• Hideki (9/5): 最高の眺めを提供してくれる露天風呂付きの部屋 - 部屋からの津軽海峡の眺めが最高でした。朝食もとても良かった。スタッフも親切で感じが良かった。 私は本を読みながら寝る習慣があるので、妻のベッドと連動している照明ではなく、それぞれ別の照明が欲しかった。 喫煙室が2階にありますが、私は部屋で吸いたくないので禁煙ルームに宿泊しているという理由で、その喫煙室が使えないのは理不尽でとても不便でした。

• Kez A (6/5): Balcony onsen is exceptional, but soundproofing is really bad. - The balcony onsen is exceptional. Breakfast was good, and the dining area has a section looking out the ocean. This was close to the botanical garden and an excellent ramen shop. The soundproofing is severely lacking. If you are very sensitive to thuds, good luck requesting for a resolution. The staff eventually was able to compromise with us by moving us to the top floor, but all in all you can still hear super loud thuds. It's acceptable during the day, but nights were rough. The first room we were at also had a gym locker scent lingering in the air. It was not pleasant at all. Thankfully, the second room didn't have this issue.

• Yun Leung Wayne (10/5): If you are looking for a modern hotel with private onsen, here is it. - Nice price for a large room with private onsen, meanwhile breakfast is included. You can enjoy your time with stunning view of sea, island and mountain. Providing free parking lot, 10min drive to other tourist spots in Hakodate. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of food options. The overall experience is great with this renovated room in Hakodate. If you speak English, better speak slower or get help with your google translation in your phone. Dont worry, their staff are patient and professional, just not fluent with english.

From arriving at reception where there was no help with the digital check-in, to the dirty old elevator, to the smelly musty room with poor lighting, a dirty toilet, lumpy beds with threadbare linen and virtually no blankets, to a greasy tiny shower and a dirty outdoor bath (disgusting) to the rudeness of the staff when I complained about the poor state of the room. There was NOTHING TO LIKE. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - IT IS AWEFUL. I CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY AND TORE UP $1,500 for 3 nights prepaid as they offered no alternative room and no refund. Nothing. The Yunokawa Prince Hotel was absolutely disgraceful. • Kimi (10/5): Punto forte le stanze con vasca all'aperto - Hotel situato in riva al mare. Molto interessante per la vasca privata offerta all'esterno delle stanze. In inverno molto apprezzato poter stare all'aperto durante una bella nevicata immersi nell'acqua calda in un luogo privato. La stanza che ho scelto era quella stile orientale, molto minimale ed ampia. Sicuramente se si è di passaggio da provare.

• laura (10/5): - La stanza con l’onsen privato e vista sul mare è una coccola. L’hotel è davvero bello ed offre una serie di amenities gratis per rendere perfetto il soggiorno. Come sempre in Giappone lo staff è cordialissimo. Avendo l’onsen privato non ho visitato quello pubblico ma la cena e la colazione a buffet sono davvero ottimi! La posizione non è centrale ma con l’auto si arriva in città in 10 minuti

• Dr.Take3 (9/5): 絶景露天風呂。 - オーシャンビューの露天風呂が最高。大浴場は大きくはないが私たちが行った時は空いていてほぼ貸切状態。眼前に海を望む露天風呂も温度設定の異なる複数の内風呂も良い。洗い場も数が多く快適。部屋は必要十分。トイレ、洗面が独立しており使い勝手が良い。タオル乾燥機的な設備のおかげでいつもドライなタオルが使えて良い。館内はエントランスから落ち着いた雰囲気。チェックイン、チェックアウトも自動機で完結して楽。朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富で、特にご飯のお供の種類が多く、これだけで飯が食えてしまう。和洋中折衷で食べたいものが食べられる。窓際の席がとれれば露天風呂と同じオーシャンビューのいい眺め。向かいにコンビニもあり便利。 空調の調節がうまくいかず部屋が暑かった。市電の湯の川温泉電停からはちょっと距離がある（歩けない距離ではない）のが難点。
