Probamos la cerveza artesanal en Pasteur Street Brewing Co. y estaba buenísima. El apartamento estaba impecable. La salida tardó unos minutos más porque tuvimos que coordinar la devolución de las llaves.

- Christina (10/5): Reibungsloser Self-Check-in - Der Gastgeber schickte unglaublich detaillierte Anweisungen mit Fotos, daher war der Check-in kinderleicht. Die Wohnung wirkt wie neu. Wir haben den Besuch der Jadekaiser-Pagode sehr genossen und uns anschließend in der Nähe ein berühmtes Banh Mi Huynh Hoa geholt.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Distrik 1; saya menghabiskan sore hari dengan mengunjungi kafe-kafe di sekitar Jalan Dong Khoi dan bekerja dari tempat-tempat trendi. Liftnya bisa agak lambat sekitar pukul 7-8 pagi saat semua orang pulang.

Jest wystarczająco cichy, aby dobrze się wyspać, a jednocześnie zaledwie 5 minut od nocnego życia na deptaku Bui Vien. Łóżko było super wygodne, a klimatyzacja działała lodowato. Uczestniczyliśmy również w wspaniałym rejsie z kolacją po pobliskiej rzece Sajgon.

We spent an evening at the Bui Vien Walking Street for drinks, which is just a short ride away. The hallway AC in the building isn't always turned on, so it can be warm outside the room.

El aire acondicionado enfría rápidamente después de haber estado expuesto al calor. Las almohadas adicionales resultaron muy prácticas. La calle de mariscos del Distrito 4 fue un desvío increíble y lleno de sabor. La energía de la calle se percibe con intensidad en el exterior a la hora de la cena.

- Maik (5/5): Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut, jedoch sorgen veraltete und unsaubere Ausstattung, starker Kanalgeruch in den Badezimmern so - Gute Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit von Innenstadt und Geschäften, tolle Aussicht aus dem 17. Stock und ein sehr bequemes Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Möbel des Apartments sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise so sehr, dass sie sich kaum noch richtig reinigen lassen. Der Pool durfte nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung über WhatsApp genutzt werden. Generell musste man in der gesamten Anlage sehr vorsichtig sein, da das Vermieten über Airbnb dort eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist. Bei Regelverstößen drohen Strafen – auch wenn uns selbst nichts passiert ist, leidet der Komfort und das Sicherheitsgefühl deutlich darunter. Zusätzlich gibt es viele Einschränkungen: Nur bestimmte Aufzüge dürfen für Gepäck genutzt werden, Poolkleidung im Aufzug ist verboten (teilweise verständlich, aber dennoch sehr einschränkend), bei Verstößen drohen ebenfalls Strafen. Direkt vor dem Komplex hängt ein großes Schild, das ausdrücklich darauf hinweist, dass kurzfristige Vermietungen wie Airbnb nicht erlaubt sind – das sorgt von Anfang an für ein ungutes Gefühl. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind jedoch die Badezimmer: Beide rochen stark nach Kanalisation, was ein absolutes No-Go ist. Der Geruch zog bis in die Wohnräume. Außerdem waren die Badezimmer allgemein nicht besonders sauber. Gerade in einer Großstadt ist das enttäuschend – ich war in sehr abgelegenen Dörfern in Vietnam untergebracht und hatte dort deutlich sauberere Hotels. Hier scheint das Personal schlicht falsch eingesetzt zu sein.

Was not informed that construction works were going on nextdoor for the whole week, so room was very noisy and not a good place to work. Lifts were also very erratic and didn't go to the floors that were selected which was annoying.

- Stirzaker (3/5): AVOID. - Nothing! Avoid this stressful experience. Firstly there was difficulty locating the apartment as it was labelled Rivergate Apartments not Saigon Sirius. I believe this is due to the apartments rules not allowing short term stays. Signage bold and visible. She would also only take cash for the room payment and did not supply a receipt. The charge was slightly more than that listed on the reservation. After our poor decision to take the train from Danang to HCHC with three kids, we were hoping to drop our bags and hit the pool if early check in wasn’t available. I messaged the apartment host two days prior to arrival to request early check in however didn’t get a response. Fortunately we had internet via a Vietnamese sim otherwise we would not have been able to make contact. When the host arrived and we advised our plans she advised that a $40USD payment was required. So we said can we leave our bags and use the pool. We were told the pool was closed for repairs. This was not communicated prior to our arrival. We requested free early check in as there was no pool available. After a discussion and some calls we were allowed to check in 3 hours early. The unit was full of dust under the beds and on fittings and window sills. There was also loads of ants in the kitchen and living room. It needs a good clean. The living room couch had a hard piece of wood in the middle that needed reupholstering and or replacement as it was not comfortable. After discussing check out options and leaving our bags prior to our flight home, we were told before the last day that we could leave the room at 12 noon (normal check out time) and leave our bags in the room. On the morning of check out she began messaging me at breakfast at 9am to see if we had checked out yet. I said no as per the previous agreement. She continued to say that the apartment needed to be CLEANED as other guests were coming. I stated our agreement and she said we can leave the bags.

