- Pednekar (8/5): Pleasant stay - Location and ambiance Nothing as such
- Youtuber Vicky (10/5): Everything was PERFECT!!! - They have inhouse coffee shop, room was spacious and the bed was too comfy, too big for 2, clean linens and wooden hanger was great inside the room. Washroom was completely operational and staff was polite and courteous.
It was a calm and quite 2 night stay. Best choice i made in my life booking this property and i found peace here.

- Chinchu (4/5): Below average stay - The location is good and they have bike rentals service too The toilets was not good and very pathetic.
The toilet flush was not working properly , the amenities provided were very minimal.
No daily room cleaning and not updating the drinking water. Only 2 bottles of water is provided in the room within the booking amount and every additional water was chargeable.

- Shekhar (8/5): Very good -
- Vamshi (7/5): Good - Good room size Dirty towels
- Rajesh (1/5): Bad - The hotel denied to accommodate saying the hotel is full
- Taabish (10/5): I would highly recommend this property for ur stay in vagator and the property is very close to chopra fort , kiki by th - Amazing property and totally value for money for budget travellers… Kindly carry your mosquito repellent sprays as the mosquitoes can be a problem in that area… other than that the property is amazing with swimming pool coffee house and restaurant all available in the property
- Shruti (6/5): Pleasant - Garden villa place is located in a good location with restaurants and shopping around. The look of the place is decent and nice with greenery all around. The pool is also good . The linens and towels didn't look clean and hygienic. They looked worn out. Lights near the pool area were not working and too many mosquitos. Normally any good resort we stay they give you an extended Checkout time without any extra pay on request but this place was disappointing as 10 am was their checkout and at 9.45 am the owner/staff comes knocking at the door to tell us to leave and we informed we need an extra hour as our flight is accordingly planned so excuse us for an extra hour and he bluntly refused saying every extra hour you have to pay and by the end we had no choice but to pay. So hospitality was on a very low scale.
- Chouhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kaviyarasan (7/5): Garden villa was very pleasant and the owner was very super and respect to the clien -
- Kshitij (10/5): Perfect place for Couples, at an affordable price - Clean room , bathroom . Lot of greenery , nice pool with Jacuzzi . Parking is available . Smooth check in & check out .
Pool timings are bit restricted , maybe due to guest safety concerns . It can be kept open for a longer time .

- Shrijana (5/5): Decent ish - Privacy and location quite close to the beach The door locks didn’t work they didn’t change the sheets or towels there were barely any amenities the hot water didn’t work either and they wouldn’t send anyone to clean the place and we stayed for three days

- Modem (9/5): Superb -
- Amrita (5/5): Need few improvements. - The Location was good & the property was very peaceful. The owner/caretaker were polite and courtesy. The pool was small and the room was musty, they should have left it open for a while to let the humidity settle out. The staff kept asking us to give back the bike keys in the morning which we would have as we agreed, he reminded us so many times regarding the check-out timings too. (Not all the staff was like that)

- Shyam (3/5): Poor - Property is lovely and the rooms are clean! Very pathetic service and basic kettle wasn't provided and no room service for even tea or coffee.
- Yasasvi (4/5): Just a basic oyo room not worth paying 3500 bucks per night - Just the location .It is situated near to vagator beach. Rooms were not clean. Bed sheets were not changed and the pillows stink of smoke odour.
- Emily (7/5): Comfortable but the staff could be more helpful - The room was comfortable and had air conditioning. There was a pool and a decent cafe. The staff did not really communicate with us. They kind of stared blankly when we asked them questions. The hotel requested that we pay in cash, even though the closest ATM was a 25-minute walk. We walked around the area for a long time searching for breakfast before we realised the hotel had a cafe. It wasn’t signposted or advertised.

- Bharat (2/5): GARDEN VILLA IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF IN GOA! - Location was ok.
There was no breakfast not even a restaurant. GARDEN VILLA IS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF IN GOA!
Garden Villa (Beach Road Vagator) is the BIGGEST RIP-OFF in Goa.
I stayed for five nights and paid 16,700 Indian Rupees, which is about 172 British Pounds. This means that I paid 34 Pounds per night. What did I get for 34 Pounds a night? Read below:
“Hotel”?: It is NOT a hotel. Stop advertising it as a “hotel”.
Reception: This is essentially the front house where the family that runs Garden Villa lives. You will not see anyone most of the time at the “reception”
Garden: The “garden” is essentially a few patches of grass and a few average looking plants that grow nearly everywhere in Goa. If you are lucky, you will get a room that overlooks this “garden”. If you are not lucky, you will have a view overlooking a back street, or worse.
Swimming Pool: Don’t be fooled by the swimming pool. It is a really small and shallow pool in open air. The pool is about 10-15 meters from a very dusty and busy road. The pool is not covered so you can imagine dust, bird droppings, debris from trees, and heavens know what, fall into the pool.
WiFi: Poor and intermittent. I would not say more.
Room: Utterly utterly average room with a double bed, a table, a coat hanger, a TV (see below), a mirror, and small bucket as a dustbin (see photos). Absolutely nothing else.
TV: NO FREE CHANNELS. TV was not connected to any network or cable in my room. All channels are subscription only.
Mattress and pillow: Utterly poor quality and old mattress and pillow.
Bathroom: Probably the worst bathroom you will get for 34 British Pounds a night.
Fridge: NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM.
Room service: You will need to ask the “reception” for someone to come around and clean the room. If you don’t ask, no-one is going to come around.
- Vaibhav (7/5): Good -
- Sivakumar (8/5): Very good -
- Sagar (7/5): Good -
- Jibin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reuben (9/5): I stayed here for two weeks, very close beach and food. - Very well kept gardens and a beautiful pool with a nice seating area to enjoy breakfast. Could do with small fridge.
- Jaqueline (7/5): Good - lovely staff resanoble. cleaner Bedlinnings pillowcases etc would be Nice
- Vishnu (8/5): Very good -
- Neel28july (10/5): Awesome experience and budget friendly well maintained property - Owner was very helpful and location is superb. Well maintained pool. Very airy and big size room. Lots of free area to chill Restaurant was not operational only one cafe was operational with breakfast only.
- Himalee (10/5): Best place :) - This place is amazing - spacious clean rooms, welcoming staff and really beautiful garden. The best part is the pool and restaurant, both are perfect for a great stay in vagator Nothing
- . (9/5): Great Stay - Loved the stay at Garden Villa. The view, pool, facilities, access to good cafes and restaurants around the villa.. and the most welcoming staff at the villa are their furr babies. Loved them ( anyone who is afraid of dogs .. don't worry they don't come anywhere near the guests or their room Washrooms could have been a little cleaner as they seem to be quite old and untidy. Other than this everything is excellent
- Vineeta (8/5): Very good -
- Srijaya (10/5): Exceptional - the staff was very polite and serviced well, the check in was seamless and fast, no hassle, extended the stay also and the pool's water and maintenance is very clean. The manager Pessoa was attentive and flexible. Would definitely recommend this place at this location The room had a lizard and a cockroach which is quite common during monsoons, pest control would solve that issue
