Quiet at night, but decoration poor (ripped wallpaper etc.) Kitchen very badly equipped, no dining knives at all, just a paring knife which was too blunt to cut much, water boiling jug thing which worked badly, so I resorted to boiling water in a pan for drinks. Random selection of crockery, towels very thin and worn, pillows unpleasantly stained, to the point where I could not bear to use them, internet did not work for most of my stay, mysteriously coming back on on the last night. The owner needs to take a good look round their property and fix these things. New towels and pillows at the very least, with pillow protectors under the pillow cases, and a decent kettle. I have stayed in the Astra Condo building twice before, and the other flats were much better for the same price.

The owner provided information that gave us a sense of comfort, arriving at the accommodation knowing everything we needed was thought of and taken care of. Nothing. Everything was as we expected.

Top appartement , prima zitkamer, fijne slaapkamer en douche. niets op aan te merken! alleen laten de gasten steeds de beveiligde deuren openstaan wat hinderlijk is.

• Rose (10/5): Chiang Mai holiday - We had a lovely stay from checkin to check out. The host kept in touch and provided detailed step by step instructions for check-in as we were arriving after 6pm. We collected keys without incident. The apartment was clean and spacious with washing machine and rack to dry clothes which was a bonus. Lots of eating places around and the night bazaar/night market is just a 10 minute walk away with lots of eating places.
• Mareen (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and comfy. Good space for two people, good sized bedroom with big bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The host was very responsive and helpful - we were able to check in earlier than the usual check-in time which was very generous of the host. The mattress is quite soft, which didn't bother us - the bed was very comfy - but some might prefer a firmer bed. The pool is very nice but also busy as the Astra Condo building mainly hosts tourists. It's difficult to get a sunbed if you're not quick.
• Caroline (10/5): Great value for money near outdoor night markets - This is an amazing apartment for a long weekend in Chiang Mai, close to the outdoor markets and city centre. The guy was really responsive to my questions and queries.
• Márk (8/5): - The room was a bit outdated and in worse shape than it was on the photos. Other than that we had a really nice time in the condo. All of our small issues (forgetting our card in our room, extending our stay) we could easily communicate with the host through WhatsApp who quickly organized help for us within his team. The pool is very nice, though the sauna of the building is also a little bit out of shape. All in all I could only recommend this condo.
• Luke (6/5): - First off the host was amazing, really nice guy but the room we got felt like a bait and switch, it looked almost nothing like the photos, or perhaps the photos were taken 10 years ago. The room was very outdated, stains on walls, floors were dingy, rug was pretty gross, wall paper peeling, awful smell in the room, the furniture needed replaced badly, the furniture was way past its life expectancy. The blinds in the bathroom were completely rusted out, stains on curtains. Location wasn’t really close to anything other than the night market (not the Sunday night market) but you can really only do that so many times. Aside from that, not much else near by. Old town is a 30 minute walk. The roof top pool is way smaller than it looks and it only has 8 chairs, there were so many people up there that people were just laying on the ground and the pool was full of people, not really a great amenity for the size of this complex. Additionally, the pool was super discolored, unsure if it’s supposed to look that way but it appeared dirty to us. The room needs to be updated or the listing needs new photos to accurately reflect its current condition so people know what they are renting. The price for this unit in comparison to others we rented in town is way higher for lesser quality. We really liked our host and hope that this honest review impacts a positive change.

• Dvora (10/5): Wonderful Stay - The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. We would stay here again & highly recommend it to others.

The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . It's a 20 minute walk to old town and plenty of things in the immediate area. The gym is great to have also. It's been mentioned before in other reviews, and yes, the bed sheets are a little annoying. No big deal. Everything else is great.

We joined a couple of guided tours and other activities, the accommodation was within the perimeter where the tours provided free pick up. - The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. We appreciated having a washing machine. The condominium also provides good services. - The Host was great. The communication, check in , check out were very smooth and he also provided other support and recommendations.

I was also able to check in a bit earlier which I appreciated as I had to move from my hotel and check out time was at noon. I also appreciated that there was netflix available for lazy mornings and there was laundry detergent for the washing machine. The gym was good for a condo gym. The pool is nice although it was super busy every day so I never bothered to use it. There is a coffee shop in the main floor lobby as well and 711 just next door. The location is a close 9m walk to the night bazaar.

Apartment is good, spacious enough with all amenities required and clean. Good fitness and pool on 16th floor. Price/quality ratio is excellent. But the best is the host; Khanakrit does everything to help and support. After power maintenance there were small issues with Wifi, he did everything to support here. And on top of his service, we forgot something from the apartment and he sent it after us to our next Thailand desination, that is service! Maybe some more kitchen amenities, but that is basically it

I then paid for another 3 nights at a better hotel. I’m currently waiting for Expedia to get back to me re my complaint on this property. Note the Astra Code is privately managed and therefore, other listed condos may be better (I’m saying this because I have stayed at the Astra Condo before) which was managed by another person and that property was perfectly fine. AVOID THIS CONDO.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - まず、こちらのサイトの住所及び、地図が全く違います。 エクスペディアでは、”１２Chang Klan Road”とありますが、そこはナイトマーケットのど真ん中あたりになります。T・Tトラベルの横の住所にあたります。 正しくは”191／12 Chang Klan Road”です。シャングリラホテル南隣です。タクシーやトゥクトゥクの運転手にエクスペディアのバウチャーを見せて連れて行ってもらうと、７００ｍくらい北側で降ろされてしまいます。早急に訂正してください。事前に担当の方からメールをいただいていなければ、迷っていました。 チェックインが20時までということで、チェンライから戻って、急いでホテルに向かいました。ロビーで5分くらいうろうろしていると、担当の方がロビーで待っていてくださり、チェックインできましたが、初めての方は戸惑うと思います。 居心地と立地は最高でした。コスパもいいと思います。

Communication between owner and us was established early and we were never in doubt that we were expected and were received upon arrival. During our stay we experienced some smell from bathroom drain which was handled immediately by the host. The apartment kept all its promises from description. We will defenitely stay there again if possible.

The pool is beautiful to watch the sunset. The building has a nice coffee and snacks are, along with a spa. Its in a perfect location to walk to the night bizarre which you should do every night!! And Only a 15 min walk to old city. Was only 150 baht for the taxi from the airport. The host was very kind and reached out to us before our trip with information on how to get the key, and WiFi info. My only thing I wish was different is a few more towels. As it’s a condo there isn’t daily cleaning which I like but a clean towel would be nice or more than two in the room.

• Zainah (10/5): - Very nice room, it is not a hotel room but the effort from the owner of making u feel like in a hotel is so wonderful. At the same time you feel home because there are facilities like washing machine n u can cook if u want😍😍.. I love the area , it is the same road with the Halal Street.. and night market u can either walk or just take tuk tuk to be there in minutes.
• Harry (6/5): ナイトバザール徒歩8分、スーパーマーケットもちかくにあり。 - シャワーのパワー不足とシャワー室からの水漏れが要改善です。雨が多いので乾燥機が必要でしょう。その他は快適でした。
• TOGAWA (10/5): オススメのホテル🏨 - とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。どこに行くにも便利でまたチェンマイに行く時利用したいです。サプライズで綺麗な薔薇🌹の花束とプレゼントまで用意して頂き中々この様なサービスのあるホテルは無いかと思います。とてもオススメです。
