• Svetlana (9/5): Прекрасный отель - Отличное местоположение, прекрасный персонал весь от ресепшена до работников ресторана. Чистота и уют в номере. В ресторане понравился сибас на гриле и лепешки вкусные. Живая музыка вечерами, очень атмосферно. Много собак на пляже, днем спят под шезлонгами, а ночью стоит лай и вой бесконечный. В бунгало может потише, хотя знакомые жили в бунгало рядом с рестораном, сказали, что слышно тоже очень. Шум моря не мешал, но вот собаки, беруши не помогали. Фикалии от собак по всему пляжу, внимательно надо смотреть под ноги. Но это все конечно к отелю не относиться, но уровень шумоизоляции конечно нулевой. Раздвижные двери на балкон с щелями, может были бы поплотней и потолще было бы потише.И еще в качестве рекомендации, ввести в меню пару русских блюд, отдыхающих русских, которые приходят в ресторан много. И я думаю это бы повысило рейтинг ресторана.

• Donald Singh (9/5): It’s a great place to have a relaxed mind and relax lifestyle, and it is very clean beach, which is very near - The property was very clean and it was very silent. Also, the crowd which was there. It was very niche and sophisticated and having clean mindset and perspective I don’t see any negative part about the property. However, there was one thing the AC which was already in the room. It was getting turned on after 15 minutes. Every time I turned on the AC and I think it was designed or maybe it was an error that it was getting turned on after 15 minutes. Every time I turn on AC, otherwise rest of the things and facilities were great.

The sun loungers were great and to walk out your room straight to the beautiful beach was perfection! Thank you So much for our stay 10/10 Not the resorts fault but just for awareness, we stayed in the sea facing upper room which was beautiful, but very loud as music/ bands played directly below us until 11.30 and dogs barking most the night on the beach. Not an issue as outwith resorts control , but if booking and wanting a nice chilled evening, maybe bring some ear plugs. However if you’re looking for a bit more vibe then it’s ideal!

Special mention to Lakpa, who was incredible and always attentive to detail. Vanessa, everyone at the reception, the person who gives the massages, the people who cleaned the rooms, everyone at the restaurant. The room was big ans also the bathroom and the air conditionig was very good.

• David (8/5): Great apartment in a great location… just poor sleep - The property was basic but very clean. The beach view was amazing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was excellent and the bed comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for better It’s not the fault of the property but at night it was extremely noisy and sleep was interrupted several times. The music doesn’t stop until midnight, then the fireworks start! Then someone else does fireworks again at 1:30 am….then as you begin to settle the dogs bark continuously through the night.

• Juliane (9/5): Cozy place with top service - That place is close to the beach. The breakfast place is at the beach. Your sunbed is included in your room. If you like you don’t need to move to any other place food and service is great. Room is big and has everything you need to stay at the beach. Not fancy but nice. Room can be noisy in the evening from live bands or music itself. But it’s ok and after 11pm it’s quiet. The bathroom is ok for now. It’s newly made. But the used material is Notare for a bathroom. Not sure how it will look like in year.

• Birta (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful property right on the beach, and our room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. The restaurant and the staff were a real highlight, everyone was so welcoming and attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. They truly go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. We even asked if they could cook mutton for us (it wasn’t on the menu) and they kindly made it and it was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back. The only downside was that our room was very close to the restaurant, so it could get quite loud in the evenings until around midnight. Next time we’ll request a room closer to reception, and I’d recommend the same.

• Bashori (9/5): Beautiful beachside hotel. - Perfect location on Palolem beach and its a really good quality beach as well. Staff are friendly. Breakfast options are good. Views from the restaurant are stunning and the evening tables on the beach are lovely. The musical entertainment in the evening is too loud. you can hear it from all the rooms which was very annoying. it is supposed to be chilled lice music but it ended up being a nuisance. Please consider changing this. Either move to beachside or turn the volume of speakers down.

Ловили возле рецепшена или в ресторане. В номере появлялся,но не на долго. Это единственный минус.

• Aisha (9/5): We had a fabulous time at Royal Touch, a realxing stay in South Goa! - Me and my partner loved that our garden view room was literally a 10 second walk to the beach front, you can hear the waves crashing on the shore at night - it was so relaxing to fall asleep to. The sunsets were unreal, every single evening! 😍 The decor in the room was lovely, our bed was huge, clean & comfy. Our room was cleaned every day (optional) to a high standard, fresh bottles of drinking water each day after the clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast (try the breakfast potatoes!!), the staff were amazing and so accommodating, the property is close to many lovely restaurants (so inclusive of vegetarians), lots of markets for shopping nearby, & other beautiful quieter beaches were just a short tuktuk away. We really enjoyed our stay but here are a couple of improvements: The doors to the rooms were difficult to close properly & the shower water was hot at first but the water went cool before finishing my shower.

• rachel (9/5): Fantastic. So beautiful. Sea was calm and fantastic to swim in. Not too much hassle on the beach compared to north Goa. - Right on the beautiful beach. Not many steps to contend with. Could hear the waves all night from our room. Concierge was extremely friendly and helpful Nothing really. There was noise from the bar as we were directly over the top. This had a strict cut off time of 11pm though. We weren’t warned about this on booking. Also you need to show copies of your passport and visa as you book in.

