Paul John (7/5): Nice hotel with a chaotic breakfast - We had a nice comfortable room that was really big facing the main street. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. There are some clubs a little down the street with some noise coming through the windows until around 3am. Not a huge noise just a bit of a background din. Great location in town. The breakfast during our stay was chaotic. The breakfast itself was lovely when it appeared. You have to choose in advance and give a time for either your room or the tiny (3 tables) main reception. It seems most people were waiting way beyond their times with our breakfast being an hour late. Some people were not happy at all and having a go at the receptionist although it seemed to be the fault of the hapless kitchen staff.

Dusan (6/5): Pored svega, boravak je bio lep. - Lokacija je odlična, sam centar grada. Doručak pristojan, jedino što se trenutno, zbog renoviranja, služi ispred male recepcije. Soba je delovala kao nedovršena, previše siva sa dva mala prozora. Bez i jednog detalja, ukrasa da malo razbije sivilo zidova. Kupatilo ogromno, sa puno praznog, neiskorišćenog prostora. Čudno. Krevet je bio udoban. S obzirom da imaju 4 zvezdice, u sobi bi moralo da bude bar kuvalo za kafu i čaj sa šoljama.

Ακόμη και χαρτοπετσέτα δεν είχαν στο τραπέζι παρακαλουσαμε να μάς φέρουν. Τρία τραπέζια να φάμε όλοι με την σειρά στην αίθουσα αναμονής Στο δωμάτιο τραπέζι δεν υπάρχει για να φας η να πιεις τον καφέ. Κάθε φορά που ανοιγε η πόρτα του ασανσέρ ξυπναγαμε από τον θόρυβο. Η τιμή διπλάσια από Άλλο ξενοδοχείο με ίδιες παροχές στην ίδια περιοχή. Επηρεάστηκα από τα σχόλια αλλά μάλλον υπάρχει άλλο με το ίδιο όνομα.

Konstantin (6/5): Thereight be much better options at this price around. - Good location, spacious room and big terrace. Breakfast is scarce and a-la-cart , definitely not enough. No place to eat , only 2 (TWO) tables iun the lobby, so you have to eat in the room (we were lucky we had great terrace). The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars, nor premium, nor boutique .. furniture and ammeninites are old and fading, no lobby, no parking lot, etc. Parking lot is 10 minutes was and the hotel advertised it a partner parking (18EUR per night) but the parking charged me 25 EUR per night + 1 EUR per our past 12:00 . Sounds like a nice scam..
CONSTANTINOS (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!Πολύ κεντρικό, πας παντού με τα πόδια. Πολύ φιλικό και πρόσχαρο προσωπικό. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση ,Πολύ καθαρό, Αξιοπρεπές και ικανοποιητικό πρωινό. Τα δωμάτια άνετα με μεγάλο μπάνιο. Το νερό στην μπανιέρα είχε μεγάλη πίεση. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Εμείς πάντως θα ξαναπάμε. Ευχαριστούμε.

Dorota (9/5): I definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. - Great location, with easy walking access to the seaside promenade, the White Tower, the Byzantine Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The room was very spacious and well equipped, with a large wardrobe, bedside tables, and a long desk with a mirror. The bathroom was very comfortable, with a walk-in shower. The room was cleaned daily. Delicious breakfasts — we chose what we wanted to eat from the menu the day before, with the option to enjoy breakfast in the lobby by the reception or in our room. The reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Although I don’t know their names, it was always the same team, which created a very nice, familiar atmosphere.

Slun1 (8/5): Strategically placed hotel. Great for a weekend escape. - Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great, strategic location. Room was clean, warm, large with balconies. Great view of a busy street for people watching. Delicious a' la carte breakfast that could be delivered to your room. Daily water bottle availability. Comfortable bed. Room 103: Room safe was locked and not available; the receptionist confirmed this but did not offer a solution. Bulb over the table needs replacement. Broken shower stand needs replacing. Extra room contactless access cards need to be available for all guests. Room 101 did not have room contactless access cards available - a physical key was used. These deficiencies do not resonate with such an upscale boutique hotel. I strongly suggest they are addressed.

