• אלישע (9/5): - La posizione della struttura è ideale per iniziare a conoscere i borghi intorno al Lago del Turano. La conduzione famigliare, e la gentilezza, la disponibilità dei proprietari. Tutto a posto. Se magari la colazione fosse anticipata di un'ora alle 7,30, sarebbe anche meglio.

• Roberto (6/5): - Posizione sul lago, panorama, riscaldamento adeguato in inverno. Albergo da ristrutturare anche nel mobilio. Migliorare l'accoglienza. Prestare più attenzione ai servizi di base: l' acqua calda sanitaria non costante. Nel complesso rapporto qualità/prezzo non bilanciato.

• Pesce (1/5): Mal servicio - Las instalaciones de la propiedad y la ubicación estaban bien. La verdad el servicio del personal nos pareció pésimo, desde que llegamos a la recepción el encargado nos recibió con mala cara y estrés, diciéndonos las cosas de muy mala gana y cortante. Adicionalmente no me gustó para nada que nos cobró un supuesto impuesto en cash cuando en la plataforma dice que ya estaba incluido. No sabiendo esto le dije que solo tenía tarjeta y se enojo diciéndonos que ayer nos lo había dicho y no. Nos había quedado claro. No mostró en absoluto empatía ni educación. Por esta razón arruino mi experiencia con el hotel a pesar de ser hermoso.

• Stacey (6/5): Pleasant - Great location on lake but needs AIRCON!! It’s very hot and impossible to sleep even with the balcony doors open. Staff were very nice, but breakfast was very poor. Hotel needs a renovation, but the restaurant food for lunch was delicious.

• Alina (5/5): Splendid location with less than basic contort and overpriced - Location is superb, the lake and ruins change colors at all hours and offer a magnificent view. Parking also OK, restaurant on the terrace fine. This hotel is really basic, no way it can be a 3 starts, yet it is priced as a 3 stars. The room had view to the lake but was below IBIS or Motel One in Paris or Berlin, but priced more. No minibar, no bathroom, we had to borrow glasses from the bar where there was nobody and left them in the room. We were also unlucky that some Lega electoral meeting was on so they closed the restaurant, and no other one was walking distance. We stayed there because we wanted to buy a house nearby and there was no other hotel, but either they upgrade seriously, or they should charge 70 per night.
• Kiran (10/5): Lakeside perfection - The grounds are amazing. We got to enjoy a swim in the lake and relax on the beach chairs. We only stayed a night because we were walking the Camino di san Benedetto and it was such a treat to enjoy the lake. The family running the hotel are very welcoming and one of the family members spoke perfect English which was very helpful.
