• Julie (9/5): We had a great time and would stay there again (at the right price). - Fabulous pool, huge rooms, quiet location The staff were, at times, slow to respond to requests and they lacked initiative with regard to things like refilling bathroom requisites and setting up pool lounges etc.
• James (10/5): - The staff were amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. Check in and check out was very easy even though we arrived a little later than expected. Ardy was very communicative with me on timing and whether we needed anything. My one suggestions is to make the breakfast selection option a little easier (It is a bit confusing at the moment).
• xiaofeng (7/5): 优点比缺点多，值得推荐 - 地理位置很好，距离水明漾商业区步行几百米；有一个很棒的游泳池；房间宽敞舒适，虽然有些旧，但是很舒适，床铺也很干燥；服务到位尤其是驻场的两位小伙子特别殷情好客服务周到，在我们午餐晚餐后,h会帮助我们收拾餐具打扫厨房；小孩子很喜欢这里，很开心在游泳池里玩； 弄堂走出去就有几个超市和餐厅，非常近，300-500米就能进入商业区； 值得推荐 院子里的蚊子太多了，应该在我们入住前消杀，但没有；所以入住的第三天管理方搞了一次盛大的消杀工作； 所有的门都是老化的，而且关不好，非常容易蚊子入室，我儿子被咬了很多蚊子块；如果有闭门器就好多了； 卫生间的淋浴非常不好，要么就是很热的水，水压也不是很稳定，我们住了7天，都是用浴缸的淋浴花洒洗澡的； 早餐其实是单一的，我儿子女儿的早餐都是我们自己烧的，其实也就是简单的燕麦粥和煮鸡蛋；

• Jaime (7/5): Good villa and convenient - Location was great and easy to walk to most things. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed information. It was my son's birthday and the staff were very kind and thoughtful. They helped arrange a scooter for us also. Villa is starting to look bit tired. Gaps with doors and being able to open windows. Air conditioning in main room was very noisy at night to sleep and didn't get as cold as the other rooms. At breakfast selection very limited and if you request or circle items eg bacon you wouldn't necessarily get that.

• Siew (8/5): Reasonably priced for what you get - The property was large and spacious with a beautiful pool. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was prepared for us daily. Staff are around from 6am to 3pm and there is on site security from 11pm to 7am. The door handles were loose, shower pressure could be better. Outdoor toilet could be cold in the early morning/late night. Quite a long walk to the main Seminyak area.
• Robinson (10/5): We loved it and will defiantly be back. - The staff were very friendly, they offered a great variety for breakfast and the food was lovely. The beds were really comfortable, and the pool was huge and there were lots of sunbeds and table and chairs to sit around. On the decking there were a couple of odd nails sticking out but as soon as we told them they fixed it.

• Peter (8/5): Beautiful Villa large pool well manicured gardens and great staff especially Ayu would stay again - Comfortable beds , filtered water, good breakfast , gardens & pool excellent , great staff especially Ayu our buttler Entrance door very easy to push in , door handle to rooms fell off , shower pressure could be better .
• Reid (9/5): Beautiful spacious private villa with pool, amazing staff and everything you need. Great location - A hidden gem at the end of the driveway, away from the road but close enough to walk to places. The 3 bedrooms are generous in size/space each with their own outdoor bathroom facilities. All Bedrooms have a safe + air con + storage space. Comfortable bedding. Bath and pool Towels (were changed when we asked) + toiletries were provided. Main area is open living spaces with Kitchen, dining and lounge area open direct to the pool and outback areas. Very generous sized pool for a villa which also lights up at night. Sun lounges and outdoor seating available. 8 seat dining area. Cold filtered water available all the time, good sized fridge, microwave. Safe & secure with security on the premises at night. Great location - walking distance to mini marts, money exchange, restaurants, massage. approx. 1-2 min drive to Seminyak city district of shops, clubs, bars and eateries. Beaches are all within short driving distance. Staff were absolutely amazing! Special mention to Ardy our Villa manager and his team for always looking after us. We can't wait to come back! Thank you The biggest dislike was having to leave this place lol. Just some feedback to help elevate the experience - would be great if there was a private closed in bathroom available. Option for more breakfast options

Definitely would come back and stay here, big pool, fresh water to drink, breakfast was yummy every morning, villa was in a great spot close to everything. 10-10 rating! Staff where very helpful!
• Ashleigh (10/5): Absolutely fabulous and would book again! - The villa was lovely and the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture was a bit dated but still very clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic to deal with and happy to assist us with additional things like booking massages and organising laundry. Location was fantastic too and only a short walk to the main road of Seminyak.

• Paul (7/5): Nice villa with excellent pool and garden, great location and very good helpful staff team. - villa layout was nice, breakfast options were ok but slightly limited. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and garden area excellent. beds were not as comfortable as they could have been (all aspects - bedding and bed / mattress quality) and the décor in the master bedroom and some of the other rooms was lacking (bare walls etc). The general upkeep of the villa was slightly below expected standards.

• Jill (8/5): Great place for a group to stay and chill - You really get the WOW factor when you walk in. the open sided house opening directly onto the pool is fabulous. The double rooms are both huge and all 3 rooms have great outdoor bathrooms. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are good restaurants close by. It could do with some general maintenance. just looks a bit tired in places, with loose handles etc. The dishwasher didn’t work.

• Vlad (5/5): Passable - The villa is in good condition and has an OK location. I think it's a good value for the money. The common space and the pool were not really clean. After the stay, the staff started to chase me for a pair of broken glasses that we accidentally dropped. Blackmailed me with a police report and a blacklist at a local tourism office. This is very weird and unprofessional behaviour, considering that breaking the kitchenware is expected in the hotel business.
• Suzi (9/5): Lovely family villa with beautiful pool - We recently stayed at Villa Roku and we were all very happy during our 9 days there. The villa is spacious and offered a great layout for the five of us (two adults and three teenagers). The pool was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made a lovely breakfast for us most mornings (we sometimes chose to eat out). The location was great - very close to the main Eat St (Jl Kayu Aya) and easy enough to cut through down to Motel Mexicola, Bossman Burgers, etc. Thank you to all at Villa Roku for a wonderful stay. Sometimes the Gojek drivers couldn't find the alleyway (gang) we were on. Might be worth walking up to the top of the gang and getting picked up there instead. Also, the mattress in the main bedroom (the one separate from the main living area) was a bit hard for our liking.
