other condiments. A tray of jams, honey, nutella, crisp bread, biscuits and croissants. Shampoo, body wash and hand wash were also supplied. The owner ( Fausto ) could not do enough to make you feel at home and even dropped me to the airport at 6am. Highly recommend. I stayed for a week. Nothing.
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Very helpful and nice owner. Great location and a lovely room with everything you'd need. The fridge is loud and makes noise throughout the night. Can't plug out but figured out you adjust to 0 to make no noise.

• Sander (9/5): Good stay, friendly owners - Complete appartment, secluded and private. Close to the trainstation, ist why i choose it. Friendly owners, although we didn't spoke each others language, every contact went smoothly. Nothing really. I was out most of the time, and to rest and freshen up you get everything you need. You could find something closer to the city-centre, but that wasn't of importance for me.

Our host was lovely and friendly, generously offering to take us back to the airport at the end of our stay. Although the bed was comfy, the fridge was noisy which disrupted sleep given it was only a few metres away.

Fausto was incredibly kind and even gave us a lift to the airport. We appreciate that greatly! We'd love to visit again. ~Nick and Nina PS: For the animal lovers, there's a cat sanctuary just around the corner. Il Regno di Zio Ray or the Colonia Felina does an amazing job rescuing and taking care of cats and is well worth the visit.

There are several building with the same house number and no specific instructions were provided. Unacceptable disturbance: I was woken at 8am to be told that there was going to be no water available before my check out. I needed a shower before a long day but not only did I not get to wake up at my planned time, but there was no water. p
• Princ (10/5): It was simply unique. - The place has a quiet environment with a beautiful orchard. The host was a very attentive and kind gentleman with a smile. There are even basic cooking utensils in the kitchen. The accommodation is a short walk from the train station. So the connection is great. We were here for two days and it was definitely worth it.

There is a secure gated area for parking and a small garden. A nice touch was coffee and croissants provided for breakfast. Easy five minute walk to shopping area and harbour.
