- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was disappointed with my stay. I was checked in by a cleaner - meaning I was not provided enough details for my stay such as breakfast time which I missed. It was hard to communicate with the hotel staff as they speak very little English although it seemed that they were really trying. None of the spa services was were available during my stay. They also need to adjust their toilet seats especially for shorter people like me, my feet was basically hanging while sitting on the toilet.

Staff barely speak english and did not give any kind of introductions where to get breakfast that was included to the price. Light in my room did not work fist and one of the staff have to come to fix them. Also, my bed was bit broken so it was not as pleasent to sleep. However, everyone were super kind and niceI That was really amazing and make everyhting better. To add, in monrning I couldn't find where was the restorurant so that I can hace breakfast but evetually when I found where to get breakfast, it was good. I recomend this place if you just need some place to sleep and you don't really care about anything else.

It was a fancy shower, so the sideways ones not spraying wasn't a terrible issue. It had the handheld sprayer and a rain head that worked well enough.

As for the hotel rooms, they are small and lack much of the comfort a traveler looks for. One thing I would have appreciated in the room was a water kettle. The hotel is in need of maintenance, the shower heads in the bathroom need fixing, many of the lightbulbs need changing, and the hotel lobby is just uninviting. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was really bad so my son and I only had breakfast on the first day, the rest of the time we just had coffee and tea. The hotel location is good if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk to city center. If you can’t walk too much, then this location will prove too far for you. The restaurants in the area were really good; delicious food, reasonably priced.

The hotel staff though was superior, anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The hotel was a short (15 min) walk to the city center. The free breakfast was great and much appreciated. - Willonah A. (10/5): Günstig, Sauber, Geräumig, Freundlich, Lecker TOP! - Super, super, super freundliches Personal, günstig gelegen, riesiges Zimmer. Wir sind über ein langes Wochenende gereist und bekamen ein richtig großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Dampfsaunaduschkabine. Echter Luxus. Das einzige Manko war, dass manche Dinge im Zimmer und Bad locker waren, die man schnell mit einem Kleber oder Schraubendreher hätte reparieren können. Jeder Wunsch wurde umgehend erfüllt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und ist echt zu empfehlen: Omelette mit Julius-Meinl-Espresso und Orangensaft. Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe und ist dadurch recht ruhig gelegen, dennoch gut erreichbar und zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der City. Super top empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder

- Hugo (8/5): Great place, but not best location - Very nice place. Awesome breakfast included (you must try the ham and cheese omelette). The receptionist were super friendly, super nice. I had a great, spacious room, plenty of TV channels to choose from, nice bathroom too. It's a bit of a walk (20 min) to get to the city centre or the bus station.

I would definitely go back to stay at the Hotel Denis. They also have a restaurant that's associated with the hotel and the staff there was equally as friendly and accommodating.

- Heli (10/5): - Henkilökunta on iloista, ystävällistä ja heillä on erittäin palveluhenkinen asenne. Hotelli on siisti kuten huonekin, huoneessa oli jopa höyrysauna! Ainoa miinus oli liian vähäinen kaato kylpyhuoneessa, jolloin lattia lainehti helposti vedestä sen jälkeen kun kaksi henkilöä oli käynyt suihkussa. WC-paperiteline oli vähän huonossa kunnossa eikä kylpyhuoneen ilmastointi ollut paras mahdollinen. Huoneen sänky oli napakka ja todella hyvä nukkua, samoin ilmastointi huoneessa toimi hyvin.
- T (6/5): - 1. Reception is hard to find/not well marked. I had to go into the Chalet to find someone to help me check in. Reception is not always manned. 2. Manager is BEYOND helpful. He let me borrow his power plug to charge my iPhone until I bought my own. 3. Room--smoking issue with a guest in another room whose smoke was piped into my bathroom! Mattress was wirey. TV channels selection was extensive. WI FI was very very weak.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No air conditioning, but near bus station... - First of all, the room size booked, was not honored, and I ended up in a smaller room. It did have a balcony though - overlooking an establishment called Blue Massage. There were plenty of other massage joints in the immediate vicinity, so I suppose I should not have been shocked. However, what was shocking, was that the Hotels.com room description clearly stated air conditioning in the room: there was no air conditioning, or even air conditioning vents, in any of the hotel rooms. The hotel clearly need to describe their rooms more accurately. There was a room fan, but it is definitely a mis-description on the hotel's part. The big positive was the lovely young lady on reception to check me into the hotel. She has the biggest smile and the warmest personality of anyone that I met in Pristina during my short trip. There was no iron, but she let me borrow the hotel iron, (she even offered to iron my shirt!) so she was very helpful too...although I ironed my own shirt. Breakfast was in the pizza restaurant in front of the hotel and I assumed it is owned by Hotel Denis. The breakfast was cleared away promptly at 10am when I arrived, so I did not see what was on offer. However, the staff were helpful and I asked for a glass of orange juice and was given it. The hotel itself is a 20 minute or so walk into town or a 10 minute taxi ride. It is only a 7-10 minute taxi ride from the international bus station on the edge of Pristina and it should cost you no more that 2.5euro

A family run establishment with helpful advice on bus options to nearby towns, sightseeing, and dining options nearby. Attached restaurant also served very good seafood options.
- Johnathan (10/5): A week in Pristina - I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Denis. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are very nice and the king sized bed was very comfy. The included breakfast is a great deal and was delicious and filling. The hotel owned restaurant next door has good pizza if you don't want to venture out and they stay open late. The room had the absolutely fanciest shower I've ever seen in my life! Sauna mode, controls to show the water temperature, spray jets, a built in radio! The cable TV was also very good with a lot of English language channels. Across the street there is an ATM and a supermarket and there are cafes and a laundromat nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and ended up staying an extra two nights. Highly recommended!
