• Katharina (3/5): - Der Pool Wir hatten Käfer im Frühstück, im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage undicht. Trotz das wir auf booking inklusive Parkplatz gebucht hatten, mussten wir für diesen vor Ort nochmal extra zahlen. Da wir am Abreise Tag recht früh los wollten, wurde uns nahe gelegt, dass wir uns doch einen Parkplatz außerhalb des hotels suchen sollen, da sonst alle umparken müssten und wir nich raus gekommen wären (waren komplett eingeparkt). Das Geld haben wir aber auch nicht zurück bekommen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

• eitan (2/5): אם הייתי יודע מראש שאלו התנאים - מובן שלא הייתי בוחר ללון במלון זה. מתאים יותר לאכסנית נוער - הגעתי ל- 3 לילות... למלון אין מעלית וקיבלתי חדר בקומה אחרונה, קומה שלישית. ביקשתי להחליף כי אני מבוגר ואין ביכולתי לעלות 3 קומות ועם מזוודה וציוד נוסף. לאחר מאמצים רבים לילה אחרון ניתן לי חדר בקומה 1 (לא קרקע). החדרים קטנים ביותר ועם ציוד מינימלי. המיטות לא נוחות.. מזרון רך כששוכבים פשוט שוקעים ארוחת בוקר דלילה מאוד. בעל המלון הינו טורקי וכן העובדים ומידי בוקר הושמעו שירים טורקיים בארוחת הבוקר... . אני בחרתי לבקר במונטנגרו ולא בטורקיה. החניה קטנה ביותר ובעל המלון מכניס את כל הרכבים לחניה זו ועל המטייל להשאיר את מפתח הרכב בקבלה כדי שאחד העובדים יזיז את הרכב במידה ומישהו צריך לצאת..... אופרציה מסובכת ומורכבת מאוד.

• Sarah (5/5): - The parking and entrance are not clear and reception very odd, cash only and just felt like a house rather than a hotel. Cars not registered at reception so we only found out we'd parked incorrectly by chance late at night. 5 euro charge but without taking any details no one knew who parked which car! Very chaotic. Photographs of our passports were sent on to someone, not photocopied or scanned - which would be regular practice for a hotel. Faulty shower, lights not working, breakfast was ok but not served until 9am. Asked for sheets as there was just a fitted sheet and a thin bedspread. I wanted a freshly washed sheet or duvet cover to sleep under. Didn't use the pool. Location further out of town than I thought, possibly my fault.

Otel eski diyenleri anlamadık sanırım otelin dizaynı bu bence değerini anlamadılar. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi biz şahsen çok memnun kaldık .fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir otel . The hotel's front and back gardens are very suitable for spending time, relaxing and doing activities. The location of the hotel is very good. ONLAR GAYRET EDİY - Çalışanlar ellerinden geldiğince misafirlere yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar Öncelikle şunu belirteyim ki otele işletenler otelin sahibi değil. Sadece işletmeciler Dolayısıyla Öncelikle otelin kendinden bahsedeyim. Otel eski model ne kadar temizlik yapılsa da eşyalar eski olduğu için göstermiyor. Örneğin tuvaletindeki lavabolar ve klozet oldukça sararmış. Aslında zamanında iyi ürünlermiş ama şimdi yıllar geçtiği için 25 yılda sararmış. Dolayısıyla burada işletmecileri suçlamamak lazım işletmeciler elinden geleni yaptılar. Özellikle Sinan Bey ve Koray Beyler de ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar ama otelin kendisinde bir eskilik var. Eski olduğu için de yeni gibi durmuyor yapılan temuzlik kendini göstermiyor. Otel sahile ve kale bölgesine (old city) hizlı yürüyerek 20 dk. yavaş yürürsünüz 30-35 dk.

• Miran (1/5): - We made a reservation on this property and I got a positive confirmation for this booking! Even though the check in was till 23:30 when we arrived there earlier, the guy there-Koray, told me there is no place, even we had already booked and I should go in another place. And behaving bad he said if you want go there if you don’t want go in another place. Because it was almost 22:00 I had to go in the second property 20 minutes far from the one I booked in order to sleep. No breakfast in the second place where they sent me. Mustafa , the guy in the second property behaved good to us. But again, it was totally another place out of Budva! I can say, Luxury Hotel its a total scam. Scammers
• Christian (7/5): Ganz gutes Hotel um die Stadt anzusehen - Das Hotel ist ganz gut. Es ist allerdings schwer zu finden und er Parkplatz ist nicht groß. Der Check In könnte besser laufen. Es ist keiner da, wenn man ankommt. Es ist alles bisschen verwirrend. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Ich hatte einen E-Scooter dabei, was absolut kein Problem war. Frühstück war echt gut, aber erst extremst Spät mit 9Uhr. Wenn man da eine längere Fahrt hat, besser wo anders übernachten. Frühstück ist mit 9Uhr extrem Spät, was mich sehr gestört hat. Der Parkplatz ist klein und die Gefahr ist sehr hoch, das da das Auto dann beschädigt wird

