- Wasch (5/5): - Posizione perfetta a 10 metri da parcheggio pubblico. Ristrutturato di recente, stanze climatizzate, letti e cuscini comodi. Rumore ben contenuto a finestre chiuse nonostante la presenza di un McDonalds al piano terra. Fastidioso odore di urina in bagno, attenuato dopo diverse scariche di sciacquone. Per due giorni, nonostante avessi appeso il cartello apposito, la stanza non è stata rifatta. Colazione basic. Personale poco entusiasta e a volte con scarsa conoscenza della lingua tedesca. Per oltre 200€ al giorno si può pretendere di più
- Julia (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, würde wieder buchen. - Die Lage ist super, direkt am Bahnhof. Altstadt, Hafen, Geschäfte , Haltestelle sind direkt da. Man kommt überall hin. Vom Hotel bekommt man eine Gästekarte, damit sind die Busse kostenlos. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar früher eingecheckt. Im Zimmer ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Matratze ist sehr gut . Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen, es ist klein, aber alles ist dabei. Alles ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Frühstückdame schaut immer wieder nach, ob etwas benötigt wird. Herzlichen Dank! Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer gebucht, es ist auch okay so, aber Doppelbett könnte schon etwas breiter sein, der Platz ist da. Für junge Leute ist es vielleicht ausreichend, aber nicht für 55+.

- Natascha (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden wiederkommen - Das Hotel ist mit bzgl Preis-Lage kaum zu überbieten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Rückfrage nach der Buchung erhielten wir ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit Küche. Super Service und für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Auch bemerkenswert: jedes Zimmer hat elektrische Jalousien - ebenfalls ein grosser Vorteil. Es ist nachts manchmal sehr laut draussen und es zog Rauch von Passanten hoch, sodass man auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen ist - das ist jedoch normal und muss bei der Lage einfach bedacht werden.
- Wolfgang (7/5): Gerne wieder, wegen der zentralen Lage und dem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - zentrale Lage, vom Schiff oder Bahnhof schnell erreichbar, und direkt in Zentrumsnähe und am See. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert und halten den Verkehrslärm fern, das Hotel ist insgesamt ruhig und in angenehmen Farben eingerichtet. Das Drei-Bett Zimmer ist prima geeignet für Familien mit Kind. Ein Hotel-Parkplatz zum Entladen wäre super gewesen, gerade bei älteren Personen. Es empfiehlt sich, im Parkhaus Europabrücke zu parken und von dort mit dem Bus oder auch Wassertaxi bis zum Bahnhof bzw. Hafen zu fahren.

Nikt przez dłuższy czas nie odbierał telefonu, aż w końcu podano mi inny nr skrzynki - tam również nie było klucza. Godzinę czasu próbowałem dodzwonić się do hotelu. W końcu pojawiła się Pani która wydala mi klucz informując że wysłała w tej sprawie do mnie email (jeszcze nie dotarł). Byłem wraz z partnerami biznesowymi i moja wiarygodność została narażona na szwank.

- Géraldine (10/5): Super - Zentral und praktisch, hatte alles, das man braucht. Das wc war etwas altmodisch
- Anastasia (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, gleich gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Das Bett war leider nicht sehr bequem, da es zwei zusammengestellten Betten waren und wir haben mit unseren kleinen Tochter übernachtet.

- Ivana (10/5): - Personal auf hohem Niveau, Sauberkeit des Zimmers auf hohem Niveau, die Lage des Hotels ausgezeichnet, alles gut erreichbar. Ich empfehle es von Herzen.
- Paul (7/5): - Zentrale Lage. Seenlick. Großes und geräumiges Drei Bett Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück nicht so toll. Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffe Zubereitung wäre Klasse.
- Farnaz (8/5): We were satisfied with our stay. - The location was perfect. Our triple room with a small kitchen was clean, renovated, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the building had an elevator, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and polite, although only one or two of them spoke English. The street noise didn’t bother us. The first night, we found the shower gel container empty and had to wait until the next day for a refill. The kitchen utensils were limited, but the staff provided an electric kettle and a kitchen towel upon request. Noise from the corridor can be heard easily; only on one night a group spoke loudly for a while, but the other nights were very calm.

- Wenna (9/5): - Views of the lake from the balcony. Exceptionally clean. Really spacious accommodation. Close to the train station. Fridge in the room with bottled water provided. No kettle or any provisions to make hot drinks in the room. It was the only thing missing.

- Michael (9/5): - Mein Einzelzimmer war hell, sauber, schön eingerichtet, das Bad war neuwertig, die Lage ist absolut superpraktisch (direkt am Bahnhof). Das Bett war bequem, die Decke warm genug - es war perfekt für meine 3 Tage in Konstanz. Das einzige was noch super gewesen wäre: eine Tür zwischen dem kleinen Flur und dem eigentlichen Zimmer.
