• Ralf (5/5): Lage okay, sonst eher nicht zu empfehlen. - In der Nähe des Zentrums, ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum Parque Libertad. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Preis beim Check-in entsprach nicht dem Preis gemäss Booking. Bei mir in der Buchungsbestätigung stand der Preis inkl. Gebühren und Steuern. Trotzdem hätte ich diesen Anteil beim Check-In nochmals bezahlen müssen. Dieses Problem hatte ich bei einer Buchung via Booking noch nie! Die Zimmer sind extrem schlecht isoliert. Gäste die spät nach Hause kommen und laut sind, werden vom Personal nicht auf die Ruhezeiten aufmerksam gemacht.

• Paula (3/5): Muy caro para la mala calidad que ofrece. - El amable señor que custodia las noches y el desayuno y las señoras que lo preparan La recepcionista que me recibió no fue nada amable, teniendo en cuenta que me dieron una habitación con el AC estropeado, cambiamos a otra que también tuvo problemas con el AC al principio, luego el lavabo se atascó. La habitación es bien fea, con una iluminación horrible, sin ventanas y a precio de un 5 estrellas en El Salvador. El hotel más caro con diferencia en todo mi viaje y el peor sin duda.
• EDWIN (10/5): Amazing Location - Amazing hotel in the city center. You can walk to the Cathedral and many attractions. The breakfast is really good. You can access public transportation, buses to the biggest volcano in Santa Ana. The bus stop is across the street from the hotel. Very friendly staff. I was very pleased with this hotel. Also, there is a gas station across the street from the hotel. Where you can get drinks and groceries. The indoor pool needs better care.

• WK1226 (9/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Nicolle who assisted us with a bathroom problem and gave us some recommendations for Santa Ana and surrounding. Good location, around 10 mins walk to the town centre, where one could find a wide range of restaurants and street food (and the Christmas market when we visited). Nearby bus stops to visit La Ruta de Las Flores with the chicken bus. We got a room facing the main street despite having requested for a quiet room in advance. Breakfast was ok.

• Jacky Donovan (7/5): Nice place - Good location. Helpful staff. Comfy room. Good breakfast choices, though pigeons flying in were disruptive. Noisy at night with people outside the hotel talking loudly till all hours. On one occasion someone sat playing a trumpet on and off from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. Madness! Wifi was poor for a business hotel.

The actual location is nothing special but there are surprisingly good views from the upper floor terrace. The rooms are large and comfortable, good beds and showers. Secure parking available. Breakfast is good and is served quickly. Available early which is good for day trips like a volcano climb.

• Harriet (8/5): Small quality hotel in heart of Santa Ana - Simple and quality hotel in heart of Santa Ana. Staff were really helpful and helped with an early check in as well as storing my luggage whilst I did the volcano hike. Nice breakfast and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. I only stayed one night but it was perfect for that! The property is on a road opposite the gas station so you do hear the noise throughout the night. If possible ask for a room not on the roadside!

• Kamla (6/5): - It’s located close to the city centre. There were several options for breakfast and it was served early starting at 6:30am. The property is very dated and run down. It looks like it used to be nice however has not been well maintained. The tiles in the room and washroom was very slippery. They don’t offer filtered water, not even a glass with breakfast. There were visible stains and what looked like mould on the ceiling. Staff couldn’t help with bus schedules.

• Raymond (7/5): Reasonable hotel for a night. - The room is minimalist but functional. The A/C is very effective and is needed as the weather was hot and the room was very hot without it turned on. It's so effective that you really need a blanket but there isn't one, just a sheet and a very small " throw,". The breakfast was good and is served by the small indoor pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated on a busy road right opposite a petrol station which is open and lit up all night. Ask for a room at the back to reduce noise and light pollution.

Op vrijdagavond stond er een trompettist buiten op de parkeerplaats van het tankstation tegenover tot 1h in de nacht enorm hard muziek te maken. Daar kan t hotel niks aan doen, maar het verstoort wel de nachtrust.

