• Lencki (8/5): For short business trip is ok. - Hotel was good. i have spent there 2 nights during business trip. when you just need to sleep and nothing else then is fine. Quite close to S-bahn station which is very positive. Some restaurants near by. Petrol station just around the corner.

• Martin (9/5): Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder dort übernachten. - Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle. So konnte ich in kurzer Zeit zur Messe München gelangen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Der Komfort ist angemessen. Ich war sehr irritiert, dass die Rezeption auch in den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt war. Allerdings funktionierte die Lösung mit dem Schlüsselkasten sehr gut.

• Alvaro (5/5): Suficiente para poder atender a la feria en Messe Munchen - Que estaba muy cerca de mi lugar de destino y era la opción más económica, dentro de las que había por la zona. No había nadie literalmente, nada de personal ni servicios, mas que la mujer que viene hacer la limpieza, que no hablaba nada de inglés.

• Christoph (8/5): - I really enjoyed the floor heated bathroom and the room was very spacious I don't know if this is supposed to be like that, but there was no staff at any point while I was entering or exiting the building. everything was made to work without any staff which is very good. A fridge was not working and there was no way to access the cables powering it. I did not ask the staff because I JJ have the time, but it would have been nice if there was any kind of instruction or obvious way to u it on and off.

• Katja (10/5): Nice, tidy and welcoming. I will come back next year - I went to the Munich Show and that was a affordable room not far away from it. I really loved the place. It was simple, warm, tidy. I met the cleaning lady and had a warm chat with her. The owner explained everything to me. I asked also if I could leave my luggage in the morning before the check-in, and there was no problem for that. I will defenetly come back next year.

• Дария (10/5): Great budget option near Riem train station. - A little away from the busy downtown, but walking distance from Riem train station. It was perfect for us, because we were OK with taking the public transportation every day. A very modern hotel, biscuits and coffee/tea available at the reception for a symbolic price. A spacious room with a bed and two comfortable armchairs, a nice shower and bathroom area. We were on the ground floor, so we had access to the green backyard to enjoy the morning coffee. The hosts were quick to reply, if we needed anything. We arrived quite early in the morning to leave our luggage and came back to check-in late in the evening, there is self check-in with lockers right outside the hotel. Generally, a very quiet residential area. There is a very nice bakery right by the train station. Would stay here again :) Everything was perfect!

• Moroni (9/5): Good value for money/Munich Messe - This is a hotel where employees are not present all the time , however, whenever I needed something I could call the number at the front desk and they always responded. They really do a good job taking care of whatever you need and for that I am grateful. The curtains were difficult to open and the bed made strange noises, but other than that it is a comfortable place if you travel for business to Munich Messe.

No cleaning service after my first night, the room curtains are not well handled, the WC can't fill of water after I used and the shower and water temperature took a long time to get warm waist water and finally the temperature of the water was medium warm to cold. Not a comfortable toilet. This was in room 19.

• Khanh (8/5): Very good - Great place for Adele show When we arrival, no one in reception, cannot how to go inside. Then the staff try to contact reception for check in. Can not buy the coffee because not have cup in the first day. Second day coffee without spoon. High price for service.
• Rachel (3/5): Never again - Location The room smelled of cigarettes. Arrived late and there were no towels. Sent a message and in the morning no one at reception. Tried calling during day when I was out no answer! Arrived at hotel at 15:00 hrs to shower to go out. Still no towel in the rooms! Went to reception and no one there. I tried to open drawers at reception (usually I don’t do) and found two towels which I took as I needed to leave again at 17:00 hrs. At 16:15 hrs had a knock on the door apologizing for the towel incident!! Couldn’t believe that the hotel did get my WhatsApp from 01:00 hrs but did not have the decency to answer In the morning but only late afternoon!!! Only booked hotel as within walking distance to a concert. No customer service ! At least we got a bottle Of water prior To leaving for concert … the first time we Noticed hotel being attended to

However, there was a power cut one day and the phone number left at reception did not connect and I didn’t receive any reply to my email enquiring about the issue. Luckily it was resolved later but we were concerned if we had locked ourselves out or couldn’t get in how we would have contacted someone.

• Artica (4/5): Wat een k... hotel - Nothing. Late check in is only possible by phone. There is no bar for drinks. No breakfast. In the night somebody could open my bedroomdoor for what I dont know. I locked it from the insite afterwards.. For the money I paid. This was the worst is years!!

• Daria (4/5): Lacking flexibility - Good hotel, location is ok but not great - no shops or restaurants around. Only one restaurant close in another hotel nearby. We were disappointed that the hotel was not flexible regarding the terms of the rent. We booked for 3 nights but because of personal situation we could not stay more than 1 night there. I was asking the hotel to consider our situation and return the payment for the other 2 nights we did not use but they did not agree. Some flexibility would be great from a hotel that charged over 500 EUR for 3 nights..