• BRUNO (7/5): - O RESTAIRANTE É MUITO BOM! NÃO É TÃO BARATO, MAS VALE A PENA O SABOR E A QUALIDADE. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SÃO SUPER EDUCADOS E PRESTATIVOS. Muito barulho durante o períofo da noite. As pessoas passam pelos corredores e se você estiver dormindo é acordado. A acústica é zero. No forro do teto do nosso quarto tinha algum bicho (passarinho, morcego) não dava pra identificar o que era, mas fez barulho no forro várias vezes durante a noite e barulho alto que nos acordávamos. Como barulho de asa batendo no forro, se locomovendo. O ÚNICO PTOBLEMA FORAM ESSES DOS BARULHOS.

• Andrei (8/5): - Reasonable room size (big sleeping room and spacious bath room. Silence after 23, rules followed. Tables for diinner on the beach. Restaurant: Prices at restaurant slightly higher than in similar hotels, and food quality slightly lower. Prices kind of strangly chaning: one day you buy Pepsi for 30inr other day 40inr. House: was need to ask to fix entrance door lock and shower water flow (water holes in shower head were blocked). Personnel fixed that quckly, but why should I ask about that. All these have to be checked prior guests arrival. Toilet water filling mechasim I fixed myself.
• Gary (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable stay with amazing location to the beach. - It seems that the rooms were recently built. Great condition, and a large size. The location was brilliant, a short stroll to the restaurant and then to the beach. The food was really really good. every meal was tasty and fresh. Staff were very helpful and polite. The workmanship in the bathroom is quite poor. I had no issues, but it will deteriorate over time. Need professional work to make sure this doesn’t happen too soon.

• Felicia (10/5): FANTASTISKT - Otroligt bra boende som ligger på stranden. Superfina rum som är välstädade, sköna sängar och bra badrum. Servicen är helt otrolig både för hotellet och restaurangen. Makalös service där solstolar reserveras åt dig, oroliga drinkar och bland den bästa maten vi ätit. Grillas färsk fisk/skaldjur på grillen på stranden varje kväll där du kan beställa 1-2 dagar i förväg om du vill ha något specifikt. All personal är 10/10 men håll utkik för Prem, han gör det där lilla extra! Absolut det bästa boendet vår vår rundresa i Indien! Ingenting!!!

Manager Vanessa and her team made our stay unforgettable. We will return for sure! Nothing! Perfect, really good, i had sea view abd it was fully worth it.

• daniel (6/5): Was ok, expensive for what I paid - Right on the beach and breakfast and staff were nice The room was never cleaned in 4 days and 3 nights. No toilet roll, very noisy at night, the electricity kept going off about 3 times a day. The internet either wasn’t working or very very slow.
• Shadan (9/5): Fun and comfortable stay - The property is unlike any other beach huts we see around. It’s newly built and very well maintained with quality fittings and comfortable bedding. The room size and even the extra bed was good. The people working are also helpful and friendly. The beach view rooms were amazing and palolem beach is so lively. Had great time and will come back again. Can add a wash n shower area before entering to wash off the sand and the main entrance from roadside along with parking can be better.
• Avishag (9/5): - הצוות קודם כל היה מדהים, תמיד נתנו עזרה לכל מה שצריכים בין אם זה צק אאוט מאוחר יותר או אחסון המזוודות שלנו לפני הצק אין. בנוסף הצוות של המסעדה במלון אדיב ונעים, המסעדה מעולה והיה טעים וכיף לאכול בה בעיקר בערב. מיקום המלון קרוב להכול והחדר היה נקי ומסודר , לגמרי שווה ! לפעמים היו נפילות חשמל, אבל זה קורה בכל האזור ולא תמיד היו מים חמים אבל מזל שחם ככה שאין צורך גדול בהם

We had to coordinate with the staff for water and cleaning; it would have been better if that happened more seamlessly.

The rooms are extremely basic — limited toiletries, and the towels provided were dirty and worn out. The restaurant experience was the worst part. The staff were rude and dismissive, and most of the items listed on the menu were “not available” whenever I tried ordering. For breakfast, I asked for a tuna sandwich — denied. For dinner, I asked for fish curry and rice, and then prawns — again denied, citing seafood shortage. To make it worse, they served barbeque fish to another guest, but when I requested the same, I was told it had “just got over.” They seemed absolutely fine if you chose to eat at the neighbouring shacks or restaurants, which says a lot about their attitude. Due to the rude behaviour and the fact that I was left without proper dinner or breakfast, I ended up checking out a day earlier — and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. • Jugajyoti (9/5): Awesome and EXTREMELY clean, Loved it !!! - Awesome!!! Rooms and bathroom are very very clean and well maintained, staffs are friendly and polite. Location is great, its right infront of the beach. I went with my family and they loved the stay. There signature is cleanliness and the maintain it in a different level. Nothing to dislike about the property. Yes, I have concern regarding the food quality in the restaurant. It was okay and not that great.