- Aileen (2/5): !!Achtung Betrug!! Schlimmster Start in Vietnam - Das Bett war sehr bequem Trotz bekannter Ankunftszeit mussten wir 30 Minuten warten, bis wir mit Kleinkind reingelassen wurden. Die Dame, die uns in Empfang nahm, war von Anfang an sehr kalt und unfreundlich. Es wurde behauptet, dass wir Bar zahlen müssten. Dabei stand davon nichts in der Buchungsbestätigung. Bis sich das alles geklärt hatte, sind 2,5 Stunden vergangen. Der Manager kam irgendwann (immerhin er war freundlich) und hat es mit uns zusammen über Booking gelöst. Es war bereits 21 Uhr und unser Kind mehr als müde. 10 Minuten später klopfte es erst und klingelte dann Sturm. Dann stand die Dame von vorher an der Tür und fragte nach ihrem Portmonee. Mein Mann suchte es im Halbdunkel (unser Sohn schlief bereits), fand jedoch nichts. Da fragte sie allen ernstes noch, ob sie reinkommen und selber suchen dürfte?? Das Apartment war extrem dreckig. Überall schwarze Haare (wir haben alle blonde), Staub, Krümel, schmierige Flecken. Die Socken meines Sohnes waren nach wenigen Minuten schwarz. Im Nachhinein wurde angegeben, wir wären gar nicht angereist (damit der Betrag für die Übernachtung) doppelt gezahlt wird - Kreditkarte wurde als Sicherheit hinterlegt. Nach Rückfrage wurde betont, dass dies von der Seite des Hotels gar nicht geschah? Also auch noch lügen.

Le deuxième était bien mieux que le premier : confortable et mieux équipé. propreté du 1er appartement, équipement de la cuisine minimum, accès à la piscine compliqué. à 25min à pied du marché ben than et surtout un lit avec une planche comme sommier dans le 1er appartement. ils ont essayé d'annuler ma 1ere réservation je ne sais pas pourquoi...paiement en cash obligatoire

- Kim (1/5): Opgelicht door de host. Hier NIET boeken - Niks NIET BOEKEN BIJ DIT HOTEL! Opgelicht door de host. Bij aankomst bleek er brand te zijn, dus kregen een goedkopere kamer. Moesten ineens contant betalen terwijl we via Booking hebben geboekt. Host heeft de boeking geannuleerd en hebben nooit een nieuwe boeking gekregen, dus konden niks beginnen. Host beloofde van alles, maar kwam niks na. Zwembad was gesloten, elke keer valse beloftes. Kregen nog een boete door zwemkleding in de lift. Pasje werkte ineens niet meer. Kortom; we voelden ons enorm onveilig in dit hotel en voelden ons flink opgelicht. Ik raad iedereen aan dit hotel over te slaan.

- Christina (10/5): Ausgewogene Arbeit und Erholung. - Gutes WLAN und ein bequemer Sessel für ein paar Stunden am Tag 💻. Die Lampen verwandeln den Raum schnell von Arbeit in Entspannung. Wir haben zusätzliche Handtücher und einen funktionierenden Föhn sehr geschätzt. Das Schlafen war ruhig und komfortabel. Die Schreibtischfläche ist kompakt; wir haben den Esstisch genutzt, um uns auszubreiten.

It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the center and has many amenities: gym, swimming pool, cafe, supermarket, etc. The receptionist was very enthusiastic in guiding me to my room and helping me exchange money into Vietnamese currency. The room has a spacious city view, not too noisy, fully equipped with kitchen, pots, pans. The room was very clean, with towels and some personal items. When I asked for more towels, they were also very happy to help. If I have a chance to come back, I will stop by this place!

Area is quiet and away from the noisy road which is good considering the constant honking from the traffic. Many local eateries near the hotel with 3 convenience shops just below the buidling. Just note that property is not new so some of the condition may not be ideal. You also have to pay extra fee for cleaning services.

- Yên (10/5): - This apartment is very good. They picked me up and helped me move my luggage to the room, even when I arrived earlier than check-in time, they were still enthusiastic. A few days later I sent my luggage back and they still helped me preserve and keep it for me. Everyone here is very friendly, the security guards and the sales people. There are many delicious foods around and it's convenient to walk. My room has a very clean and convenient small kitchen, the bathroom is new and fragrant, I am very satisfied.
- Jennifer (10/5): - This is the first time I have chosen this place to live, the apartment is located in a building with security around so it is quite safe, there is a magnetic card to enter and exit so I feel very secure. The room is airy and comfortable with a city view, I also have a small kitchen to cook. The bathroom has yellow lights and warm water so I like it very much, it is also very clean and fragrant when I first entered. The owner is very enthusiastic to help me bring pans and other things when I need. Their enthusiasm makes me want to come back many more times!
- Do (10/5): Wonderful - I had a great stay here. The room is clean, tidy, and smells nice. The towels are new and clean, and refilled for free if you need them. Overall, this apartment is quite good if you need a convenient place to stay and have a place to cook. In addition, there are many restaurants around and it is convenient to move to the center.
