Great hospitality by every staffs working in this hotel. Hotel is very clean and have a good restaurant with Karoake. Food is awesome, chef physically visiting the customers and enquiring If we face any concerns in quality. Variety of foods for breakfast.. I thoroughly enjoyed it with no trace of complaints to raise.. Rooms are too small for two with very basic amenities. Bed is too soft and not comfortable at all. For such a tiny room they have lot of furniture and there is a step inside the room where you could trip which is annoying. For the price they charge it provides very little value. Disappointing experience.

From the person who we call for booking to chef selvakumar who makes those delicious and authentic dishes, the restaurant is do inviting. Many Thanks to Chef Selvakumar for the food and the positive vibes. We have stayed there 3 times and will do more!
- csankar13 (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Our 5th visit/ stay at this Hotel. Stayed for 2 nights on 7th & 8th January 2026 in the Jasmine Executive Room. The Room/Bathroom are very well maintained. The Restaurant at the Hotel continues to be superb helmed by CHEF SELVA KUMAR and his team. The food & service are exceptional. We carried back home Halwa from the Hotel in a specially created stainless steel container with the Hotel logo on it. The Halwa is delicious. We used the Travel Desk at the Hotel for our local pilgrimage trips and the Vehicle/Driver were very good. The check in late at around 11 pm was smooth as was the checkout. Thanks to Neena at the Reception who helped us with the booking of the room over phone.

The staff were all so sweet and accommodated well to our requests, and the food was super tasty. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet, and the availability of foods like salads and other Traditional foods made this restaurant a favorite of my family’s. Chef Selvakumar was very kind and talked to us each time we were here. He was very hospitable and cared about what we thought about the food. Thank you Apple Ttree for the good service and food!

It is convenient for someone traveling by bus coach. The hotel building also has bar "Mint" in the basement. Airport drop offered by hotel is expensive.
