- markus (7/5): Licht und Schatten - Licht und Schatten. Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant aber leider waren unsere Zimmer in einem Anbau am Parkplatz. Für 300€ war das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Zimmer am Parkplatz.

Tuinman was bikkel door alle koffers te dragen voor iedereen. Topper! Prima locatie om Trapani, Erice en de tempel te bezoeken. Wine tasting was leuk, olijfolie zalig. Ik heb spijt dat ik niets gekocht heb, maar misschien kom ik het nog ergens op het eiland tegen. Eigenlijk niets. Ik vond het bed wat minder, maar mijn man niet. Dus dat is persoonlijk.

- REINHARD (9/5): Tolle Lage für Ausflüge mit elegantem Flair - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region mit dem Auto. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, mit gehobenen Niveau in Küche, Service und Weinbegleitung- wir waren hingerissen. Leider waren wir schon in der Nachsaison zu Gast und konnten den Pool und die Sky Lounge nicht mehr nutzen - wäre aber sicher sehr schön.

Am ersten Abend ein tolles Menü (als Wein-Tasting gebucht). Am zweiten Abend exzellentes Essen a la carte. Lage ideal für Ausflüge z. B. nach Erice, Trapani und Marsala. Für die Größe und Geräumigkeit der Zimmer könnten die Fenster etwas größer sein.

- Daniel (3/5): We left the property feeling a little disregarded. - Two days prior to our arrival we received a note from the hotel tellng us they would not have a room for us due to a "maintanance problem in the room". They stated that they had booked a room for us at a "comparable" lodging - at no extra cost - and offered a free wine tasting. When we arrived to ask the front desk where the new location was, and requested more information about why we were turned away, we couldn't get any answers. Being Americans, we have a habit of wanting to know the "whys" of a situation. The other lodging wasn't comparable, asking price per night (on Booking.com) was $73 for the alternative vs. $178 for Firriato - no offense to the other location. We were never offered a price refund for the difference. I have a long career in hospitality and would never treat a guest like this. Shame as it appears great care was put into building a perfect location - we will never know. Daniel and Linda Shanks

- Fernando (7/5): Caro para lo que es - La estructura está muy bien restaurada. La habitación era cómoda para 3. El personal era correcto. Al sitio le falta el alma que se espera de un sitio pequeño. Llegas allí a un párking y no sabes que hacer por que las instrucciones no existen y deberían explicarlo previamente. El desayuno está bien pero no a la altura del precio de la habitación. He desayunado mucho mejor y más completo en sitios de menos de la mitad de precio.

Lo staff eccezionale: sorrisi sinceri, attenzioni spontanee e la sensazione che ogni richiesta sia accolta con un “ma certo!”. L’aperitivo al tramonto sullo Sky Lounge Bar: Il sole scende lentamente sul mare, incorniciato dalle isole all’orizzonte, mentre il cielo si tinge di arancio, rosa e oro. - Amaury (8/5): Un potentiel énorme à améliorer - Le cadre est magnifique. La décoration est soignée. Le diner est excellent et les vins très nombreux sont bons. Le personnel est de bon conseil pour le choix des bouteilles. La piscine ferme à 19h et il n'est pas autorisé d'y flâner encore quelques minutes... c'est dommage car elle ne nuit pas aux habitations. Pas de personnel au bar de la piscine, il faut donc réclamer pour avoir des boissons. Le café n'est pas en libre service au petit déjeuner et le personnel est un peu loin à le servir. Le bar ferme à 22h30 le soir, c'est dommage de ne pouvoir prolonger plus la soirée sur la terrasse.

- ehaveman (7/5): - Schone ruime kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Voorzieningen bij het zwembad ondermaats, kapotte ligbedjes en parasols. In de zomerperiode (warme dagen) weinig schaduwplekken rondom het zwembad.

