• Rossana (8/5): Caen e dintorni - Delizioso alberghetto in centro. Comodissimo e vicino a tutti i servizi. Frank, il titolare, è una gradevolissima persona, gentile e disponibile! Pulizia eccellente! Buona la colazione ma viene servita esclusivamente in camera perché non ci sono aree comuni. Molto silenzioso anche se si affaccia sulla strada. Si parcheggia comodamente intorno al perimetro dell'albergo e gratuitamente dalle 19.00 alle 8 del mattino e giorni festivi. Pur essendo un 2 stelle, lo consiglio davvero Purtroppo l'albergo non dispone di ascensore e bisogna fare le scale per arrivare ai piani. Frank è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, ma sarebbe un problema per chi ha qualche difficoltà motoria.

• Excursion17444824651 (10/5): Skip the D-Day beaches and explore beautiful Caen - Superb little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are all in walking distance - convenience stores, restaurants, public transport, historic sights, information centre, laundromat. Breakfast was really nice - served in your room. Highly recommend. I wish we could stay longer. We did the D-Day beaches. Honestly - I would have preferred to explore this fantastic gem of a city. Mind you - the museum here is not to be missed. Should have sent hubby off while I roamed!

Le lit n'était probablement aussi grand qu'annoncé lors de la réservation. Un petit plus : des produits frais et / ou locaux au petit déjeuner :)

• Robert (8/5): Great overall experience, good value for money - Well located, clean, safe and quiet. The Manager, Frank, was very helpful and friendly. Decent food and coffee area. Bed was decent size but the mattress was in need of replacement as it sloped to one side. No safe or fridge. Limited night life.

• Solène Gb (9/5): - L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter les sites historiques de Caen, et tout faire à pied. Petit-déjeuner standard servi en chambre par l'hôte qui est extrêmement ponctuel ! On recommande pour un séjour caennais, d'autant que l'hôte sera vous renseigner sur les lieux à voir (ou vous donner la documentation adéquate).

• Nataliya (10/5): Very comfortable stay - The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it was warm and cozy. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff were very polite and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent — the tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away. There’s a supermarket nearby, as well as bars and all the main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended!

• cameronj809 (10/5): Perfect location to downtown with kind and accommodating staff! - Hotel Astrid is perfectly located in the center of Caen! It is located right by bus and tram routes. The property is exceptionally clean and staff is extremely accommodating and kind. Our room was neat and efficiently set up with all the essentials. We opted in for breakfast each morning of our visit, which was delivered on time and was lovely. The hotel even accommodated a gluten allergy. The second floor is equipped with complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, Hotel Astrid was fantastic and we would absolutely return!

• nintinr (10/5): Lovely hotel in the centre - A lovely stay at Hotel Astrid in Caen. The location is excellent — central, with restaurants and the city right outside the door, and only a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. Transport connections are very convenient. The welcome was exceptionally warm. The hosts were genuinely kind and helpful. There is no lift, but the host carried my luggage upstairs without hesitation. Breakfast is not served in a dining room, but instead brought to the room — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A perfect start to the day. On the landing there is a microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, cups and cutlery available for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. My room was small, but clean, fresh, and comfortable. I would happily recommend this hotel — it has a great vibe, a practical location, and everything you need within easy reach.

• Gregory (9/5): Excellente nuit à l’hôtel Astrid ! - Nous avons été excellemment accueillis par le personnel de l’hôtel: accueil chaleureux et souriant, conseils et sens du service. C’était parfait ! L’établissement est très bien situé (centre ville de Caen) et il y a même des supérettes toutes proches si besoin. Notre chambre était spacieuse, plutôt bien isolée phoniquement et un volet roulant nous a garanti une nuit dans le noir complet. Le petit déjeuner au lit était vraiment le petit plus: forcément moins copieux qu’un petit déjeuner en salle mais très appréciable !
