• Miran (5/5): Gostinska šola za strežbo obstaja zato, ker je strežba poklic s konkretnimi znanji. - Lep počitek v Opatiji. Za parking so upoštevali EU inv. kartico. Bazen ima prijetno toplo morsko vodo. Lep ambient v restavraciji. Pogled na morje. Niso samodejno upoštevali EU invalidske kartice, glede oprostitve turistične takse. Postrežba, zelo neorganizirana. Večerja, ni bilo hrane za vegetarijance ali vegane. Večerja, 2-3 Zajterk, 2-3 Ni primerno za invalide na berglah ali invalidskem vozičku.

• Svitlana (10/5): Ідеальне співвідношення ціна-якість. - Чудове розташування. Чистота і тиша в номерах. Зручне ліжко. Повний набір для комфортного проживання - міні холодильник (бар), чайник, кавоварка, чашки, бокали. Чудові сніданки, для вечер хотілося б більш різноманітного меню.

• Ivana (1/5): DO NOT BOOK!!!! We did not stay due to the unhygienic and dirty room and they are refusing to refund my money… - Upon arrival to the address provided in the check in instructions, we could not locate Villa Abbazia and we were walking around with luggage for 30 min while asking proprietors of nearby restaurants and businesses about its location. No one had any idea where it was located. Once we found the Villa Abbazia, the front door was locked and no instruction provided on how to proceed with check in. We waited hoping for someone to come out or in so we can ask but that never happened. I started to walk around and as a last resort went into a nearby larger hotel to ask if they might know anything that can help. I saw a valet and asked about Villa Abbazia and was told the check in is actually in a reception of a different hotel as if this should be a common knowledge. Over an hour later we were finally in the room. The room had the blackout curtains drawn upon entering. We proceeded to open the curtains and the balcony doors to find cloud of dust in our face, pigeon poop all over the balcony, molding falling off the ceiling, dirty floors with dried up food on the carpet on the room floor, dusty trays with hotel cups and desk covered in scratches and crumbs (photos attached). We went back to the reception and expressed the issues we encountered only not to be provided with any additional options or solutions. 15 minutes after checking in we checked out while clearly stating our reasons for not wanting to proceed with our booking. When complaining about poor check in instructions the receptionist stated: “they are a big company (Liburnia Riviera) and they do not care about properly posting information”. For additional reference, I am a native Croatian speaker and familiar with Opatija (where I previously lived for number of years), and due to merchants inaccurate and poor communication I had a difficult time locating the property.

• Krisztina (5/5): Legdrágább nyaralásunk, a legtöbb kellemetlen tapasztalattal - :-( Kicsi szűk szoba, régi építésű épületben. A központi légkondicionáló, komfortosan nem szabályozható, hangos. Hiába hirdetik, egyáltalán nem kutyabarát, a személyzet kedvessége hagy bőven kivánnivalót maga után, mint a minden napi ugyanaz a standard reggeli, vacsora is. Magát a települést, nem ajánlom senkinek. Nem igazi tengerpart, hideg víz, nem kedves emberek. Sok év után ez az első csalódás Horvátországban. Kiskutya szinte minde honnan kitiltva, akkor is, ha be se megy a sós tengerbe. A Lungomare gyönyörű sok helyen lehet fürödni, de felejtsd el a csobbanást, még akkoris, ha csak egy kis shitsu-val akarsz élményeket szerezni.

Die Klima Anlage konnte man selbst einstellen . Freundliches Personal und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet . Eigentlich nichts

Wellness u Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel ok Bin 75 u trinke nur decaf den gab es nur mit extra Bestellung u teilweise extra Bezahlung. Es geht mir nicht um den Preis, fand es nur seltsam bei der sonstigen grossen Auswahl an Speisen,dass dies bei diesem Hotel als Extra gilt, ist aber kein Drama. .

• Marylou (7/5): - L’emplacement est bien Le personnel est agréable Il y a le nécessaire dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Faire payer la boisson dans les demis pensions ainsi que le parking, les pâtisseries sont en général pris au SPAR. C’est plutôt juste pour un hôtel qui se dit de luxe.
• Lillemor (10/5): Vi kommer tillbaka till Villa Abbazia! - Ett fantastiskt läge mitt i centrum alldeles vid stranden. Vårt rum hade stor balkong med havsutsikt och skuggigt läge under dagen. Vi hade frukost inklusive och den var också fantastisk, med allt man kunde tänka sig. Vår hund var också välkommen. Parkering inte så långt från hotellet. Personalen var hjälpsam och professionell. Högt pris för hunden 35 euro per dygn.

Hotel e villa curatissimi, eleganti, con ogni servizio: spa rilassante, piscina, sauna, bagno turco, palestra, possibilità di massaggi per le giornate più tranquille… e la spiaggia proprio davanti, a due passi. Il personale è gentilissimo, l’atmosfera ha quel tocco unico che ti fa sentire coccolato dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Un posto che resta nel cuore, e che ogni volta rende speciale il ritorno ad Abbazia. Nulla

• Fejzic (8/5): - We didn’t like the waiters being somehow unpleasent and in a big hurry to pick up your plates from your breakfast or dinner. I litteraly took a last bite, he was already at the table picking it up. Breakfast is till 10, or at least it says so because at 9 they are already taking the food away, same goes for dinner. And if you come here, you should know you will pay the parking as if it were another 3 nights at the hotel. They charged us a whole day even if we came at 17 o clock, and left at 10 o clock. Everything else was great and clean, but these things really took a toll on us.

Attaccata all’hotel principale dove si può fare colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet. Ottima la SPA e la enorme piscina di acqua di mare al coperto. Personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Abbazia è stupenda con il suo fascino Belle Epoque. Purtroppo la doccia emozionale calda e il bagno turco erano in riparazione.