- Jasmin (8/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen - Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Trapani. Somit sehr ruhig gelegen und ein schöner Ausblick über die Weite. Es hat einen grossen Parkplatz und man wird mit einem Golf-Car abgeholt, da man nicht bis zum Hoteleingang fahren kann. Wir hatten ein schönes und grosses Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen Struktur und es gibt einen Aussichtspunkt den man in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen kann. Dort sieht man bis nach Trapani, Erice und auf die Isole Egadi mit Favignana, Levanzo und Marettimo. Das Abendessen mit den dazugehörigen Firriato-Weinen ist sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Auch gibt es selbstgebackenes Brötchen und wenn man möchte gibt es auch Wein-Degustationen. In unserem Zimmer hatte es immer mal wieder einen muffigen Geruch, dies war nicht weiters schlimm, aber es ist uns jeweils aufgefallen wenn wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind.

- MIHAELA (10/5): Une excellente expérience, nous y reviendrons - L'hôtel est une perle cachée dans un écrin de verdure, au milieu des vignes. Un oasis de raffinement inattendu en pleine campagne trapanèse. Aménagé dans des corps de ferme, l'hôtel propose des chambres confortables autour d'une cour pavée avec terrasse et un très bon restaurant dirigé par un chef cuisinier. Les vins étaient une révélation. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables et très bien entretenus. Une expérience à refaire ! L'hôtel était sans faute et proche de Trapani, Erice et la réserve naturelle de Zingaro, mais je conseille à tous les visiteurs d'Erice de mettre les chaussures les plus adhérentes car toutes les ruelles sont en pente et couvertes par des pavés glissants. C'est une très belle ville mais on doit être bien équipé pour la visiter.

- Peter (8/5): Great place to stay with some fine dining complimented by great wines. - Very quiet winery out of the city area offering really good accommodation and dining facilities. Staff were genuinely happy and interacted with us to personalise our experience. Wines were excellent and food was mostly above average. A tweak only in the time keeping when offering wine pairings and wine tasting.

- Maryline (7/5): A beautiful resort with some gaps in the comfort - The hotel is well located and superbly designed and elegantly decorated in a beautiful countryside, and the views are stunning. The distance from interesting sites is manageable and every drive is a nice experience. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Sicilian setting and hospitality. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, offering plenty of light. The swimming pool is large and well designed. The breakfast buffet offers a range of products of good quality. The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. The bed was not comfortable; its structure was wobbly and creaking at the slightest move, and the mattress was of poor quality. This was a big disappointment in a hotel of this quality. The light in the bathroom was poor and not sufficient for shaving and make-up. The restaurant was also a disappointment. While the menu is inspiring, the servings are minimal (as examples that have been validated by other guests: a fish soup with only a couple of small fish pieces swimming in the rich broth; a very dry duck breast). Also, the radio music during dinner time seems to be out of place.

- Anne Willemijn (10/5): Heerlijk - Erg mooie accomodatie met nette, ruime kamers. De wijnproeverij gecombineerd met diner was heerlijk en we hebben veel geleerd over de wijnen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en maakten het ons erg comfortabel. Als je van een wijntje houdt is dit een erg leuke en mooie accomodatie! -

- Andre (6/5): - Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr sauber, jedoch war der Ausblick wie auf den Fotos nicht gegeben (Blick auf leeres Feld statt auf Weinreeben). Die Liegen am Pool waren normale Klappliegen statt wie auf den Bildern abgebildete Holzliegen mit dicken Polstern. Einige Sonnenschirme waren gerissen. Der Pool sollte um 09:00 geöffnet sein. Um 10:00 fuhr noch das Reinigungsgerät durch den Pool, zudem war am Pool und leider auch im Wasser Tierkot verteilt. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und haben für uns ein Frühstückspaket vorbereitet da wir am Abreisetag nicht mehr das Frühstücksbüffet nutzen konnten.

- Aurora (10/5): - I miei complimenti a tutto lo staff, gentile, sempre disponibile e preparato. La struttura offre molti servizi tra cui un wine bar con una vastissima scelta di vini e liquori,un ristorante dove è possibile effettuare diversi percorsi enogastronomici. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