• Yvonne (7/5): Redelijk hotel voor de prijs - Het is n prachtig gebouw, met veel groen. En het zwembad is fantastisch! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, en de manager is ontzettend behulpzaam. Bed / matras is heel goed. Het ontbijt viel echt tegen. Heel karig en er stond n potje Jacobs oploskoffie en n waterkoker. De airco lekte water op t bureau, dus de spullen die op het bureau lagen waren doorweekt van t water. Er is tijdens ons verblijf niet schoongemaakt, ( 3 nachten ) en we hebben zelf om schone handdoeken en toiletpapier moeten vragen. Er zijn wat aandachtspunten, maar al met al was t geen echt slechte ervaring. Het ontzettend lieve personeel maakte veel goed, want ze doen echt hun best.

• ALEKSANDAR (1/5): Loša organizacija i komunikacija sa gostima - U zadnjem trenutku su nas obavestili da nemaju sobu za nas, da imaju grupu Poljaka i ponudili nam smeštaj 5km dalje po istoj ceni, a da svako jutro dolazimo na doručak u hotel. Kada se uzme u obzir da sam putovao sa malim detetom, sramno ponašanje vlasnika hotela. Hotel Perla di Mare koju su nam ponudili kao zadnju opciju je bio lošije kategorizacije, duplo manja kvadratura sobe, a po istoj ceni. Osoblje hotela Perla di Mare je bilo korektno, Dubrava je katastrofa. Ne preporučujem nikome boravak u hotelu Dubrava.
• Kenan (1/5): UnProfessional Service, Dirty Rooms, Possible Lies - I have no idea how this hotel because 5 hours before check-in they contact with us and they said air condition has issue at hotel thats why they said we will do upgrade for your room to Elia Residence. They provide free parking space also. These are good things until when we do check-in. I booked normally hotel room with 3 bad, but we got flat with double bad and one portable one. If you compare comfort of normal single bad and portable one, i don’t think this is upgrade. There was another big suprising for me which is payment only in cash. I can’t complain for hotel side because it’s a bit my fault i didn’t check deeply and bit booking fault they didn’t highlighted this information on front which is really important. They didn’t clean the flat well i think there was no toilet paper at inside and there was no any water. We request both but they just provide toilet paper and they said you can use tap for water or you can buy from market at outside. This apartment has no any restaurant but i booked room with breakfast, they didn’t informed in the beginning i got information after my question and i learn i should do first check-out than drive to hotel roughly 10 min. This means if you need to go room for toilet and changing clothes after breakfast you should drive back 10 min. again. They are thinking this is upgrade!? We didn’t take a shower at flat because it was looking so dirty around shower glasses and floor. Flat has kitchen also but all furniture was too dirty, i even didn’t want to touch. There was some dirts on sofa also i didn’t want to sit. There was no wifi at flat they put phone to flat and they said you can turn on hotspot. Bad was not comfortable i couldn’t sleep well. Also during the midnight there was crazy loudy music i hear and it took maybe more than 1 hour, i guess it was coming from one flat because i hear loudy music also in the morning when i wake up.

• naxhit (5/5): Do not recommend it - The most thing i liked about the hotel was to leave as early as possible, terrible experience. It doesn’t look like a hotel, no elevator. Difficult to find, reception guy very cold welcome. Hotel looks very very old and furniture also. A lot of buddha pictures kind of scary to sleep. I have been in more than 100 hotels but this is the scariest i have ever visited
• Guest (10/5): We liked the garden and the pool very much. - First of all, it's surrounded by greenery and has a beautiful pool. It's a hotel with a unique atmosphere. We were worried after hearing reviews about air conditioning issues. We stayed at this hotel as a group, and we didn't encounter any problems with the air conditioning in our rooms. The proximity to restaurants and markets is a plus. For the price, it's a very good hotel.

• Rui (5/5): Only cash! - O recepcionista principal / gerente não nos soube receber , nem com a simpatia, nem com o profissionalismo exigido. Não aceitam pagamentos com cartão ( apenas em dinheiro , mas sem recibo..,) e ficamos a saber que tínhamos que pagar para estacionar o carro nas traseiras do Hotel. A piscina tem 1,90 metros de profundidade, o que não é o desejável para famílias com crianças. Existem muitos insetos no exterior do hotel que originaram muitas picadelas. O pequeno almoço era muito limitado e repetitivo.

