Guest Reviews
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- William (9/5): Very good value for money guesthouse - All good, staff happy to make breakfast for me outside normal hours, very friendly and helpful. Nothing, all good.
- Lisa (8/5): Cheap abd cheerful - Family run B&B with extremely friendly host and nice cooked breakfast (for a small fee but well worth it). We were just passing through for the night and were looking for a cheap and cheerful place to sleep. Met our criteria 👍🏻 Unfortunately the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was very poor.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Lyn was lovely and made sure we had a secure place to store our bikes and a delicious breakfast. It was a great location to explore Alness during our cycling trip. Nothing

- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Friendly welcome, and a lovely social full breakfast in the kitchen. Incredible good value. My shared bathroom was downstairs. My room had no curtains so I had full daylight before 5am.
- Kenneth (8/5): My room was comfortable and had everything I wanted. - The location suited me and the breakfast was good. Not applicable
- Stuart (8/5): Pay the bit extra for an ensuite room. - Warm welcoming when arrived and grateful that they waited up an extra half hour after check in closed for me to arrive on last train. Room was more than acceptable with a very comfy bed. Ensuite was on another floor, which at the time of check in I didn't think would be a problem, and it wasn't really. But it was a little annoying at 4am when my bladder said I needed the toilet.
- Robert (4/5): Disappointing - shared bathroom, downstairs
- Paul (10/5): Lynn was very welcoming gave some great advice on the area and some ideas on alternative routes An excellent stay - Clean well position for my needs and anyone doing the NC500 or John OGroats to Lands End, as I was doing. Nothing
- Julie (9/5): Overnight stay - A lovely home stay made to feel so welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was on the small side, and a little diy needed. The sink seemed to have moved. A great night's sleep had, followed by a delicious breakfast and friendly chat with our hosts, I would return if in the area.

I only stayed one night on my road trip but would certainly book to stay again when traveling this way.

Breakfast was in the family kitchen which was a bit overwhelming due to it being quite untidy and not the cleanest I have been in. The bathroom in my room could have been done with a little more care and attention to detail with regards to cleanliness.
