• Munyeong (7/5): Overall, while the apartment itself has some strong points, there are several issues that should be addressed or clearly - - The location is very convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around. - The apartment has high ceilings, which makes the space feel open and spacious. - The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils, and essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent are provided. - There is ongoing construction in the neighboring unit. This was not communicated in advance, and had I known, I would not have booked such a long stay. - The elevator and shared common areas (hallways, etc.) are in poor condition and not well maintained. - After using the washing machine, I noticed mold inside the rubber seal, which was quite unpleasant. - On the last night, the hot water stopped working around 21:30.

• Francesco (7/5): Cozy place - requiring some small fixes - The host is 10/10 - available, helpful and welcoming. The Heating worked very well, crucial for the winter there! Great natural light shining into the apartment. cozy and pleasant The bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the pipes. You can hear the pipes when people flush the toilet, a bit uncomfortable unfortunately. The pillows are too big, lifting your entire neck and head too up, leaving you stiff the next morning.

• Stefan (8/5): Nice appartment in an archtiectural exceptional environment - Stylish appartment in a house that is from an architectual viewpoint absolutely exceptional. Appartment itself was very clean and renovated with nice new wooden floor. House was a little run down from the outside, some walls need fixing and painting, doors of one cupboard in the appartment stayed open due to broken lock, all shutter in front of windows were broken.
• Jelena (10/5): Prelep stan - Veoma je čisto. Ima sve što vam je potrebno i za kraći i za duži boravak. Toplo je i ima mnogo prostora. Ima lep pogled i mirno je, pogotovo noću. Krevet je udoban i velik. Zgrada je predivna zajedno da dvorištem, ima lift. Ima sto za laptop, ako je nekome potrebno. Rade svi uređaju, toster, kuvalo, aparat za kafu (ima i kapsule), rerna, ploča, mašina za veš, fen... Internet je brz. Blizu je apotekama, kafeima, restoranima, a Spar je na 10 minuta peške. Ako vam nešto zatreba hitno tokom noći, imate i Roni na par minuta hoda. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je sjajna. Uputstva za ulazak su jasna. Na dolasku nas je sačekalo vino na stolu. :) .
• Anna (9/5): Charming flat in a calm location ideal for couples/ couples +1 - Interesting building, a peculiar mixture of vintage and ikea furniture inside, full of vibe with the creaking floors and the sounds of ventilation. The place is very spacious and full of air and light. It was nice to use a speaker with Bluetooth to enjoy our favourite music. Good kitchen. It is not self-evident these days in the apartments to have such basics as oil, salt, pepper and sugar, but this place does provide these, which is pretty nice. Nice bathroom with the window facing a ventilation shaft. The place has many lamps, lights and sconces - this allows to add magic to the atmosphere. The shower faucet is malfunctioning - it's difficult to set the water to the right temperature: it either comes out too hot or immediately very cold

• Sławomir (10/5): - Apartament duży urządzony rustykalnie w malowniczej kamienicy. Meble dopasowane do stylu apartamentu i są wygodne. Klimatyzacja tylko w salonie, ale przy otwartych drzwiach sypialni też ją chłodzi. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Gospodarz obiektu informuje o ciekawych wydarzeniach co jest bardzo pomocne .
• C.Lawler (10/5): Highly recommended. Would stay again. - We had a fantastic week-long stay at Modern Bauhaus. The hosts were wonderful and communicative and the welcome guide was full of good suggestions. The apartment was really spacious with beautiful high-ceilings in an historic building. The location was also really great for sight-seeing. We walked most places, but there is also lots of public transport options nearby. In terms of facilities, it had everything we needed and we used the washing machine and cooked while there. The water pressure was excellent.

• Rupesh (9/5): Superb - Brilliant flat. Huge character and stay in beautiful building with atrium. Feels authentic. Located near supermarkets and plaes you best for all areas of Budapest. The floor space is vast and huge rooms. The area is quiet and you will sleep well. The hosts have a stocked kitchen and they kindly put a bottle of wine on arrival. The correspondence was great prior to arrival and via app.
• Yusuke (9/5): I am the frequent guests of this apartment. - The room is very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The environment is also clean and quiet. The apartment looks historic and make me feel living in Budapest. There is nothing negative but the sofa and couches in the lounge should be more comfortable to relax at night. The neighbors’ dogs may have urinated in the elevator but someone has cleaned up.

