- Verified traveler (2/5): 0 Start service from OYO 9302 Hotel Baseraa Inn - I reached Hyderabad as part of a one of the leg in my entire trip. I booked at hotel Oyo Baseraa In via hotels.com. I have reservation confirmation with me. When we reached the hotel, the hotel staff at reception checked and said he is not seeing the reservation in his list and called manager. The manager said the same. He didn't put any effort to understand why the reservation was not showing in his list and what he can do to help us. He was calm but not helpful. I wish as a manager he has done more than what a reception boy did. After I got hotels.com customer support involved (The hotels.com customer service person was very helpful.) He call Oyo and got the reservation sorted out for us. Once that is done, then the manager was acting to help us. I wish he tried before that.
