• Caitlin (10/5): A welcoming and friendly B&B - The reception when we arrived was lovely and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean and a good size. The staff were so kind and always available to help when needed. It was the perfect location from all sights and the train station. We had an excellent stay.

• Matteo (7/5): Base funzionale per soggiorno fiorentino - Posizione eccellente per la stazione (5 minuti a piedi) e per la visita alla città. Staff molto cortese e organizzato prima e durante il soggiorno (check-in online, deposito bagagli all’arrivo e alla partenza). Camera enorme. Buona colazione servita dal bar all’angolo. Bagno decisamente da rinnovare (in particolare lo sciacquone del wc e lo scarico della doccia poco performanti). Nonostante infissi nuovi insonorizzati, la via risulta a tratti un po’ trafficata e rumorosa.

• Ashkan (4/5): Nie wieder - Nichts Es gab für 10 Stunden kein fließend Wasser. Was ein 100% NO-GO ist. Weil die Toiletten nicht funktionieren können. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut. Wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer die Spülung betätigt, steht man nachts senkrecht im Bett. An Schlaf und Erholung ist nicht zu denken.

• Kurt (10/5): Absolut perfekt!!! - Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft während unserer mehrtägigen Rundreise durch die Toskana und Umbrien. Die Lage ist exzellent (ideal zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum gelegen, alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar). Das Zimmer war top gepflegt, geräumig und modern ausgestattet (auch Bad und Toilette auf letzem Stand). Das Service sowie alle weiteren Informationen zu Ankunft, Abreise, Baggagedeposit etc. perfekt! Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Ellie (9/5): Exceptional service! - The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. During our stay, the lift was out of order, but the team kindly helped carry our luggage upstairs and even offered complimentary wine and chocolate, which we really appreciated. Daily housekeeping was also provided. Communication was prompt and clear, and the location is excellent. As it's located on one of the busiest streets, it can be a bit noisy at night.

L'ingresso nella struttura può avvenire in modo indipendente ma è comunque presente una reception per segnalare esigenze o eventuali problemi. Il B&B si trova in una zona molto comoda: vicino alla stazione ma anche ai principali musei e monumenti.

• Kim (9/5): A fabulous stay at a very convenient location. - We loved the location! It was super convenient to get to the train station. The complimentary breakfast at the cafe was so wonderful. The view from our view was beautiful and the room size was perfect for our family of 4. The staff onsite were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet for being so close to everything. The shower wasn’t working well, but if we weren’t checking out so early we would have let the staff know. They were so lovely that I am sure they would have resolved the issue :)
• Brígida (9/5): Foi uma viagem maravilhosa! - Este alojamento está situado mesmo perto da estação de comboios e do elétrico. Além disso, encontra-se muito perto do centro. Fomos muito bem recebidas pelo serviço de receção, tendo-nos disponibilizado a realização do check-in antes da hora prevista. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e bem decorado. No dia do check-out podemos deixar as malas, no alojamento, até à hora de ir para o aeroporto. O único senão foi o elevador não estar a funcionar e termos de subir até ao 3º andar com a bagagem. No entanto, disponibilizaram-se para nos ajudar.

• Bea Ch P (8/5): - La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro. La habitación muy amplia y bonita. Lo único malo es que cada vez que alguien usaba la ducha del baño se oía un ruido fuerte en las cañerías.
• laura (7/5): - La posizione eccellente nel centro di Firenze a cinque minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, e a poco più dal battistero e dal Duomo. La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale. Le indicazioni precise e puntuali per accedere a qualunque ora. Il servizio deposito bagagli al di fuori dell'orario di check in e check out. Le uniche finestre della stanza e del bagno si aprono in un pozzetto o punto luce, che dir si voglia, dove convergono le finestre di tutti i bagni e l'aria si è fatta sgradevole. Ci siamo fermati due notti ma terzo letto non è stato rifatto al contrario degli altri due. La valigia appoggiata per terra si è riempita di polvere. La struttura è al terzo piano e non comodissima quando l'ascensore è stato fuori uso.

• omerkolaoglu (10/5): - Konum olarak çok rahattı, istasyondan çıkar çıkmaz eşyalar ile hemen ulaşıyorsunuz ve merkeze 5dk da ulaşıyorsunuz. Floransa zaten yürüyerek gezilmesi gereken bir şehir. Kahvaltı için anlaşılan kafe çok yeterli, kahve ve atıştırmalıklar sabahları güne başlamak için güzel. Odalar ve tesis güzeldi, temizdi. Ayrıca geliş gidiş saatleriniz check-in ve check-out saatlerine uymuyorsa valizlerinizi bırakmanızda hiç sorun yaşamıyorsunuz yardımcı oluyorlar. Kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz.

• Eneko (6/5): Très bon séjour à Florence. - L’emplacement est idéal, à 5 min de la gare et proche des points d’intérêts. La chambre était propre et les matelas confortables. Salle de bains assez étroite et avec une marche qui peut s’avérer être dangereuse (chambre 3) Le point petit déjeuner est à revoir : il se fait sans un bar juste en face de l’établissement mais, il n’est pas assez copieux et il n’est pas très bon.

• Catalina (9/5): Hotel céntrico y cómodo en Florencia - La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Florencia, a 2 minutos del mercado de San Lorenzo y a 5 del Duomo. El personal muy amable. Nos facilitaron dejar las maletas antes y después de las horas del check. La habitación era interior, muy cómoda. La habitación no era como las que salen en las fotos pero era cómoda y suficiente. El desayuno es en un bar al al lado del hotel ( café con leche, zumo, pasta dulce y bocadillo). El ruido de la nevera

• Aleyna (8/5): Tercih edilebilir. - Konum olarak çok iyi konumdaydı. Çalışanlar oldukça yardım sever ve anlayışlıydı. Odalar sıcak ve televizyonun akıllı olması güzeldi. 1-2 küçük türünü bilmediğimiz böcek ile karşılaştık. Odalar biraz küçük ve banyoda hafif koku var.
