• Rannies Retreat (7/5): - Clean, good kitchen, nicely presented main room. Like many Airbnb photos, some items aren't in rooms (eg accessories like plants, cushions, all lamps) which we've come to realise and accept even if it disappointng). Comfortable bed and pillows. Please note this is a lower level apartment with 3 windows at nearly ground level looking out to garden (trees, cacti). Need to walk down stairs to room. Earlier check-in was really appreciated  thank you. Towels provided are for bathroom and are thin, and grey White from lots of use/washes. 1 coffee mug only, not 2. Smaller cups arrived about 7.45pm after asking at Check-in for a second coffee mug. Can hear chairs scraping and people walking and a child running morning and evening from upstairs apartment. Mirrors not suitable for short people. Didn't know from advertised room it was down stairs to a lower level apartment with garden views.

• Annie Elisabeth (6/5): Om du bara vill ha någonstans att sova. - Nära till havet och gamla stan. Ca 15-20min promenad till centrum och knappt 5min till havet. All kontakt med personal via WhatsApp och svars tiden var bra. Stämmer inte med bilden. Samt rum nere i källaren ca 12 kvadratmeter. Luktade fuktigt och instängt. Rekommenderas bara om du vill ha en säng att sova i. Finns ingen frukost buffé. Du får kuponger till andra hotel och kan beställa från frukostmenyn. 20min promenad för frukost. Finns café och mataffärer mycket närmare om du vill göra det enkelt för dig.

• Gertrude P. (4/5): Unterkunftsbeschreibung, die in vielen Punkten nicht stimmt - Zimmer war sauber und geräumig Leider gab es einige Punkte, die überhaupt nicht passten. Parkplatz: in der Hotelbeschreibung stand Parkplatz inklusive, das stimmt nicht. Man muss sich den Parkplatz selbst auf der Straße suchen, was in dieser Gegend nicht einfach ist Frühstück: in der Beschreibung steht :" kontinentales Frühstück im Haus" Auch das stimmt nicht. Wir haben für das Frühstück Gutscheine bekommen und konnten zwischen zwei Lokalitäten aussuchen, wo wir das Frühstück erhalten sollten. Diese lagen 20 bzw. 25 Minuten Fußmarsch von der Unterkunft entfernt. Beim ersten Frühstück durften wir nur einen Kaffee und eine einzelne Speise konsumieren. Alles andere mussten wir selbst bezahlen. Laut Menü Liste hat unser Frühstück dort ein Viertel weniger gekostet, als wir Unterkunft dafür bezahlt haben. Am nächsten Tag versuchten wir es bei dem zweiten Lokal. Dort gab es weder Brot noch Butter Marmelade Honig nicht einmal ein Croissant. Wir haben dann das Lokal verlassen und auf eigene Faust eine Bäckerei gesucht, wo wir ausgezeichnet gefrühstückt haben. Wir haben die Vermieterin kontaktiert und sie gebeten die vier ungebrauchten Frühstücksgutscheine wieder zurückzunehmen. Sie hat uns zwar angeboten für den letzten Morgen ein extra Frühstück zu organisieren, aber dazu hätten wir wieder hin und retour fast eine Stunde gehen müssen. Wir haben abgelehnt. Die 70 € der ungebrauchten Gutscheine wurden uns nicht rückerstattet. Die Wohnung lag im Keller und nicht wie in der Beschreibung im Erdgeschoss. Der angepriesene Garten war verwildert und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Das Restaurant, das laut Beschreibung in der Unterkunft sein sollte, gibt es überhaupt nicht. Fazit: leider eine Unterkunftsbeschreibung, die in vielen Dingen überhaupt nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Die Vermieterin habe ich vor Abgabe dieser Bewertung kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort mehr erhalten.

• Antun (10/5): Jako dobra lokacija uz vrijednost za novac. - Izbor doručka na dva različita mjesta i lokacija su bili odlični. Domaćini ljubazni i susretljivi unatoč kasnom dolasku. Mogućnost parkiranja, našli smo parking uvijek, ali ponekad javni parking nije dostupan pa se morate snalaziti.

• IrynaShevchuk (4/5): Reality did not live up to expectations. - Great location, close to the beach, cafes nearby and not farfrom the cetenter. Free public parking is available on the street. The apartment turned out to be in the basement, wich wasn"t mentioned in the description. The window was at ground level, with no view. When we entered the room, there were aton of small spiders on the ceiling. A kettle or coffee maker maker wold be greatly appreciated. The white towels were already gray.

