W dniu przyjazdu musiałyśmy dwa razy dzwonić na całodobową infolinię, aby otrzymać kod do mieszkania, co spowodowało dużo stresu dla rodziny z dziećmi czekającej na ulicy. Bardzo złe doświadczenie — wyglądało to tak, jakby obsłudze nie zależało na tym, co stanie się z klientami, ponieważ był weekend i recepcja była zamknięta.
• konrad.skobelski (9/5): Strongly recommended! - I could even say that the apartments slightly exceeded our expectations, especially considering the fact that they were significantly cheaper than other places in Barcelona around that time. Very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable beds. The location - around Les Corts and Sants - is one of my favourites in Barcelona. There was no such thing that I could admit I didn't like. But if I had to pick one thing, I'd say that elevators are small and work slow.

W przestronnym apartamencie dostępne wszystkie sprzęty i udogodnienia, takie jak pralka czy zmywarka, bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta i świeża pościel, duża szafa. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządzającymi obiektem. Zdecydowanie polecam! Brak minusów.

The dryer didn’t work properly and they told me someone would come and help me, but on the first day they didn’t tell me when and then on the second they just didn’t turn up when they were supposed to. This took massive chunks out of my holiday.

• Aaron (8/5): - Das Apartment war schön und ausreichend für einen kurzen Urlaub in Barcelona. U-Bahn Verbringung mit ca. 5min. gehzeit. Das Badezimmer war für 3 Personen eher klein. Das Schlafsofa hatte schon einpaar kleinere Löcher. Der Check-in war nocht so einfach wie gedacht da ich keine Nachricht mit dem Pin-Code bekommen habe und ich so die Unterkunft telefonische kontaktieren musste(Wochenende). Es wurde mir jedoch sehr freundlich geholfen.

• Henry (9/5): An awesome place in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended. - Very modern and clean. Location was away from the tourist areas which was nice. Close to some great restaurants and stores in a nice quiet neighborhood. Probably the best apartment we stayed at while in Europe. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy were some noisy neighbors late at night.
• Mihail (10/5): Would recommend 10/10 - Nice, clean and cosy apartment. Nice location, close to Metro and other public transport stations. A lot of grocery stores and restaurants near the place. Easy accommodation process. The apartment is fully fitted with everything you need. The bathroom entrance is via the bedroom, so this is the one thing that i didn’t like. It’s not a big deal if the apartment is rented by single family though.

C’erano anche due kit “starter”. Uno per la pulizia della cucina e uno con qualche bustina di tè e caffè solubile,sale zucchero e olio Abbiamo trovato un animaletto al nostro primo risveglio. Nella casa non vi era nessuna bottiglia d’acqua. Per chi viaggia penso che sia la base

• Daniela (7/5): Nice stay in Barcelona - The apartment is comfortable and well located, about a 10-minute walk from Barcelona Sants Station (which has direct connections to the airport), and it is also close to Entença metro station. The neighborhood is lively and convenient, with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and bakeries nearby. The building is well maintained, and it has an elevator (although it wasn’t working upon our arrival, it was fixed within 48 hours). The apartment itself was clean, and both the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The sofa can accommodate two people. The kitchen is well equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, and fridge. The living room and bedroom both have blackout curtains, which is a great plus. The bathroom has excellent water pressure and temperature. Extra towels, pillows and blankets were available. They also provide some basic supplies such as spices, tea, instant coffee, and dishwashing detergent, which is a nice touch. The wifi is good and there was a TV in the living room. There is a lovely and spacious balcony in the apartment. All the information about the check-in and check-out were provided with time. The codes simplify the access to the building and apartment, in my opinion. I requested an early check-in (around 14:30) but didn’t receive a response. Cleaning was only completed at exactly 15:00, so we had to wait outside, and the access codes only worked at that time, not even a few seconds earlier. However, on the day of our departure, the cleaning team rang the doorbell at 10:00, even though check-out was at 11:00, which felt a bit rushed. We were also asked to take out the trash, which is not something I’ve experienced in other accommodations. Additionally, we couldn’t leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in or after check-out while it was being cleaned. They offered to store our luggage at their office, but it’s about 30 minutes away by public transport, leaving paid luggage lockers as the only practical option besides carrying the things wherever you go before or after your stay. Another downside was that some essentials were provided rather sparingly. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people over a 3 stay and a total of four small samples of shower gel and shampoo, which felt insufficient. There were also no paper towels or napkins, and no cleaning products for the bathroom or floors inside the apartment. Other minor drawbacks include the deposit taking about a week to be returned, poor sound insulation (street noise and neighbors were quite noticeable), and the lack of proper sheets for the sofa bed (we had to improvise with a duvet and a blanket).

• Nerea (9/5): Buena estancia en Barcelona - La situación del apartamento era muy buena, cerca de calles principales con muchos restaurantes, además cerca de transporte público. El apartamento era muy luminoso y con espacio suficiente para una familia, ya que tenía dos habitaciones de cama grande y dos baños completos. El acceso al apartamento fue muy fácil gracias al código de entrada, que era manual sobre un panel numérico y no a través de una aplicación o panel digital como otra veces he visto en muchos apartamentos. Nos dejaron en la cocina un pack con café soluble, té, azúcar, sal y pimienta y una botellita de aceite. La fianza la han devuelto en el plazo previsto sin problemas. La cocina no tenía cafetera de capsulas, lo cuál es lo más cómodo y fácil en estos casos, y siendo muy cafeteros, nos costó un poco despertar cada mañana. Los colchones y almohadas eran demasiado duras.

• Ana (10/5): - Čisto, komforno, dobro opremljeno, precizne instrukcije za ulazak. Miran kraj, dobro povezan prevozom. Mi smo taxi do znamenitosti u centru plaćali od 11-15 eur. Do centra treba 20 min pešaka. Depozit nam je vracen u roku od 5 dana. Sve je dobro
