• selby (6/5): It was fine except the cleaner the room - The building is beautiful and the view from the roof top is good. Nice food and waitress were friendly. The cleaner expect that you and your partner wake up and leave the room by 08:00am so that she can clean. Once she passed the room, the room will not be cleaned for that day.

• Francis (10/5): A great place to stay in Gabarone. - The apartment is at the CBD easy to reach and is close to many eating places. The apartment was clean with all the facilities as advertised. A good place to stay if traveling for business or just a holiday. There is a rooftop restaurant where you can pretty much see the whole of Gaborone. Nothing.
• Mentha (4/5): Would Not Recommend Apartments of this Owner - The apartment building lobby was clean and staff welcoming. The apartment appeared clean and appliances modern. I would have preferred staying at this apartment but the Owner made that untenable. The apartment had WiFi but the TV was not SMART. Upon closer inspection the apartment was not as clean as it first appeared. I wanted to heat up left overs from restaurant and found the inside of the microwave dirty and found the remains of what appeared to be cucumber seeds stuck to the kitchen counter. I informed Owner Gobi and he sent Cleaning Woman Sunday (My third day at apartment). The Cleaning woman arrived 9ish Sunday Morning and had a disagreeable demeanor from the beginning, she was apparently angry I shared cleaning issues with owner. She failed to identify herself and as there is no peephole at front door I wanted to insure that she was in fact the expected cleaning person. She entered and immediately went to microwave opened it grunted and they wiped her hand over countertop and turned to ask me what I'd found there. I did not answer her but tried to reset by introducing myself and asking her name. She gave the name Faith but maintained the surly demeanor as she remained to clean. At one point while cleaning kitchen I saw her pick up a tea cup I'd used and she used the same towel she'd cleaned microwave and counter top to wipe out cup sans soap or water. I expressed that this was not sanitary but she behaved as if she didn't understand. She then came to living room area where I was drinking a cup of coffee and eating a pastry. She was using a dust mop to clean floor and at one point came within two feet of where I was seated and shook the dust mop causing it's contents to land on me and my food and drink. There is no way she could not have realized what would occur. I told Gobi I did not want Faith to return he said then I would not have apartment cleaning I said that was not acceptable as I was scheduled to stay 10 more days. He suggested I find other accommodation which I did.

I will be my FIRST choice when I return to Gaborone. - I have stayed in several apartments (including in the Itowers) and hotels in Gaborone and this apartment was by far the best place I have stayed in. It is excellent. It is a beautiful well laid out apartment, with everything a business person or couple would want. Very comfortable bed and wifi that is actually works (important for me as I was on business and needed to work with international clients). But the best aspects were the airconditioning (got very hot in Gaborone), shower and the well equipped kitchen. It is little things that also make a big difference e.g. large ironing board, clean iron, washing machine, clothes drying rack, coffee plunger for those who like our coffee, sun block out blinds and the DSTV provided (I was on business and didn't have time to watch TV but I noticed that the apartment has subscribed for a large range of programmes including international news programmes [important for me]; greatly in excess of the programmes other apartments and hotels provide in Gaborone. The apartment is located close (easy walking distance) to many restaurants, banks and to The Square Shopping mall to purchase groceries. There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment.

The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. The cleaner was very helpful and understanding There is no washing machine if ur staying longer and the tv need to be upgraded it's too small and is not a smart tv.

• Marcus (9/5): A welcomed stay in Gaborone - We loved the location, convenience, amenities, and views. The willingness to assist us with anything we needed was simply amazing. Everyone we meet greeted with a smile and welcomed us to this most beautiful city...GABORONE! All I can say is, if there was something we didn't like, and we had made it known; the staff would have bent over backward to make it happen.

• Christopher (9/5): Very pleasent stay for a week long business trip. - Excellent communication from host prior to visit explaining check-in etc. Was present upon arrival to hand keys in person & show around the property. Small issue with hotel wi-fi which host quickly rectified by provided flybox for usage during stay. Lovely well kept apartment, room cleaned daily. Top floor bar/restaurant offers fabulous view of surrounding area. Supermarket & shopping mall 15minutes walk. All in all this is great accommodation if you need to be in the CBD area. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Nothing to seriously report on. Lifts can be a bit of a pain during busy times but what can you expect for a 15th floor apartment.
