• Sak (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep prettig en snel. We hadden een parkeerplek gereserveerd en we konden makkelijk parkeren in de eigen garage aan huis en via de garage het huis in. Het was schoon en ruim en je kon lekker buiten zitten. Het was dicht bij meerdere metrohaltes en je was snel in het centrum van Valencia. Er zat ook een goed tapas restaurant in de straat.

• Gert (9/5): Great accommodation - We enjoyed the large outside area and the living room. Good number of toilets (3) and showers (2). Even a private place to park bicycles or a car. We recommend renting bicycles for a few days when visiting Valencia, rather than going by metro. Good communication with the host, and house tour upon arrival. In one of the bedrooms, 4 people will be sleeping, that is somewhat small. No further issues.
• Stuart (10/5): A fantastic stay in a wonderful city! - We had a fantastic stay at this property in Burjasot. The property was excellent and we all enjoyed the pool and cinema room! The pool is unheated so the kids brought some wetsuit tops to wear which worked well and meant they could stay in it for longer! The property is situated in a small suburb of Valencia and we really enjoyed the 'real life' Spanish location. The owner was extremely helpful and very communicative and even offered us a few extra nights for free as we got caught up in the awful flooding and were struggling to fly home. We hired a car from the airport at the beginning of our stay which we parked in the on-site garage. This enabled us to get around the city very quickly. Will stay again! Nothing really.

• Viola (8/5): Very good - We had a good time at the house which is only a short metro ride from Valencia City Center. The rooms were clean and the kitchen also had some basic supplies. The place is called "Luxury villa", but there were some things missing. There were no bins in the bathrooms and no shower gel & shampoo provided. At every door within the house there were signs with rules telling you what is not allowed to do in the house.

• Talia (7/5): Lovely property with all amenities, but a bit far from the city centre. - Very clean and nice house. Outdoor space and pool were lovely! Great well equipped kitchen. very little toilet roll provided.

• Rachael (9/5): Private Villa in an urban area - A lovely spacious Villa only a short distance from Valencia by metro. Very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Nice private pool area for relaxing. Shops close by for groceries. Pool area is walled which although makes it private means it gets limited sun. The pool was very cold. No mirrors in three of the bedrooms and no bins in the bathrooms.
• Millicent (6/5): This is a pleasant house.. The pool is very close to the house,families with young children need to be vigilant. If you - The photos of the property were actuate. a nice pool. David was extremely helpful and responded quickly when asked for help. The house was further from Valencia than I anticipated. The church bells seemed to chime incessantly through the day disrupting conversations, very close to the house. The interior of the house was quite dark. one towel and one hand towel for a week insufficient if considered “luxury”. No instructions on hand for theatre room. A booklet with how things operate would be good.Little information about the area on hand. some maintenance issues that I outlined to David.