• Caro Castro (8/5): En qué puede mejorar el servicio de este hotel - Rescató que, siempre tenían la habitación limpia 1. Habitación muy oscura, sin ventilación y sin mucha privacidad porque las ventanas quedan al pasillo dentro del hotel , lo que empeoraba la poca ventilación. 2. Los desayunos no son surtidos, todos los días ofrecían el mismo menú .y no había a disponibilidad otra opción de comida 3. No hubo información como para mejorar la visita con consejos sobre lugares que visitar, etc. Yo sé que eso no es responsabilidad del hotel, pero si lo hubieran hecho hubiera sido una mejor experiencia. 4. En el tiempo de mi estancia nunca se pudo acceder a usar jacussi u otras instalaciones xq no estaban "disponibles". 5. Al recepcionista no le dejan los insumos necesarios para abastecer a los huéspedes, no habían "armadores" no hubo agua ni para hacer café por la tarde. 6. Piscina pequeña no apta para niños jugando ya que está tan cerca a las mesas que no puedes nadar ni jugar en el agua xq salpicas a las personas de más mesas, el agua fría , no me gustó

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Great place for a few days' rest. Close to the city centre yet easy to get to. Excellent parking safe and secure for motorcycle travellers. Luis and Mario were excellent attendants. The room was spacious and comfortable and the air-conditioning a welcome relief to the heat. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very tasty with several options to choose from. Close to various eating options.

The famous BAN BAN bakery is also next door which offers great options for brunch and afternoon snacks. Good variation of beverage in the shop at the hotel lobby. Slippery floor in the shower, be careful.

• Collin (9/5): Superb - Good location about a 10 minute walk from the central square. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's on a busy street so there is some road noise but no more than any other hotel on a busy street in Latin America.

• Alma (9/5): Amazing stay, would defently stay there again - I stayed at this facility twice, the first time I traveled with my husband. The second time on my own. The facilities are great the atmosphere is nice, the staff is superb. The locations is walking distance to alot of restaurants and to the Santa ana cathedral. They offer parking and security 24 hrs. The only downnpart is that it's in a very high traffic area so mornings are abit noisy but they offer ear plugs. With the stay they also offer breakfast and the building has a very nice pool area, among other balconies and seating just to hang out.So over all great facility to stay in. Hope this review helps. So you loud you couldn’t sleep any longer. But I think all the other rooms where farther away and didn’t have that problem

• Mark (8/5): Pleasant modern city centre hotel - Only here one night having arrived by shuttle late in the day. Check in was excellent and the staff friendly. A modern and very clean hotel. Our receptionist could not have been more helpful! Swimming pool is where people also hold meetings and eat so not the best environment to put one's "Dad bod" on show for the sake of the dinners. Internet speed was very poor.

• Cynthia (8/5): - The hotel is in excellent conditions! Very clean, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, there’s a pool and nice sitting areas to enjoy the view of the mountains. It’s a bit noisy at night w the trucks passing by but if you’re on that side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the ladies are very nice. Definitely will stay here again.

• Terry (10/5): Very good quality hotel - Rooms are modern, very spacious with a comfortable bed and one of the best showers of our entire trip. Breakfast can be ordered the night before and delivered to your room from 6.30am, a big advantage for early starts. There is some road noise but this did not impact too much and they do provide earplugs if required.

• guylaine (6/5): - C’était mon deuxième séjour à cet hôtel, le premier il y a environ un an. J’y suis retournée car il est bien situé et à distance de marche des attractions. Plusieurs petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés pour un hôtel de ce prix. Par exemple, l’Internet fonctionne lentement et quelque fois pas du tout. C’était la même chose l’année dernière, je l’avais mentionné à la réception, laisser un commentaire à cet effet et rien n’a changé. Aucun tapis en sortant de la douche, seulement un tapis de plastique qui ne retient pas du tout l’eau et le plancher de céramique de la salle de bain est hyper glissant. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne reste pas ouverte elle se referme constamment sur nous lorsqu’on est au lavabo. Un mini-réfrigérateur serait bienvenu. Les déjeuners inclus sont très bons. Les gens de la réception sont très sympathiques. Comme mentionné, j’y suis retournée principalement pour sa situation mais si un autre hôtel comparable a distance de marche du centre-ville était disponible j’irais à un autre.

• Marvin (7/5): Good - Attentiveness of day staff. Night staff not so much. Rooms clean and spacious, good AC. Parking very tight. No more gym area. Breakfast, while good, seems to be microwaved. Shower doesn't drain very well. Would be nice to start with a warmer(heavier) bedding, more towels.

• Michaela (8/5): - This is a very modern and clean hotel with good parking. Everybody was very nice and the hotel is very new and modern. The only negative thing is that the street is very busy and loud and the windows are not well insulated so when you have a room toward the street, it gets pretty loud. They have a small pool and a nice breakfast is included. We liked that the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from the Cathedral and main plaza. Except for the noise level in our room, the hotel has one of the best standard we have seen in El Salvador.
