Host molto disponibile, simpatica e gentile! Nonostante la via fosse particolarmente frequentata, la stanza è risultata essere silenziosa.
• Virginia Emilia (6/5): last minute deal if you need just a place to sleep and nothing more. - very close to the station. the bathroom was dirty and extremely small, no bidet furthermore. the shower was visibly not cleaned well so I wasn’t feeling comfortable in taking showers. we had the water heater in the room and it was often making loud noises during the night. the furniture was ruined and really low quality. light color temperature extremely cold so of course not relaxing. at least the owner was kinda welcoming and explained well how to access the building and the room.

• Vanda chiara (9/5): - La struttura è esattamente come descritta, pulita e accogliente. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione termini, palazzo tranquillo. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti,bar e supermercati. Consiglio l' osteria Macondo anche se in zona sono tutti locali turistici, abbiamo mangiato bene ed è a pochi passi dalla struttura. L' host è gentile e a disposizione per ogni necessità. Acqua, microonde e caffè a disposizione nonostante non ci sia la colazione. Gradita gentilezza.

Modern, csendes szoba, légkondicionálással. Jó ár-érték arány. Vékonyak a falak (szerencsére ez csak az utolsó este volt kellemetlen a mellettünk lévő hangosabb társaság miatt, nekünk viszont másnap hajnalban útra kellett kelnünk). A zuhany meleg víz ellátása nem működött túl jól. Az egyik paplan foltos volt.

Sin nada. La mala educación con la que me hablo un chico (no el dueño) cuando en noche Vieja saltaron los plomos y no hubo luz, ni calefacción, ni agua caliente un buen rato. La cocina era un simple microondas.

C'è un erogatore per acqua fredda e calda non tutti lo mettono a disposizione, cialde e macchinetta per il caffè..Stanza grande, ben illuminata..letto comodissimo.. tutto ottimo Bagno un po' troppo piccolo

• Jennifer (5/5): - 6mins walk to roma termini Close restaurant and mini grocery We arrived 8pm and theres no water in the dispenser, I asked the person to fill it up, he said he place one there and cant refill anymore, probably its night or only 1 is allowed per day. But there are 3 other rooms inside the flat, so of course there will be people who will consume the water. We stayed in room2 and my friend got an itchiness on the extra bed all throughtout the night, he felt like it was insect on the duvet.
• Milena (8/5): For the three of us, female friends, our stay in this apartment was great, nothing bothered us ☺️ - Excellent location, apartment is nicely arranged, modern, clean, suitable for a short stay. Room No. 1 has got new comfortable beds and clean bedding. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The bathroom is very small, so larger persons could not fit in. The matteresses are very comfortable, but short, so pay attention if you are taller than 170 cm. Hot water pressure isn't stable, so during a shower the water alternates between cold and hot. It is not a great issue, it just requires a bit of patience.

• Aleksandar (8/5): It was good. - The location and the staff. The bathroom was just too small. The water in the shower was either running extremely hot or arctic cold. Ants were coming from a little hole near the room door and I had to dispose of them every day. The soap also was not full enough in the shower cabin and we had to be more economic. The lady was very friendly but she gave us wrong numbers and I had to write to the property in booking in order to tell what we want.

Se que el baño es pequeño y que pagamos por eso pero al meno deberían de limpiarlo ya que le da sustento

• Kyle (9/5): Cool 😎 - The mini apartment is very well presented. The bed is very comfortable and the Aircon is a dream considering the heatwave. There was a kitchenette and a few coffee pods which were changed daily which is a nice touch. The lady who I believe is the housekeeper is a real gem. Showed us how to work everything and was lovely to speak to! Be warned there is quite a busy hotel called Yellow Hotel in the vicinity which gets loud but you can't hear anything from the room 😀 Two minor things. The TV is mounted on the wall way too high and the channels were not well tuned. Be warned in room 4 (Roma) the toilet/bathroom is very tight. Particularly the toilet is a squeeze 😂

• Sheri (7/5): Good - Very close to rome bus and train termini... basic upbeat room for a fair price. I did not like the automatic check in. I found it frustrating. Sign on wall says their is an office location in building but no one new anything where it was or nothing posted on Door. Also whatsapp instructions on how to get access to apartment needs to be updated as it said we were staying on second floor and accommodations were actually on 5th floor.

There was access to tea, coffee and a microwave. The housekeeper was so lovely and friendly too. Would definitely recommend for some site seeing in Rome.
• Mark (8/5): Nice quiet place to stay near the less travelled side of Roma Termini Station - Decent, quiet, clean, access to microwave and coffee, table in hall to sit and snack. On the Northeast side of Roma Termini Station, so not noisy. Conversely, it does add another 10 minutes of walking for most historic destinations in Roma. Staff met us at the door and helped up get our luggage etc. to the room. Overall experience good - but be aware the place is unattended unless you contact them. If you are a needy traveler, maybe not for you. If you are a self starter, worth a good look. Communications up front not the smoothest, if you are arriving in Italy and do not have a working cell phone the moment you land, and can notify them a few minutes before your arrival, it's a bit rough.

• Zagelidou (9/5): Superb - The location is very good. It was also very quiet compared to the noise of the city. We slept very well!!! The bathroom is inside the room without a window. I don't know if there is ventilation for it... There might be, and we just didn't find it. If there isn't, I would suggest installing one
