• Janine (10/5): Fabulous would definitely stay again and recommend to friends - Great location close to rialto bridge and st marks square. Very spacious. Staff meet you at water bus stop and show you the way to apartment and gave lots of helpful tourist info suggestions Just the single beds are uncomfortable, double was fine.

• FABIENNE (10/5): - Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très bien agencé super bien placé et très confortable pour 4 (et tellement calme tout en etant proche de tout ce qui est l'idéalpour nous). L'organisation etait top avec Isabella qui nous attendait à l'arrivée du vaporeto pour nous guider jusqu'à l'appartementet et tout nous expliquer.. bref si nous revenons ce sera là sans hésiter ! She showed us around the apartment and allowed us to store our luggage even though could not yet check in (too early arrival) however gave us the keys and on the honor system told us to come back after 3pm which was no problem. The apartment was great for our family and easy to access all of Venice.

• Steven (10/5): If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment ideally located, you could not pick better than Ca’ del Gondoliere! - Our holiday is at an end. We had a wonderful time in Venice yet again. Our accommodation was first class and very comfortable in all aspects. I would say the best we have stayed at in Venice. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. It would comfortably accommodate two couples. The communication with Ve.N.I.Ce. Immobiliare Cera was second to none. We used WhatsApp and had no issues! The apartment is in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and a short walk from just about every major site you would want to visit. The first week we did not bother with a weekly vaporetto ticket. We walked everywhere. I should mention that there are stairs to negotiate near the apartment but not too many. Also close by is a well stocked supermarket. If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment ideally located, you could not pick better than Ca’ Del Gondoliere. Grazie N/A

Wunderschöne Einrichtung, tolle Zimmer und Ausstattung. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab nichts aussetzen.

• Ana (10/5): We loved it and would most definitely book again if we’re ever back in Venice - The apartment was beautiful. Had everything we needed. And it was large!!! We were met at the water taxi and taken to our apartment which was incredible!! Took the stress out of having to navigate with our suitcases. They were incredibly easy to communicate with and so, so helpful. Nothing was too hard for them. 100% would stay here again. Nothing. Maybe only the entry to the front security gate was a little tricky at times. You had to get the key in just right. But otherwise, nothing at all. We loved it.

Un accueil à l’arrivée, une organisation pointue et un charme fou pour cet appartement bordé du canal, entièrement équipé de tout ce que l’on peut imaginer de nécessaire. Isabella a été d’une aide permanente, réactive à tout instant, sans compter l’adaptabilité alors que nous devions laisser nos bagages dans leur bureau avant de partir, et ce malgré que ce soit un dimanche… bref, parfait de bout en bout. Merci!

Team that manages the apartment was exceptional and very helpful. Perhaps some coffee capsules would be great to have.

We weee met off the St’ Angelo vaporetto stop by Georgina and she was lovely and showed us just where the apartment was- just a 3 minute walk from the stop. We did not use the kitchen so can’t comment on those amenities, but there was a grocery within a 5 minute walk. Pay close attention to garbage instructions upon check in and you will be fine:) Would definitely book again! None.

The area was very quiet due to it being quite residential but close to various restaurants and ten minutes walk from St.Marks Square. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, open plan lounge and dining area and also very secure. Having two bathrooms is a real bonus! Nothing

• Muzaffar (10/5): Exceptional - It's an excellent apartment - clean, spacious, furnished with style and has all the facilities one may need and more. It's a 2 minutes walk from a water bus station and in very close proximity to the touristic center. We were greeted at the water bus station and were given a tour of the apartment and some advises and tips for our trip. We were also offered to store our luggage at their office after checking out, which was very helpful. Overall, our entire family enjoyed the stay.
• Sheree (9/5): A gem in the heart of Venice, I would highly recommend this property - The property was modern, clean and had all the facilities needed for a long or short stay. It was quiet, yet a short walking distance to all the main sites. The manager was very attentive and easy to reach. The a/c in the main bedroom kept turning off, but the manager had someone out to look at it the same day.
• Alexandra (8/5): A beautiful apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood 10min walk to San Marco. - It was so lovely to be greeted by our hostess and to be guided directly to our place. She showed is where everything was and answered all our questions, making is feel very welcome and equipped! We loved the large living room and the fact that there were two bathrooms- very nicely finished. The location was excellent because it was close to everything but far enough to be peaceful. The beds were not very comfortable. The idea that disposal of garbage and recycling was an extra 40 euros was a little unpleasant. It is a complicated matter because we like to cook at home and the garbage/recycling process is extremely inconvenient especially since we arrived on a weekend.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Enhanced our Venetian Experience - The hostess was amazing, telling us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. The apartment was beautiful and well put together, a lot of thought was put into it. The door and lock felt safe and secure, as did the windows. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating at the dining table. The living room and entertainment system were fantastic. It was great relaxing on the couch and watching Netflix, while enjoying a bottle of Italian wine after a long day exploring Venice. The speakers go throughout the apartment, so you can turn music on and listen to it in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The automatic lights in the hallway and outside the front door were nice. The second bathroom is great to have, as are the two bedrooms. The place isn't too far from a grocery store, which was convenient. It's also not too bad of a walk to the major tourist attractions, without being right on the main pathways (meaning the area is quieter and less crowded.). Overall, the apartment was incredible and enhanced our experience and we felt like locals. The master bed was too low to the ground and was harder than we would have liked. Though I'm starting to think the latter is a European thing, as we've yet to find a soft bed here. They also didn't have any face cloths for washing, but did have plenty of body and hand towels.

The hosts were excellent, communicated with us prior to our stay, met us off the water ferry and gave us a detailed introduction to the apartment.They also answered any queries we had during our stay which was very helpful as it enabled us to make the most of our stay in Venice. Nothing, it was excellent. There was, however, some noise from the apartment above us at times, including the early hours of the morning,but it didn’t impact negatively on our stay.

We left early on Monday and we did not have garbage pick up on Sunday so we were afraid we left too much of it. They said there was a charge if we left too much garbage. Not sure if we were charged yet.
