• Shirish (1/5): Not worth being listed. Dont ever book this dump. - Nothing except that thankfully the AC was working and there was hot water for bath. That this property is listed on booking.com in itself is a surprise. Despite booking from the portal and paying the online fee upon receiving the link to pay, I was told at reception online bookings are not accepted and upon protesting Inwas still made to pay additional 300₹. Rooms are horrible although saving grace was a well made bed. There was a particular reason I stayed here and it was because it was just a few steps away from railway station where i had an early morning train to catch. Booking.com must delist this property.

• Asif (1/5): Cheat Hotel OYO Flagship 75711 beside Kumar Theater, Mahalaxmi Nilayam, Kachiguda, Hyderabad. - The hotel refused booking via Oyo forcing me to search other hotel at midnight,along with 2 infants and wife had to search for accommodation.Whats going on why you people troubling your consumers? and not sparing even women and infants.Perhaps Worst kind of humans on earth,cannot be even termed as humans but worse than animals.Refund the paid amount and take strict action against that cheat hotel flagship 75711 Kachiguda. The hotel OYO Flagship 75711 Kachiguda Railway Station,3-2-1/1/2, Beside Kumar Theater, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, refused booking via Oyo,inspite of me paying 50% booking amount at the time of booking via booking.com, forcing me to search other hotel at midnight,along with 2 infants and wife, had to search for accommodation at various hotels. While check in they said this is not the tariff plan and we have to pay extra amount based on their plan. Early check in they charge Rs.500 per room. As I visited with family with kid, I had no choice but to accept it and pay. I would never suggest anyone to stay. I had breakfast free included in plan that also not provided. I would give 0 star if it is there.
