I recommend it if you are looking for a hotel in eldoret visit Comfy Inn Eldoret it's a great hotel their staff are friendly make you feel home.
• Mark (2/5): Do not do this online - I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.

• Mark (6/5): Eldoret City is a lovely place - Eldoret city lovely place but Comfy bathroom is a pity. The shower overflows to the floor below. The restaurant food needs to improve. Overall for the money it is ok if you want a cheap place at a cheap rate but please don’t pay to much for this place

Accessible to most places I needed to go to as its in town. Overall great experience. I will stay here every time I am in Eldoret for assignment or just leisure.

The rooms very spacious and clean. The food, nicely done and tasty. The hotel is strategically located. We’ll definitely be back!
• Safari31985340238 (10/5): Amaizing Hospitality - The hospitality was amaizing from the staff from the reception to the room service, their rooms are fresh and I liked their food taste especially the beef stew was very tasty and the presentation of the food during meals was great I would definitely come back again.

• geofreyh2023 (8/5): Friendly Staff, Good and Cool Lighting from its color choice. - Friendly staff, a really clean and a cool hotel. I love the color contrast created through the choice of the restaurant lighting. Their chicken was amazing, so was tea and vegetables. I would give a 5-star rating. However, their beef sandwich was unsatisfactory. The beef has no seasoning. Besides, the beef appeared tasteless and so chewy - I literally swallowed it whole because it was difficult to digest.

The owner even greeted us and gave us a tour of the hotel himself! The food was the highlight, fresh, well seasoned and generous portions. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of Eldoret town, with everything on the doorstep. Will definitely be coming back on my return to Eldoret. The perfect place if you want somewhere to stay, or even just pop in for a nice meal.

The elegant and inviting aesthetics from the main lobby to the dining room made it seem like a special occasion out on the town and also made us feel relaxed like at home. The menu had great variety, the food was delicious as well as affordably priced, and the hotel staff was both professional and personably helpful. I would highly recommend a meal with family or friends or an extended stay at this wonderful place!

• 899bensonc (8/5): The best place to be in Eldoret town,Uasin Gishu county. - You guys have the best Accommodation facilities, you Rates are very client friendly and your location within the CBD was an advantage to my visit there. Your breakfast buffet is so delicious. I'll come back there again and again.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I booked for my mother who was ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, on returning the lifts were not working and she could not get to her room upstairs, so she did not sleep in her room. Hence the cancellation of the 2nd day
• Eldoret48 (6/5): Abject Maintenance;Hard To Get Hold Of Management - Located in a very busy area even late into the night, and early dawn hub-bub. All kinds of transport vehicles traverse up and down the street. Light sleepers will suffer the noise levels. Room furnishings and bathroom basic maintenance poor. Comfortable bed though. No room safe. At breakfast, instead of the egg fryer being being on station for requests, the fry-person/cook goes amiss, so rest of breakfast goes cold. Toaster has to be asked for, as it's stashed away. Lunches and evening meals adequate quantity, although some sittings can be quite busy with local population. Table condiments management hit or miss. Paltry choice of 2-5 tv channels in room. Other local group-guests banter in the corridors to be aware of. If coming from Western countries, there are better vouched for choices in Eldoret. Basement car park but not well thought of. Difficult parking.
• ninnahmwaura (8/5): Simple and Lovely - Surprisingly beautiful and quite hotel in the middle of a busy town. When inside you’d hardly notice the hustle and bustle going on outside. Has great food, spacious rooms and great staff. Would definitely go back again!
