- Cheng-Hao (8/5): 價格偏高、環境還不錯 - 1.沒有清楚的表示合作的停車場就是大樓地下室的停車場，所以下去停車的時候很猶豫，櫃檯也沒有主動詢問是否有停車。 2.喜歡東南亞美食的朋友，很推薦在這附近入住，一樓的廣場附近全部都是越南泰國的美食，晚上無聊也可以下來吃東西。 3.住樓中樓的房型，插座和電燈開關的設計位置有點不方便。 4.大廳的擺設還滿不錯的，很適合喜歡旅遊拍照攝影的人。 5.網站上面表示有免費的早餐，但是到了櫃檯check in 的時候才說沒有早餐，所以價格上面來講…有點貴，CP值不高。

- Karl Olivier (8/5): Good experience - Stayed in the shared room / capsule . It was a good experience. Except in the morning was kind of loud so i suggest sleeping with earplugs. I put in ear phones and fell back asleep. Hotel is in the heart of south east asian district. Very cheap and great food all around in the morning.

- MEIFANG (8/5): 環境舒適，優質的青旅 - 環境乾淨舒適，也很安心，有提供洗髮精沐浴乳吹風機。有交誼廳可電話飲食。 剛開始不知道有獨立電梯，找了一下。獨立電梯就在廣場正前方，很方便。 入住時有詳細解說及介紹，非常貼心。 交通在火車站前面，位置很好。 隔音較不理想，可以自備耳塞或耳機。

- Ting-Wei (8/5): 平價機能方便的住宿位置 - 飯店有重新裝潢，大廳很漂亮。 房間內部寬敞，沒有異味，但是清潔度有待加強，浴室水垢明顯，床鋪還會有頭髮及一些汙漬痕跡。 飯店位置在台中市中心，鄰近火車站，附近有宮原眼科、繼光香香雞、東協廣場。 東協廣場可以買到道地的泰國、越南等生活用品與零食。 東協廣場3F可以吃到道地的泰國菜料理。很有異國特色風格。

- CHIN JUNG (4/5): 下次不會再住，相當不推薦 - 旅店入住時間為5:00，在櫃檯等候服務人員將近30分鐘才辦好入住手續，經了解後發現並非飯店人員的失誤，而是飯店電腦管理系統無法讓櫃台人員清楚明白知道旅客住宿狀況，進入房間後，地板灰塵很多，枕頭上有不明的髒汙，床單及枕頭也都有頭髮，衛生紙部分抽了十張左右就沒有了，浴室洗臉台上也有好幾根頭髮及黃漬，馬桶蓋上也清楚地看到許多灰塵，進入房間的桌面及杯子也是灰塵，隔音設備相當差，原本以為到晚間11點左右會稍微安靜一點(樓上為KTV)，但後來發現雖然到11點左右樓上已經沒有撥放音樂，但在房間可以清楚地聽到隔壁旅客及走道上的聲響，一個晚上4500的房間是如此狀態感到相當不舒服，下次不會再嘗試

- BINGZHONG (2/5): - 我講真的 我在台灣還沒住宿過這麼爛的商旅…早上在房間就可以聽到樓下有人唱卡啦ok 而且是很吵那種 沒辦法入睡 另外我們購買的是有早餐的價格 去到現場說因為疫情沒有提供 樓下一堆外勞 感覺就是在平民窟 環境非常髒 然後如果你有要外出的停車費要自己繳 飯店只提供一次消磁 真的很爛

(10/5): - 旅店裝潢的非常漂亮，內還有放映機跟早期電影院的木頭椅子，這裡前身是第一廣場電影院，所以跟一般刻意營造風格的旅店不太一樣，但是check in的時候櫃檯只有一位服務小姐等蠻久，小可惜，但之後她聊台中的歷史，發現她非常的有深度，對保留當年的歷史有相當熱忱。 此次是住樓中樓的家庭四人房，以這樣的價格CP值算很高，備品還是上山採藥的，可惜放拖鞋的櫃子有點灰塵，建議客房人員可注重櫃子的清潔，其他都很乾淨～ 來這之前看很多人的評價都是一顆星，但是我覺得住宿體驗還算蠻好，一樓是外國居民的文化聚會廣場，外國居民蠻友善，也常常看到公家單位的人來巡邏，所以相當的安全安心，不需要有對外移人口的成見～～

