• Mary (10/5): Lovely stay in this accommodation - will definitely return and would highly recommend. - The property was in an ideal location and close to all amenities and beach. The accommodation was very clean, modern and had all the facilities we needed. Lovely to have ample supplies of complementary shampoo/body wash/ tea/coffee and milk in the fridge - really impressive service! Nothing - it was perfect.

• Hannah (8/5): Great apartment, best suited to two couples or families. - Excellent location, beautifully furnished with quality furniture. The kitchen lacked a few essentials for self catering such as oven gloves and a cafitiere. And for a large group of adults, the hot water would run out before everyone had showered.

Great location. No complaints, room was ready earlier than expected which was very helpful.

• Andrew (7/5): Great location, pretty pricey - Location. Floor was a bit gritty when we arrived and some of the pots/pans didn't have lids and weren't cleaned properly. Sieve was dirty with rice starch. It was also difficult to dry things as it was hard to air the apartment, even with the AC unit. The sofa was also stained and the cushions on the kitchen chairs were grubby, stain on one of the pillow cases also.

We struggled with the bunk beds as my 9 year old want to sleep on the middle but it was tricky to get in/out. Just 2 beds would have been safer. Also the fitted sheet doesn’t fit the deep mattress and the little TV was too low. A case of style over substance. Unfortunately we were disturbed by the upstairs guests coming and going as the door is close to the bed. There was also no coffee machine as advertised.

• Craig (8/5): Excellent location, facilities and price. Penthouse above can be loud however. - Excellent location, very close to the beach and several restaurants and super markets. An inconsiderate family with children staying above were extremely loud all hours of the day. Unfortunately the walls/ceiling were not thick enough to block any of the sound resulting in every stomp waking us up.

• Tomoko (9/5): We had a wonderful stay in Broadstairs. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. - It’s a very spacious and clean and perfect location. The door to the bathroom was catching on the floor, however it was a minor issue.
• Suzi (8/5): Lovely place but we had noisy early morning wake up calls! - Centrally located and very well equipped. Unfortunately we were woken very early by the coffee bar opening up next door - they were sweeping outside, putting tables outside & their music was coming through the wall. We could very clearly hear the guests in the Penthouse above moving around & they dragged a bike down the stairs at 5.30am on Saturday morning.

• Alyce (10/5): Brilliant! Will come again :) - The family suite is brilliant. It has a double bed, a sofa bed and a 3 tier bunk bed (although top is more for a child than a teenager, I think. All beds are comfortable, even the sofa bed. The suite has a small fridge, which was brilliant to have. It also has microwave, oven, but didn't use that. Has basically all you need, even iron and board and a few hangers. Has coffee/tea/sugar sachets and kettle which I was very thankful for! You can't beat location, it's a street away from the seaside, restaurants/pubs, a 2min from a Tesco Express. Parking, there are 2 nearby: Crofts Place is max 4h and Chandos Square is up to 15h and it's payable 7am to 10pm. Used both and worked out great. Didn't bother me that much, but only realised in the morning: it's next to a café which opened quite early on a BH and a group of people were enjoying their coffees outside quite loudly but it was nice and sunny, so who can blame them? Just mentioning if someone plans to "sleep in" (I def didn't as I have kids 5 and under)

Could do with a double glazed window - the street outside was a little noisy at times but perhaps we were just unlucky

• Rr (10/5): One of my friends was skeptical but he was surprised that the apartment is a superb. - The location was excellent: very close to the beach, restaurants and train station. Bed, pillows and duvet were all comfy. The place is highly recommendable.

My children absolutely loved the bunk beds with TV, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had netflix and YouTube kids on them. It is an ideal location very close to beach and near some lovely cafes. Parking is a bit of an issue.
• Sinem (8/5): Broadstairs was lovely and this apartment was in a excellent location. maybe the bunk beds were not suitable for two te - excellent location close to the beach and very cosy and trendy apartment. generally clean with plenty of clean towels. the mattresses and pillows were very comfy. high tech kitchen appliances that i could not figure out how to work unfortunately. Nice complimentary shower gels/shampoo etc. John the host always got back to me promptly when messaged so that was good. no parking so had to stop outside on a double yellow line to drop off bags then park 10 mins walk away. same when checking out. The bunk beds although clever and the kids loved the TV’s, only one remote control worked all 3 TV’s and the beds were so tight and hard to get in and out of. The top bunk was so high and cramped. the bedding was too thick so it was a very hot and sweaty night for all of us and no windows, just two tiny ones which we did not want to leave open as it was ground floor and directly facing the road/pavement. would of been nice to have some lighter bedding options. None of us had a good nights sleep at all. The kettle was full of limescale which was nasty and the one pot i used was dusty so had to give it a wash before using. the water in the bathroom also stopped working for around 1 hour, not sure why and the water pressure was not great, literally trickling out.

Clean and tidy - perfect for a couple or family with children Didn’t realise until the last day we could have used table and chairs outside! Completely our oversight but enjoy cafe living 😁

We were celebrating our 70th birthdays. It was a perfect location, close to many restaurants and the sea front. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax in together after trips out exploring the local area. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated the lovely towels and toiletries too. The location was perfect. Just a stones throw from the beach and cafes.

Kitchenette was really handy with everything you need if you wanted to cook a meal. Location is excellent. The bunk beds look custom built to accommodate three children. It leaves little headroom for each bed. Also, challenging to get into and back out of the middle and top bunk. The TVs for each bunk were a nice touch. We ended up using the sofa bed for these reasons which was fine.

The host found a plank which we used as a rudimentary ramp to get up and down the step, but I could not get into the bathroom. There was not enough space. It was seeing this listed facility that persuaded us to come here. We feel disappointed, and the refund we felt we were due was not provided.

We had GF unit, No hot water in the morning of a wedding. Disaster ! Notified the owners and did not even receive a response. Also coffee shop next door has tables and chairs right outside the bedroom lots of talking smoking and noise right by bedroom window. Guests staying upstairs made a lot of noise.

• Barbara (9/5): Great location, modern and well presented. Would stay again. - Location was excellent. Quality of bed linen and towels were very good. Facilities great for light cooking. We were 3 adults so worked well for us. Cafe opened quite early so could hear them setting up. Some of the pans need a proper scrub out rather than depending on previous occupants to clean to a high standard.

The staff was super helpful, kind and replied straight away to my texts. If there is only one thing I didn't like was that there were 3 bankbeds, and the 3rd one was very high for a child.