Konumu da çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Otopark var gözüküyor ancak özel otopark ile anlaşmalılar ve 22 yerine 18€ ödüyorsunuz sadece. İndirimi daha çok olabilir. Diğer türlü 4€ için otelde kalıyorum demeye değmez. Bu da çok kötü özellil mi hayır. Sadece hiç birşey yazmadan geçmemek adına küçük bir beklenti sadece.

oranit (9/5): חוויה טובה שענתה על צרכנו - המיקום היה מצויין, השהייה במלון ענתה על צרכנו, לילה אחרון שלנו ביוון שרצינו לעשות במקום שקרוב לשדה התעופה. ארוחת בוקר לא חווינו היות ויצאנו מוקדם לשדה התעופה. הצוות ארז לנו את ארוחת הבוקר. שכחנו לציין כי אנו מבקשים שהכריך לא יכיל חזיר ולא גבינה עם נקניק. לצערנו הכריך היה נקניק עם גבינה ולכן לא אכלנו אותו.

Za doručak ima par stoliva na ulazu u hotel, a postoji opcija doručkovanja u sobi. Doručak nije obilan i zbunjujuče je ispunjavanje obrasca s ponudom jela za doručak drugi dan. Sve u svemu za prespavati dva dana ok. Nema švedsji stol za doručak.

ALEXANDRA (8/5): Δεν αντιστοιχεί σε superior - Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή ,με τα πόδια έφτανες στην πλατεία Αριστοτέλους. Για δωματιο superior θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε έστω μια καφετέρια καθώς υπήρχαν μόνο 2 μπουκαλάκια νερό. Ο τρόπος που σερβίρεται το πρωινό δεν ειναι καθόλου βολικός καθώς σου δίνουν δύο επιλογές , να το πάρεις στο δωμάτιο ενω δεν υπάρχει ενα τραπεζάκι και αν πεις οτι θες να φας στο χώρο της reception υπάρχουν μόνο 3 τραπέζια.Πρεπει να διευκρινιστεί επίσης αν υπάρχει συνεργασία με το parking που συστήνουν το καραβαν σαράι γιατί.οταν φτάσαμε εκεί μας είπαν οτι δεν έχουν συνεργασία και μας έδωσαν την τιμή που υπάρχει για όλους τους επισκέπτες του parking. Η καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους θέλει βελτίωση.Στο δωμάτιο η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ καλή.Επίσης ο φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ έντονος χωρίς να υπάρχει η δυνατότητα για μείωση της έντασης του .

The breakfast was delicious and the portions were very big. The location is perfect so there are some sightseeing opportunities in the walking distance. Would recommend.

Eleni (10/5): Ιδανική επιλογή διαμονής στη Θεσσαλονίκη - Ενθουσιαστήκαμε οικογενειακώς! Άνετο μοντέρνο πεντακάθαρο τετράκλινο, με καφετιέρα νεσπρεσσο, ωραίο πρωινό, 5 λεπτά από την πλατεία Αριστοτελους , ησυχία, τα είχε όλα και σε καλή τιμή ! Θα ξαναπάμε! -

Pleasant polite staff Adequate Amenities in room Good tea Bad Points Not enough towels. Extra bed not very comfortable. Cold in bathroom. Breakfast set up a little complicated . Bread was stale.

AchileasP (6/5): - The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean the mattress was not comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Breakfast was included, but the selection and quality were poor. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement. In addition the accommodation mentions that there is private parking with an additional charge. The parking is not part of the hotel rather a different business nearby. The parking does not operate around the clock and it closes at a certain time at night. Also it does not offer any discounts for the hotel customers. This is a misleading advertisement of services

Gavrilos (10/5): - Είναι δίπλα από σε στάση μετρό Κεντρικά με όλα τα μαγαζιά δίπλα σου Ωραίο ότι σου φέρνουν το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο Άνετα δωμάτια με καλό WiFi και ωραίο μπάνιο Φιλικό προσωπικό Δε φταίει το ξενοδοχείο αλλά αν είστε με αμάξι το πάρκινγκ είναι μεγάλο πρόβλημα και τα κοντινά πάρκινγκ ανάλογα την περίοδο χρεώνουν ακριβά από 17€ έως 25€