- Yu Chuan (8/5): 環境舒適，與同等價位旅館比較規格好一點了。 - 這家位在台中車站附近的設計旅店是老大樓新裝潢，裡面有各式各樣的房型。我是入住最經濟便宜的單人船艙型房型，俗稱膠囊房，這裡的單膠房是我住過最舒適隔音效果最好的，雖然是多人混合住宿一個大空間，但隱密性非常好。讓我在忙碌的旅程中有個舒服的睡眠。...旅館櫃檯小姐服務態度很好要特別拿出來讚美，當天入住旅客很多，她都能盡心親和地微笑為每個等候不耐煩的旅客服務。希望老闆能為這種好員工加薪鼓勵！
- LIANG YI (8/5): Very Good! - 很棒的住宿旅店！ 場景設計很有巧思，讓人覺得很悠閒舒適。 只是到了午夜睡前，隔鄰的房客小孩跑跑跳跳，在木地板上傳來陣陣噪音⋯ 這是家長的問題，深夜不該讓小孩還在興奮跑跳。

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 位置很方便，房間看起來也很舒適整潔，但是窗戶隔音很差，直到半夜兩三點都還是可以清楚聽到外面路人的講話吵鬧聲(飯店在4樓)。 房間內的冷氣有問題，都已經開到22度，但除了出風口，其他地方都沒有風，循環很差；最糟的是，冷氣控制面的背光燈無法關閉，整晚亮到讓人無法入睡。(房間很熱，所以也無法把被子蓋頭上遮光)。 飯店工作人員也不是很專業，先是check in時一直找不到我們的訂單，後來打電話到櫃台反應房間問題時，還誤掛掉我們的電話，接著也沒有再回撥確認，直到我再次打電話詢問，才有人來處理。

- CHUNYI (8/5): 清潔工作應確實不該便宜行事 - 這次是訂家庭四人房，不知道是不是因為疫情解封+ 端午連假，櫃檯人員、房務清潔都不到位，入住當天的四顆枕頭、床罩似乎沒有更換，一躺上去就明顯聞到濃濃的異味，反應後才有解決

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 因東協廣場正在整修，所以一開始要check-in時找不太到入口電梯。櫃台人員很熱心地還特地下來帶我們上去。旅店有專屬電梯，方便出入，安全性也較高。先前有看到評論表示半夜會有其他樓層娛樂設施的噪音，實際到時確實有，但還好23:00後就不太明顯了。入住時很考驗跟鄰房的默契，若鄰居有小孩子成員或較嘈雜，可能牆板就比較擋不住。整體來說，房間很乾淨，周遭交通便利，櫃台人員很親切，但稍有噪音，朋友和我都很滿意這次的住宿體驗。

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 爛透了的一家旅店，整棟大樓感覺治安不好，隔音設備差，樓上還是夜店，連住兩晚每晚被吵到無法睡不說，更重要的事，連續被旅店的消防警報吵了n次，而旅店的人只能跟你說抱歉是誤報，連續響了起碼有半小時，雖然說是誤報，萬一要是真的多少得死在這，也沒得到任何退費補償，害我和小孩早上五點被嚇到退房不敢再住，真的爛透了

- Pui Kwan (2/5): Many Bugs in the room! Don't Stay Here! - The hotel design is very nice. Staff is friendly. But the cleanliness is big problem. Once we checked in, we saw 3 small bugs (I believed they are small cockroaches about 1 cm long) crawling in the bathroom. My husband killed them immediately. I thought that was it. However, in the next morning, there were again a few of them crawling in the bathroom. After one day with house keeping, we still found a few crawling in the bathroom. It seems that there are just many of them. No matter how many you killed, they still keep getting to your room. I strongly recommend the hotel improve their cleaning. No matter how nice you design your room, cleanliness is the key for hotel business.

- WEITSUNG (8/5): 交通便利的旅店 - 位在台中火車站附近，離一中街夜市走路約15分鐘，生活機能方便，旅店裝潢有特色，房間乾淨度佳，設備不會太老舊，本次入住房間剛好面對第一廣場，假日適逢舉辦活動，所以一大早就被音樂聲吵醒，這是美中不足之處。

- kanpio (6/5): 駅近いホテル - ドミトリーOKな人には最高の宿だと思う。朝食あり、ジムあり、ミーティングルームにコーヒー・お茶あり、スタッフは皆親切。 バスタオルなし、コップ類なし、歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉なし等、不便なところは多少あるが、ドミトリー慣れしてる人にとっては良いのではないかと。私は普段一人部屋に泊まるが、訳あって今回初ドミトリー滞在。正直言うと部屋の紹介写真に騙された感、個室はもっと広いのかと思っていた。日本語で親切に対応してくれたスタッフの小姐に感謝。

- meng han (6/5): 隔音不好，遇到壞房客，一整晚都不能睡！ - 房間環境髒了，洗澡間髒了垃圾滿了都沒清！ 不知床單有沒換新跟洗……蓋起來一整晚像蟲在咬……很癢！ 早餐 一般般。
- Ki (8/5): 不錯啊 - 樓下很多人好像很雜，到旅店好像另一個世界，蠻清潔和摩登的旅店。女生宿舍單人床位有自己室間，下次也會再來