Najbardziej będę wspominać figi jedzone prosto z drzewa i przemiłego właściciela obiektu, który opowiedział o historii tego wyjątkowego miejsca na mapie Budvy. Można się tu zaszyć nad basenem z książką i przeleżeć cały dzień. Dziękujemy za te cudowne doznania. Głośna klimatyzacja w pokoju, która pomimo serwisu nadal głośno działała. Kawa rozpuszczalna do śniadania. Expres do kawy w takim miejscu to powinien być obowiązek!

• Hannah (2/5): - Sieht von außen toll aus. Schöner Pool. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gut vertragen. Alles ist irgendwie alt und plünnig. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten in beiden Zimmern in denen wir waren nicht richtig und waren sehr sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße und man hört den Verkehr sehr. Vorallem die Straßenrennen die dort nachts scheinbar stattfinden haben uns sehr beim schlafen gestört.

• Ante (7/5): - The best things about hotel is moderate pool, included breakfast and very beautiful and rich garden that surrounds the hotel. The worst part is that hotel does not accept card payment. Hotel is very remote from the old town Budva, no taxi apps are available and they are mostly rip-off, so the walking towards center was time-wasting. Staff is not super hospitable, they will give you the very necessary things and information and are not proactive. No room service. Breakfast is very short-timed and not so rich, you have to be very early by the table since the food will be taken very fast.

Pochissimo personale, solo il direttore parla inglese, le stanze non vengono rifatte se non su richiesta, in 8 giorni di permanenza il bagno è stato pulito SOLO UNA VOLTA. La colazione offre molto poco solo pane, verdure crude, uova sode e formaggio, marmellata. Ma la cosa più grave è che non è possibile pagare con carta di credito. Ho dovuto prelevare il cash da uno sportello bancomat

Frühstücksbufett übersichtlich Wurden um 6.45 , ohne Entschuldigung geweckt, da Autos bei eingeschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten umgeparkt werden mussten. Und der Hotelbesitzer nicht wusste welches Auto zu welchem Zimmer gehört.

So I ended up paying more than £20 more than the booking.com agreed price. AC in the room was not working, when reported, the manager insisted it was working. He finally moved us to the other room, where AC was working but no room light was working, and had to use a table lamp. Breakfast was fine. The rooms were clean.

• Dervodeli (4/5): Staying at this hotel is worth it if you like old things and Buddha. - The swimming pool was so good, the parking lot was under the shade of trees. The object was so scary, they were statues and pictures of budas everywhere, it was an old object all the facilities was from wood. I dont recommend.

• Pavol (8/5): Exploring Montenegro - We have been in this hotel for 2 nights. Nice accommodation, basic breakfast, has a pool in the backyard, so refreshing in the heat. Breakfast decent but basic. Overall the price we paid was the best thing about so for what we have paid is good what we have got. The accommodation as such is charming but needs some TLC as there is potential in it. The location on all maps even booking is wrong it is 100 meters further and on the other side of the road as it shows. Not easy to find as it is hidden in trees and has a different name shown outside than stated on booking. Not a 4* as booking shows.

I didnt expect that much for that value. I feel lucky that i found a space here. Thanks for everything and being kind. I wish best for here. The breakfast was so good I considered canceling all my plans and becoming a full time buffet critic :D

• Jens (6/5): Für eine Nacht und den Preis okay. - Der Garten und Pool ist gut. Die Zimmer sind i.O. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 09.00 Uhr. Es ist genug zum Frühstück da, die Auswahl ist überschaubar.

• Jenny (7/5): Good for the price. Friendly staff and lovely pool :) - The hotel was beautiful and had a nice pool! Breakfast was good. The bed was terrible and squeaky. Ac didn’t work most of the time. Wifi didn’t work at all in the room number 5. We asked to fix it many times but no success.

• kane (10/5): Es war ein sehr gutes Hotel für seinen Preis. - Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Der Pool war sehr groß.

• Ellen (3/5): Slechtste hotel ooit!!!! - Het zwembad was het enige op niveau van dit hotel. Het water was zuiver, maar er ontbraken (lig)stoelen. Dit hotel is verder een drama! In de eerste kamer, zakte ik onmiddellijk door het bed. Het bed was gestud met bakstenen! Verder is dit hotel veeeel te duur, voor wat het is! Dit is totaal geen Luxury hotel. Het is het slechtste hotel dat ik ooit al heb geboekt!

• rosalia (10/5): Very good hotel for the price, breakfast is very good - The open buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel is nicely designed. It is an advantage to have a garden and a pool.