Very convenient public transport links from buses right outside the door or a short walk away to the metro. • Carla (10/5): We are happy we chose this apartment and would totally recommend it. Location, comfort and charm. - The apartment is located not far from a metro station (Oktogon). The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The building has a lot of character. Some people might find it too old, but we think it is beautiful and authentic. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and well-kept. The furniture is made of real Bauhaus pieces; you can see the owners' effort to make it unique. Leaving a welcoming gift was a nice gesture, thank you! We were also provided with detailed information about the city. The washing machine is a great addition. We totally recommend this apartment; it is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and comfortable place. Everything met our expectations and more. The only minor thing we would say is that the kitchen space was a bit small, and having the three electric appliances crowded together next to the kitchen sink may not be ideal. But it is just a tiny detail.

• Yusuke (8/5): Stay as local - The apartment is very large and furniture is very well equipped. it is easy access to the centre of town. The area is very quiet and safe. You can stay as local. There is rubbish next door and it should be cleared. This apartment had no negative aspect.

• Yahutian (10/5): We can def recommend the Modern Bauhaus from all sides. - location was great, the hospitality was excellent, the apartment is fully equipped, the service was really high, we really enjoyed our stay
• Teresa (8/5): - This apartment was very large and seemed clean. We loved the historical features such as tall doors and windows. There was a kitchen with refrigerator, espresso machine and hot pot. The bed was comfortable, there is plenty of hot water, soap & towels are provided, the heat works well, and we appreciated being able to watch a movie on Netflix after a long day sight-seeing. We were also very glad to have a floor fan for white noise. The only negatives are: no microwave, and the bathroom was weird. The tub was very tall and the faucet is placed right where you need to stand to shower. Also, if you are short you will not be able to reach the sink which is placed way above normal level.
• Tural (8/5): Nice retro apartment in beautiful building. - Beautiful building. Good location. Large apartment with high ceilings, nice view from windows and cute retro furniture. Apart of some minor disadvantages (no curtain on one window), this is excellent place. Recommended!

• SAN NI (10/5): - 抵達的當天網卡出問題一直沒辦法用google map找公寓也沒辦法聯絡房東, 幸好好心路人的幫忙才找到, 也還好房東願意等我們, 其實公寓離okgoton站走路只要十分鐘, 附近更有公車站跟路面電車站, 交通非常方便, 沿路超市跟餐廳都很多, 飲食不會有任何問題, 公寓非常大間, CP值非常高!! 還提供ㄧ隻手機供我們找路跟聯絡他們, 最重要的是他有電梯!! 當你有大型行李的時候就知道電梯式多麼的重要了!!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - A few amenities were not present when we arrived, the washing machine was missing the glass case on the door, the heater was not working, the elevator was down (room was on a 5 floor walk-up), and only one set of keys were provided (booking noted 2 people). Appreciated the quick acknowledgement and response when those issues were discovered. However, the sheer number of issues present was very unexpected since the apartment was posted on hotels.com as a 4-star room. Property management did not have an alternative room available and no form of refund (full/partial) offered when we cancelled reservation upon arrival.

The guys at oasis apartment left us a smart phone were we used google maps and mobile data for free and that was very helpfull.
• Will (8/5): Great stay at Oasis - We travelled from New Zealand and had a great stay at Oasis Apartments. Location was in nice neigbourhood within easy walk or bus anywhere in the city. Apartment was great size and very nicely furnished which was a great place to relax after exploring beautiful Budapest. We loved the nespresso machine and the smart phone provided which allowed us plan our travel. We we arrived the previous occupants had broken the washing machine. Oliver, Balint and Dasha at Oasis Apartments we’re so amazing and helpful. They offered us washing services and a complimentary airport shuttle. Great company and people! We will be back again, Budapest was the best!
