• Julie (8/5): - The location, it was very near the old town with its fantastic bars and restaurants. The owners provided us with a continental breakfast, with fresh bread, fruit and jam or ham and cheese. The apartment had everything we needed but was quite basic with a very old sofa.

• Don Franzi (7/5): Solide Unterkunft ohne besondere Extras - Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal und der Parkplatz im Hinterhof war zwar extrem eng, aber immerhin inklusive und das Auto war entsprechend aufgeräumt! Ansonsten war das Platzangebot innerhalb der Zimmer sehr angenehm. Wir hatten wiedermal ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und haben das Zimmer mit den Fenstern in Richtung Straße, inklusive Verkehrslärm, bekommen. Ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war absolut nicht möglich. Die gratis Nutzung der Waschmaschine war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, nur beispielsweise Wäscheklammern zum aufhängen haben gefehlt. Auf Nachfrage ob im Haus weiche verfügbar seien, äußerte die Reinigungsdame mir gegenüber, dass ich doch welche kaufen kann. Danke für die Auskunft, aber dafür buche ich im Urlaub nicht extra eine Unterkunft mit Waschmaschinennutzung. Ich finde solche Kleinigkeiten sollten standardmäßig mit inbegriffen sein. Nach längerer Abwesenheit waren immer mal wieder ein paar Ameisen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Esstisch.

• Hercmane (6/5): Nice stay but door lock issue should be fixed - Great location, easy to check in, free parking was a plus. Apartment was clean and had a nice view, a good hairdryer. There were a few minor drawbacks - a severely chipped kitchen table, slightly squeaky bed, the bathroom would have benefited from a working ventilation. But -we did have an incident which would merit some action from the owners to prevent this from happening to any other visitors. As some have already shared here - the apartment door locks with a code and has no key or lock from the inside. Anyone who knows the code, can get in from the outside at any time. This is precisely what happened to us at 01:30 AM at night, when three strangers came into our apartment. We found out later that this happened due to an administrative error. The three men were given our room and code due to a mixup and were actually supposed to stay in the same building in another apartment. We spent some time trying to reach the hosts and message them in the middle of the night. To the hosts credit - they did resolve it after a few calls and offered an apology the next day. We also got a key to lock the door from the inside, as we were informed that the host can't change our door code. So for the rest of our stay our door code was known to us, the staff and 3 men we were not familiar with. I hope that after this they will either add some new locks on the inside of the apartment or at least start changing the door codes for each new visitor.

• Marcin (7/5): Dobry do zwiedzania miasta. - Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta, prywatny parking i konkurencyjna cena. Ściany i drzwi są jak z papieru, wszystko przez nie słychać. Ponadto w pokoju od ulicy bardzo mocno słychać samochody przejeżdżające po studzienkach. Apartament już trochę wyeksploatowany ale za to cena nie jest wygórowana.

• Andrea Torres (9/5): Alojamento muito bom!! - Gostei da limpeza, das funcionárias da limpeza que se preocuparam em saber se precisávamos de alguma coisa. O estacionamento no alojamento, e o alojamento era muito bonito. A única coisa que não gostei, foi do facto de, na parte da tarde e no princípio da noite fui fumar um cigarro fora do alojamento e a porta da entrada encontrava-se aberta. Acho que deviam pedir a todos os hóspedes para ter mais atenção, ou procurar outra solução.

The minor inconveniences are the narrow entrance to the courtyard for parking, the outdated furniture, and the apartment's name being "Moscow." :) But all these are outweighed by the positives: it's close to the old town, the market, and the waterfront. The view from the window is of the port where ocean liners dock. The bedroom and shower are spotlessly clean, and the cleaning service is daily. And your ability to quickly resolve any issues that arise is truly amazing! We had a couple of questions, but they turned into positives because I wrote to you in the Booking chat, and a member of staff came and resolved everything. Also, Kristina, who I understand is the general manager or owner, met us in the parking lot later, introduced herself, and asked if everything was OK and if we had any other suggestions. Thank you for your excellent work! This, among other things, shaped our impression of Madeira. None
• Piotr (8/5): OK do zwiedzania miasta - Fajny obiekt na zwiedzanie Funchal. Zlokalizowany jest w ścisłym centrum miasta, pomimo tego jest tam bardzo cicho, słychać jedynie to co dzieje się na korytarzu, a u nas sie wiele nie działo ;) Czystość również na plus. Apartament jak na dwie osoby jest bardzo duży, natomiast nie wiem jak wygodnie miało by się tam zmieścić więcej osób, rozkładana sofa w salonie była średnio wygodna. Brzydki zapach w łazience. Trochę kłopotów z parkowaniem, uliczka jest wąska i można na niej na chwile się zatrzymać ale większym autem może być problem. W okolicy tylko płatne miejsca parkingowe.

Within walking distance of the center of Funchal. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard through the walls.

• Ilse (5/5): - Zeker goede locatie, in het oude stadsgedeelte. De parking is een grote meerwaarde, maar ik kon na de aanvraag geen parkeerplek reserveren. Ik kon er staan als er plek was. Dat was gelukkig het geval want anders moest je echt wel heel veel geluk hebben of betalend parkeren. De plaatsen zijn genummerd dus het zou best mogelijk zijn iedereen van een plek te voorzien. Heel lawaaierige blok. We hebben de hostst hiervan in kennis gesteld. De volgende middag kregen we reactie dat ze zouden uitchecken. De volgende avond was het echter weer zo. Wij denken dat de isolatie miniem is maar ook omdat de vloeren hout zijn hoor je elke voetstap. Een huilende baby van de verdiep erboven lijkt gewoon in uw kamer te staan, echt extreem. Slechte bedden! Weinig tot geen keukenapparatuur.

• Łukasz (9/5): Bardzo udany wyjazdi wspaniałe miejsce na pobyt - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Sniadanie było bardzo miłą niespodzianką. No i parkin na terenie budynku - rewelacja. Po prostu wszystko było super. Przeciekający prysznic, a w efekcie kałuża na podłodze i mokry ręcznik podłogowy. Troche mało zastawy, co powodowało konieczność uruchomienia zmywarki z 4 tależami i 2 szklankami, a zwywarka 60 cm Brak obiecanego ekspresu do kawy. Mało herbaty. Brak soli.

• Sofia (8/5): Great, clean apartments in central location - Clean, basic apartment just in the centre of Funchal. Great that has parking too. Stayed only one night as was attending wedding party close by so haven’t used anything else apart shower and bed. I believe bed mattresses could be updated as not really comfortable. For one night it was ok but if would have to stay longer not sure what rest we would have.

La cocina está muy bien equipada. El apartamento es muy cómodo y espacioso, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme aquí. Como punto a tener en cuenta, aunque el edificio cuenta con parking, las plazas son algo estrechas y puede ser difícil maniobrar con coches grandes. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto.

The hosts were not always available, but overall communication was acceptable. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was broken and the water drained very poorly. The listing stated that the apartment had a living room and a separate bedroom, but in reality it was one open space. When I raised this issue, I was told that I had misunderstood the description, which was disappointing. Breakfast was of very poor quality and very limited in quantity. Overall, the price did not match the quality provided.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Dużym plusem jest parking w cenie. - Świetna lokalizacja – kilka minut spacerem od samego centrum miasta. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony dla 4 osób, czysty i zadbany. Dużym plusem jest parking w cenie. Zdecydowanie polecam!
