• Salvatore (10/5): Soggiorno comodo - La casa era comoda, e spaziosa eravamo 5 adulti e una bimba di un anno, ci hanno fornito il lettino e il seggiolone, ed era fornita di ogni confort . A due passi dal centro, per la passeggiata serale piena di vita. Conad sotto casa comodissimo.

• Chiara (5/5): - La struttura è carina, comoda per le due camere e il lettino extra nella seconda camera. Rispetto alle foto è molto più cupo. Se siete asmatici non utilizzate le coperte nell’armadio perché sono pienissime di polvere. L’appartamento affaccia direttamente sulle rotaie della ferrovia, i serramenti sono poco isolati, si sentono tutti i treni.

• Janine (9/5): Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit super Lage. - Die Organisation und Übergabe haben super geklappt, freundlich. Es ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Super möglichkeit zum Einkaufen und sehr schnell am Strand. Wir würden die Wohung jederzeit wieder buchen. Es liegt an der Bahnlinie, dies hat und persönlich nicht gestört. Ich hätte mir ein wenig mehr Verstauungsmöglichkeiten gewünscht, im Badezimmer z.B. (dies ist jedoch mekern auf höchtem Niveau).

• Éva (8/5): Very nice but a bit tense because of so many rules to watch - Very clean and nice Too much rules to pay attention to, it was a bit stressful despite the fact I think I am a trustworthy and frequent traveler but there were many fees if we left something there or didn’t take out trash, etc

The staff is helpful, they answer all requests via whatapp. There is a closed garage if you come with car. You should reserve it before arrival. It is a paid parking.

Only a small note about the proximity to the train station but definitely tolerable.

• Agota (9/5): Little rustic style gem close to the beach - The apartment is really close to the beach (Il Paradisino Beach Club) which has been great for our family of 5 for 4 days. The grocery store is literally just under the apartment. The place itself is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and we even get beach towels. San Vincenzo downtown is a short walk away and even though the apartment is between the railway (like most of the apartment close to the sea) it wasn't an issue at all. We've arrived by train so it's been important for us to access the place on foot easily. The apartment has air-conditioning in both bedrooms (one of them a bit noisy) and in the hallway working very efficient on hot summer days. Thanks Irene for hosting us and providing all the useful anf thoughtful information ahead of our arrival. We would definitely return. No complaints. All has been great!:-)