Nije nam se svidjelo što se boravišna taksa plaća odvojeno i to putem Revoluta (nema svatko Revolut), tek nakon što se sami prijavite u E-visitor ili agenciji pošaljete podatke osobnih iskaznica, tek tad dobijete upute za ulazak koje su po našem mišljenju bespotrebno duge. Općenito za naš ukus je komunikacija pretjerana (previše poruka) iako razumijemo da je nekim starijim gostima to možda i potrebno.

• Andrija (8/5): Ein klasse Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bei einer Top Lage. - Die Lage des Appartement ist super. Direkt am Meer. Die Altstadt von Split ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und einige Kaffees und Restaurants in der unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Gastgeber hat per WhatsApp uns noch Tipps zukommen lassen mit Namen und Adressen. Einlass über einen Türcode. Später kam noch die Gastgeberin für die Zahlung der Kurtaxe. Appartement ist schön eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind aber etwas schon in Mittleidenschaft gezogen. In der Dusche könnten auch die teilweise verschimmelten Silikonfugen bzw. Zementfugen ausgetauscht oder zumindest versucht gereinigt zu werden.

• Zuljevic (10/5): Zasluga iskljucivo ide djelatnici Ivani koja odradiva rezervacije.. - Moram naglasak staviti da sam radi renoviranja stana primorana boravit u apartmanima, i radi znatizelje sto nudimo kao turisticki grad dobiti bolju sliku. Naime ovo je prvi objekt gdje me docekala djelatnica zaduzena za cistocu imenom Paula. Vec pri ulasku sam se osijecala kao doma. Rad, pristum meni kao gostu je na nivou puno vecih gradova od nasega Splita. Paula hvala... Ali prije toga sam imala kontakt sa gospodicom Ivanom zaduzenom za rezervacije, i zamolila sam da udem malo ranije, sto je i uradila. Ali tokom mog boravka nijedan dijelatnik ili dijelatnica nisu me pitali dali je sve u redu osim Ivane.. U momentu sam mislila da je objekt njen. Ali nije.. Ivana samo odlicno i odano radi posao za koji mozda i nije dovoljno placena, jer su takva vrimena dosla.. Zato sam odlucila objekt pocastit i pohvalit sa recenzijom, jer samo ta jedna poruka me kupila, i svatih da jos imamo odane i kvalitetne radnike. Zato Ivana ti si bila tocka na i, da se odlucim na ovaj potez. Jako ugodna preko telefona, pristojna i vokabularno nadarena. Ostani Ivana takva, jer tvoj poslodavac mora biti sretan sto gledate na objekt kao svoj i pazite na goste. Paula i Ivana cista 10. Sretno Vam curke i ostanite takve odane u onom sta radite, jer to se uvijek prepozna i nagradi. Splite grade ima jos nade za tebe. ❤️ Toga nema..

• Pascal (8/5): - Only stayed there for a night. The check-in went very smoothly via WhatsApp and communication with the owner was very smooth and friendly. One good thing is that you are close to some beaches should you be looking for that. There are otherwise some restaurants in the area. I had one small apartment in the basement, modern and clean, and as I was alone it met my expectations. Nothing really. It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a quite place close to beaches, there you have it. If you are looking to spend time in the evening in the old town, then the apartment is a bit off.

Insufficiente Non quella dichiarata durante la prenotazione. senza una sedia, perché non c’era il posto per farla stare , restaurati bene, Ricavati da ex magazzino semi interrato , volendo forzatamente speculare al massimo sul ricavare il numero massimo possibile di posti letto , in altra nazione europea invendibili come stanze per superficie mq. Insufficienti. Testiera del letto usurata in plastica che si sbriciolava. Check out alle ore 10,00 normalmente il minimo è alle ore 11,00.

I know what bed bugs are because I have a friend in Hawaii who had them … and we only stayed here 2 hours ( from 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm ). When I found the bed bugs , I sent photos to the Manager , and told them we were out & asked for a refund . The manager said “ oh , we went over & didn’t see any “. This is an outrage . There were atleast 10 small bugs on the bedding - Moving !!!! And this place denied it , and did not refund us . I have never asked for a refund in Booking dot com , this is the first ever . Bed bugs !!! Which will go home with You , to your home and infest Your bedding at home . They are very difficult to get rid of !

• Renato (8/5): Great stay close to Split. - I liked the apartment. It was comfy, large, and beach front. The proximity to the historical center is a plus. Also, there were excellent restaurants and a grocery shop close by. The host was kind and very helpful. The apartment that I stayed in is different from the one shown in the photos. I think is a bit smaller. I also might have missed in the description but all apartments and rooms are in the basement. Although there is a garden with a coffee table to sit down outside, the view from the windows is pretty much none.

Appartment liegt leider im Kellergeschoß.
